Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a container cap having a function of maintaining an open state, and more particularly, to a container cap having a function of maintaining an open state, which is coupled to a display ring that is maintained in a state of being fixed to a mouth of a container, and in which a cap body for opening and sealing an opening of the container is in a state of being opened as much as possible from the opening of the container in a state of opening the opening of the container.
Background
In general, a container for containing drinking water including mineral water or liquid substances such as oil, paint, chemicals, etc. is formed with a bottle mouth for allowing the liquid substances to flow in and out.
The bottle mouth is provided with a container lid for opening and sealing an opening of the container mouth to restrict the entry and exit of the liquid substance.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a typical coupling structure between a bottle mouth N of a container B and a container cap 10 is completed by forming male threads M/S on an outer circumferential surface E/S of the bottle mouth N having a relatively protruding shape in the container B and forming female threads F/S on an inner circumferential surface I/S of the container cap 10 covered correspondingly thereto, and by coupling or releasing the coupling by screws.
As confirmed in korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-1325850 (packaging container lid: hereinafter referred to as "prior art 1") and korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-1038894 (packaging container lid: hereinafter referred to as "prior art 2"), the container lid 10, which has been recently developed, is in a state of being coupled to the finish N of the container B even after the finish N of the container B is opened, to solve the problems of the risk of loss occurring when the container lid is separated from the container B and the possibility of contamination from the surroundings in the separated state.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the container lid 10 according to the related art 1 and 2 includes a lid body 16 including a top portion 12 and a side wall portion 14 formed in a cylindrical shape closely to a lower side of the top portion 12 and having an internal thread F/S formed on an inner wall thereof, and a display ring 18 integrally connected to the lid body through a plurality of bridge portions 20 provided radially and a hinge portion 22 on one side is formed on a lower portion of the lid body 16.
In addition, in the middle portion in the vertical width direction in the display ring 18 portion below the hinge portion 22, a slit-shaped slit 24 is formed in the lateral section, and an engaging portion 30 is formed so as to protrude around the inner wall below the slit 24.
Thus, when the spout N of the container B is opened by rotating the cap body 16, the display ring 18 positioned between the locking convex portion C provided on the container B and the support convex portion S/C cannot be raised because the locking portion 30 is locked to the locking convex portion C, and thus the bridge portion 20 connecting the notch portion 25 between the display ring 18 and the cap body 16 is broken.
Thus, whether or not the bridge portion 20 is broken can be confirmed by whether or not the container lid 10 has opened the container B.
Wherein hinge portion 22 is coupled to an upper portion of the position of slot 24 in display ring 18, and slot 24 is opened when cap body 16 is lifted from finish N of container B, thereby maintaining the coupled state of display ring 18 and cap body 16 by hinge portion 22.
In addition, in the related art 1 and 2, slit portions 26 having a cut shape reaching the positions of the cover main body 16 and the display ring 18 are formed on both sides of the hinge portion 22, and the slit portions 26 provide a space in which the hinge portion 22 can be bent inward and outward, and have a length toward the cover main body 16 on the upper side at the boundary position between the cover main body 16 and the display ring 18.
Then, the hinge portion 22 located between the slits 26 has a shape that becomes thinner from the inside toward the outside along the vertical direction middle portion between the cover main body 16 and the display ring 18, and a stepped portion 28 that is curved with reference to the horizontal connecting direction of the cover main body 16 and the display ring 18 is formed at this position, whereby both sides in the horizontal direction of the stepped portion 28 have a shape that protrudes further to the outside than the surfaces of the cover main body 16 and the display ring 18.
As described above, the state in which the lateral both side portions of the stepped portion 28 protrude outward beyond the surfaces of the cap main body 16 and the display ring 18 causes a feeling of foreign matter to be uncomfortable when a user grasps it with a hand, and there is a risk of injury to the hand of the user when the container lid 10 is strongly coupled or when the user tries to open it with brute force in a state in which the content between the container B and the container lid 10 is hardened.
Further, although the hinge portion 22 of the prior art 1 and 2 has the step portion 28 and allows the cap body 16 to be tilted backward from the container B, the backward tilting angle of the cap body 16 is finally located at a position to block a part of the opening of the container B in a natural state by the influence of the elastic restoring force of the hinge portion 22, and therefore, when the mouth of the user wants to drink against the bottle mouth N of the container B, the user is located at an obstructing position and needs to manually bring the hinge portion into a backward tilting state, which is inconvenient.
As a solution to this inconvenience, as shown in korean patent laid-open publication No. 10-0981240 (hereinafter, referred to as "prior art 3") and fig. 3, the following techniques are disclosed: a support frame 32 is provided between the hinge portions 22', and an end portion of the support frame 32 is supported with respect to an outer wall of the container finish, thereby securing an open state of the cap body 16.
Wherein the end position of the support frame 32 is located at the upper side of the position of the slot 23.
However, according to the related art 3, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a state where the lid body 16 opens the opening of the container B, the display ring 18 portion on the upper side of the slit 24 is twisted from the display ring 18 portion fixed by the locking protrusion C with reference to the both end portions P1 of the slit 24, the slit portion 26 portion P2 formed on the display ring 18, and the portion P3 connecting the lid body 16 and the support frame, and has the lengths d1 to d3 connecting the sections "P1 to P3" of fig. 3.
That is, the lengths D1 to D3 of the twisted sections include the protruding length D3 of the support frame 32, and finally the sections D1 to D3 twisted as described above form a space equal to or larger than the extra space D in a state of being twisted with respect to the outer wall of the mouth N of the container B, so that the support frame 32 is in a state of being hardly supported, and finally the lid body 16 is positioned at a position of blocking the opening of the mouth N of the container B due to a restoring force against the twist.
To solve this problem, the upper part of the slit 28 extending upward of the cover body 16 needs to be formed to the maximum upper position where it does not interfere with the female screw F/S of the inner wall of the cover body 16, and the length of the support frame 32 is formed to be sufficiently long at this position.
However, since the extension of the length of the support frame 32 eventually does not provide a force to bring the support frame 32 into close contact with the inner wall of the mouth N of the container B and only becomes a hooked state, the angle at which the cap body 16 is opened from the opening of the container B is less than 90 °, which causes a problem that the user takes measures by hand to position the cap body 16 at a position where it is not interfered with and detached from the opening of the container B.
In addition, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the related art 3, a protrusion T that is engaged with the engaging protrusion C or the male screw M/S formed on the neck N of the container B is formed at the supporting frame 32, but the protrusion T is protruded from the outer surface of the cap body 16 in a state of sealing the opening of the neck N of the container B, and thus it is inconvenient for a user to open the opening of the container B.
Further, in a state where the cover main body 16 is opened, the connection portions P1 to P3 between the display ring 18 and the hinge portion 22 on the upper side of the slit 24 and the cover main body 16 are forcibly twisted, and therefore, there is a problem that a portion having a small thickness among the connection portions P1 to P3 is easily broken by a physical force between a force to be restored in the twisted state and a supporting force of the supporting frame, and thereby the cover main body 16 is lost.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a container closure having a function of maintaining an open state, which can prevent a connection state between a closure body and a display ring from being damaged or broken and maintain stability even if the container closure is continuously used, and in which the closure body is located at a position completely separated from an opening of a container neck when a container such as drinking is used.
In order to achieve the above object, a container lid having a function of maintaining an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a display ring preventing detachment from the neck finish of the container; a cap body for screw-coupling an outer circumferential surface of a container neck; a hinge portion interconnecting the cover main body and the display ring at a partial section in a circumference of the cutout portion between the cover main body and the display ring; and a bridge portion connecting the cover body and the indicating ring at intervals along a circumference of the cut portion and being cut off when the cover body is opened, wherein both width-direction edge portions of the hinge portion adjacent to the both side cut portions have a depth from an outer side to an inner side, and are formed with a curved guide groove integrally connected to the cover body, the indicating ring and the hinge portion, a protrusion portion extending and protruding in a lower direction is formed at a lower portion of a width-direction center, a slit is formed at a predetermined interval in a middle portion of the indicating ring in a vertical direction, and a recess portion adjacent to the protrusion portion at intervals and having a depth in a lower side is formed at a portion corresponding to the protrusion portion.
Preferably, the curved guide groove has a depth from the outside to the inside, and is formed with an inclined surface whose thickness gradually decreases from the center of the hinge portion in the width direction toward the edge, and a portion adjacent to the cover main body in the height direction may be cut off at the position of the relatively thin both side cut portions in the curved guide groove.
Then, twisted grooves having a depth in a width and a length and in an inner direction from an outer side to an inner side are formed in the both-side display rings at the upper portion of the slot at both sides of the hinge part, and one or more predetermined inclinations are formed along the display rings such that an upper-side direction one end is adjacent to the hinge part and a lower-side direction other end is adjacent to a front end direction of the slot in a length direction of each twisted groove.
According to the present invention, the lid body adjacent to the bending guide groove, the hinge portion and the display ring portion at the upper portion of the slot are integrally connected, and the protrusion portion is located at the lower portion of the horizontal position of the slot, so that when the lid body is opened, the protrusion portion is strongly supported from the mouth of the container in response to the twisting restoring force of the display ring twisted by being connected from both ends of the slot to the hinge portion and the tension including the twisting restoring force, whereby the backward tilting angle of the lid body with respect to the mouth of the container is enlarged more than that of the prior art, and the interference position is stably released when the contents flow out through the opening of the mouth of the container, thereby providing an effect of convenient use.
In addition, the inclined surface of the curved guide groove can tear off a part of the relatively thin portion, and the torn portion is formed to be deep inward so as not to protrude outward, so that the inclined surface does not touch the hand of the user and does not protrude outward, thereby having an advantage of not affecting the beauty.

In addition, since the embodiments and the illustrated configurations described in the specification of the present invention are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all technical ideas of the present invention, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace the present invention at the time of application of the present invention can be included in the scope of claims of the present invention.
In describing the present invention, the expression "inside" means a central direction or a portion located in the direction of the inside of the container at the height, and "outside" means a direction opposite to the inside or a portion located in the direction, with reference to a state where the container is placed upright, that is, a state where the mouth of the container is located on the upper side.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the container cover 40 having a function of maintaining an open state according to the present invention, like the prior art, includes: a display ring 44 supported by a locking protrusion C formed on the bottle mouth N of the container B to prevent detachment; a cap body 42 having a screw coupling structure with respect to an outer peripheral surface E/S of a spout N of a container B, and having a cutout 52 formed at a lower portion thereof with respect to an upper side of a display ring 44 at a predetermined interval; a hinge portion 56 connecting the cover main body 42 and the display ring 44 to each other at a partial section preset in the circumferential length of the cutout portion 52 between the cover main body 42 and the display ring 44; and a bridge portion 20 supporting a space between the cover main body 42 and the display ring 44 along a circumference of the cutout portion 52, and being broken by opening the cover main body 42 and widening the space between the cutout portions 52.
In the above-described configuration, the hinge portion 56 according to the present invention has a depth from the outside to the inside at both side edge portions in the width direction adjacent to the end portions of the both side cutout portions 52, and is formed with the curved guide grooves 48 integrally connecting the cover main body 42, the display ring 44, and the hinge portion 56.
The curved guide groove 48 has an inclined surface in a direction forming a depth from the outside toward the inside, the thickness of the inclined surface gradually decreases from the center in the width direction of the hinge portion 56 (the circumferential direction of the cover main body 42) toward the edge, and the side wall of the cover main body 42 above the position where the curved guide groove contacts the notch portion 52 is formed thin.
The curved guide groove 48 is formed with a seam line O/L at a thin portion so as to be gradually broken from the thin portion in a process that the cut portion 52 is opened by opening the cover main body 42 with respect to a portion of the display ring 44a which is placed at an upper portion of the slot 46 in a section between both side end portions of the slot 46 and both side end portions of the cut portion 52 which are in contact with the hinge portion 56 being under tension.
The portion where the thickness of the curved guide groove 48 gradually increases toward the center of the width of the hinge portion 56 is to correspond to the tension applied to the display ring 44a in the section so as not to be gradually broken, that is, to receive the tension applied to the display ring 44a without being broken.
The hinge portion 56 has a protrusion 50 extending downward from the lower side of the center in the width direction, i.e., from the lower portion of the display ring 44a above the integrally connected slot 46.
Then, a recess 49 having a depth toward the lower side is formed at the upper portion of the display ring 44b at the lower side of the slot 46 corresponding to the protrusion 50 so as to form a corresponding shape with a space to the protrusion 50.
Therefore, the slit 46 is formed along the middle portion of the display ring 44 in the vertical direction, and then is extended to connect to the recess 49 having a depth toward the lower side at a portion corresponding to the protrusion 50.
Further, it is preferable that one or more twisted grooves 54 having a depth in the width and length and in the direction from the outer side to the inner side are formed in the section, that is, in the section of the display ring 44a on the upper side of the slot 46 connected from both side ends of the slot 46 to both side ends of the cutout portion 52.
Further, it is preferable that the twisted groove 54 has a shape in which the longitudinal direction is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the vertical direction, specifically, one end in the upper direction is located in a direction adjacent to the hinge portion 56 and the other end in the lower direction is located in a direction adjacent to the end of the slot 46 with respect to the longitudinal center.
Wherein, in the state that the cap body 42 is opened, the display ring 44 portion at the upper side of the slot 46 provides a force of restoring to the original shape in the twisted state, the force provides a rotational force to make the cap body 42 cover the opening of the bottleneck N of the container B, and the twisting groove 54 guides the deformation of the twisted state, thereby relaxing the restoring force caused by the twisting.
That is, the twist groove 54 is used to facilitate twisting of the above-described section, and only tension is applied to the section of the display ring 44 above the slit 46 that is connected from both side ends of the slit 46 to both side ends of the cutout 52 in the state where the cover main body 42 is opened.
