Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments of the present invention in detail.
As shown in fig. 8, the sacral installation system includes a sacral prosthesis and an installation stent.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the sacral prosthesis is characterized by comprising a prosthesis body 10, wherein the prosthesis body 10 is provided with a first connecting part 101 at the left side and a second connecting part 102 at the right side, a third connecting part 103 is further arranged in the middle of the prosthesis body 10, protruding clamping teeth 104 are arranged on the connecting surfaces of the first connecting part 101, the second connecting part 102 and the third connecting part 103, and at least three fixing holes 105 are further arranged on the prosthesis body 10. Wherein the prosthesis body 10 is provided with a first arm portion 11 and a second arm portion 12, the first arm portion 11 and the second arm portion 12 intersect, an included angle is formed at the intersection, one side of the included angle in a top view is a first side surface 106, and one side of the outer angle is a second side surface 107.
Specifically, the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 each have a free end, the first connecting portion 101 is disposed at the free end of the first arm 11, the second connecting portion 102 is disposed at the free end of the second arm 12, and the third connecting portion 103 is disposed at an upper end surface where the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 intersect.
As shown in fig. 1, the fixing hole 105 includes a first connecting hole 1051 and a second connecting hole 1052, and the first connecting hole 1051 is opened on the first connecting portion 101 and extends obliquely to the first side 106; the second connecting hole 1052 is opened on the second connecting portion 102, and penetrates obliquely to the first side surface 106. Two first threaded holes 108 are formed in the first arm 11, one of the first threaded holes 108 is formed in the connecting surface of the first connecting portion 101, and the other of the first threaded holes 108 is formed in the second side surface 107 of the first arm 11; two second threaded holes 109 are provided on the second arm 12, one of the second threaded holes 109 is provided on the connection surface of the second connection portion 102, and the other is provided on the second side surface 107 of the second arm 12. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the fixing hole 105 includes a third connecting hole 1053, the third connecting hole 1053 is formed on the third connecting portion 103, and the third connecting hole 1053 penetrates the first side surface 106 obliquely downward. The third connection hole 1053 is connected to the human vertebra.
For the purpose of more stable fixation, the fixing hole 105 includes two first connecting holes 1051 and two second connecting holes 1052, where the two first connecting holes 1051 are arranged up and down, are formed on the first connecting portion 101, and extend obliquely to the first side surface 106 or the connection position between the first side surface 106 and the first connecting portion 101; the two second connection holes 1052 are arranged up and down, are formed on the second connection portion 102, and extend obliquely through to the first side surface 106 or the connection portion between the first side surface 106 and the second connection portion 102. Such that the axes of the first threaded hole 108 and the first connecting hole 1051 are spatially off-plane intersecting straight lines; the axes of the second screw hole 109 and the second connection hole 1052 are spatially different-surface intersecting straight lines.
As shown in fig. 9, the root arrangement track of the latch 104 provided in the first connection portion 101 and the second connection portion 102 is arc-shaped, and the root of the latch 104 located at the upper portion is inclined from the first side surface 106 to the second side surface 107; the root of the latch 104 located at the lower portion is inclined from the second side 107 to the first side 106. The arrangement is preferable because the body 10 is mounted so that the human spine acts on the third connecting portion 103 and the third connecting portion 103 is not in the same straight line with the first connecting portion 101 and the second connecting portion 102 supported on both sides, so that the body 10 as a whole has a rotation tendency when the third connecting portion 103 is forced to move downward and the rotation axis is the line connecting the first connecting portion 101 and the second connecting portion 102. So that the latch 104 is held in force against this rotational tendency.
As shown in fig. 3, the root of the latch 104 provided at the third connecting portion 103 is inclined toward the center of the first side 106. Similarly, the latch 104 is held by a force.
As shown in fig. 3, the prosthesis body 10 includes a frame 13, the frame 13 is provided with a filler 14, the filler 14 has a densely distributed micropore structure, and a part of the filler 14 is exposed outside the frame, the frame 13 is provided with at least three extending ends, which respectively extend to the connection surface of the first connection portion 101, the connection surface of the second connection portion 102, and the connection surface of the third connection portion 103, and the diameter of the micropore is 0.2mm to 2mm.
Further, the first connection portion 101 and the second connection portion 102 are each provided with an auxiliary hole 1011 at an upper side portion in the direction of the first side surface 106 for subsequent mounting and positioning.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the sacral prosthesis installation system comprises a mounting bracket and a sacral prosthesis, wherein the mounting bracket comprises a bracket body 20, the bracket body 20 is provided with a first support arm 21, a second support arm 22 and a third support arm 23, a prosthesis portion 24 is arranged on the first support arm 21, a positioning portion 25 is arranged on the third support arm 23, a prosthesis portion 24 or a positioning portion 25 is arranged on the second support arm 22, the bracket is connected with the sacral prosthesis, the prosthesis portion 24 is connected with the prosthesis body 10, and the positioning portion 25 corresponds to the fixing hole 105.
The first arm 21, the second arm 22 and the third arm 23 are provided with the fixing portion and the positioning portion 25. The first arm 21 and the second arm 22 are disposed on both sides of the bracket, and the third arm 23 is disposed between the first arm 21 and the second arm 22.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the prosthesis portion 24 includes a first prosthesis fixing portion 241 and a second prosthesis fixing portion 242, the positioning portion 25 includes a first positioning body 251 and a second positioning body 252, the first support arm 21 and the second support arm 22 are respectively provided with the first prosthesis fixing portion 241 and the second positioning body 252, and the third support arm 23 is provided with the second prosthesis fixing portion 242 and the first positioning body 251. The cross section of the second positioning body 252 is a C shape, the axial direction of the second positioning body 252 is through, an expansion groove is formed along the axial direction of the second positioning body 252, and penetrates through the second positioning body 252, and a guide cylinder 253 is movably mounted on the second positioning body 252. The first positioning body 251 is provided with a through groove 254, and the through groove 254 is formed on the surface of the first positioning body 251 and on the side facing away from the first prosthesis fixing portion 241.
As shown in fig. 4, the third arm 23 includes a first combining arm 231 and a second combining arm 232, the first positioning body 251 is disposed on the second combining arm 232, and the second prosthesis fixing part 242 is disposed on the first combining arm 231. Wherein the first combination arm 231 is provided with a connection position, and the second combination arm 232 is mounted on the first combination arm through the connection position.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, two fixing portions 241 are respectively connected to distal ends of the first arm 21 and the second arm 22, the distal ends of the first arm 21 and the second arm 22 are curved, symmetrically toward the root portions of the first arm 21 and the second arm 22, and toward the second prosthesis fixing portion 242, and the distal end diameters of the first arm 21 and the second arm 22 become smaller.
As shown in fig. 7, the first prosthesis fixation part 241 and the second prosthesis fixation part 242 are each provided with a mating surface 243, and the mating surface 243 of the first prosthesis fixation part 241 is provided with a first mating protrusion 244; the mating surface 243 of the second prosthesis fixation segment 242 is provided with a second mating protrusion 245.
The sacral prosthesis installation method of the sacral installation system according to the embodiment includes the following steps:
connecting the prosthesis portion 24 of the frame body 20 to the first connecting portion 101 and the second connecting portion 102 of the prosthesis body 10, the frame body 20 and the prosthesis body 10 forming a combination; placing the combination body at a position to be installed; positioning by using the positioning part 25, and punching the nail body into the fixing hole 105; the frame 20 is taken out.
Further, the second prosthesis fixing part 242 of the frame body 20 is taken out from the third coupling hole 1053, and the nail body is driven into the third coupling hole 1053.
In addition, after the above-mentioned combination is placed at a position to be mounted or is positioned using the first positioning body 251, the nail body is driven into the first and second connection holes 1051 and 1052, and then is positioned by the second positioning body 252, the nail body is driven into the first and second screw holes 108 and 109. The advantages of this embodiment are:
1. the sacrum prosthesis is used as a surgical prosthesis, the first connecting part 101 and the second connecting part 102 are connected to ilium of a human body, then the third connecting part 103 is connected to the spine, so that the prosthesis body 10 achieves the function of the sacrum, wherein the positioning holes are used for fixing connection, and the protruding clamping teeth 104 are arranged on the connecting surface due to the pressure effect when the prosthesis body 10 is used, and the clamping teeth 104 are clamped on the bone of the human body, so that the prosthesis body 10 can bear larger acting force and can be prevented from shifting, and the reconstruction of the sacrum is achieved.
2. Because the human bone has physiological radian, the first arm part 11 and the second arm part 12 arranged on the prosthesis body 10 are intersected and form an included angle, so that the action direction of the actual stress is met.
3. The free ends of the first arm part 11 and the second arm part 12 can be provided with the first connecting part 101 and the second connecting part 102, so that the requirements on the use function are met, the free ends are not blocked by other structures, the connection is more convenient, and the third connecting part 103 is arranged on the upper end face of the intersection of the first arm part 11 and the second arm part 12, so that the position of the third connecting part 103 is ensured to be in the middle part of the prosthesis body 10, and the symmetry of human bones is also met.
4. The first connecting hole 1051 and the second connecting hole 1052 are used for connecting and fixing the first connecting portion 101 and the second connecting portion 102, and obliquely penetrate to the first side surface 106, and because the side where the first side surface 106 is located is not blocked by human bones during installation, the side where the second side surface 107 is located is provided with bones, the requirement of connecting on bones is met for installation convenience.
5. Two first threaded holes 108 are formed in the first arm 11, can penetrate through bones through the nail body and then are connected to the threaded holes, and two first threaded holes 108 are formed in the connecting surface of the first connecting portion 101, and one of the two first threaded holes is formed in the second side surface 107 of the first arm 11, so that a certain distance is reserved between the two threaded holes, and two points of the two first threaded holes 108 are in line, so that the screw is more stable; similarly, two second screw holes 109 are provided in the second arm portion 12.
6. Here, the first and second connection holes 1051 and 1052 are provided two by two, and are arranged up and down, and the prosthesis body 10 is fixed with the left and right arrangement of the two first and second screw holes 108 and 109, so that the connection of the prosthesis body 10 is firm.
And the axes of the first threaded hole 108 and the first connecting hole 1051 are different-surface crossed straight lines in space, and the different-surface crossed form is spatially presented, so that the connection is firmer, and the connection is carried out in different directions, and the connection stability of the prosthesis body 10 is further enhanced.
8. The third connecting hole 1053 is formed in the third connecting portion 103, and the third connecting portion 103 is connected to the human spine and then fixed, so that the third connecting portion is connected through the third connecting hole 1053, and the third connecting portion is easily installed without blocking the human bone when penetrating to the first side surface 106.
9. Since the human spine acts on the third connecting portion 103 after the prosthesis body 10 is mounted, and the third connecting portion 103 is not in the same straight line with the first connecting portion 101 and the second connecting portion 102 supported on both sides, the prosthesis body 10 has a rotation tendency as a whole when the third connecting portion 103 is forced to move downward, and the rotating axis is the line connecting the first connecting portion 101 and the second connecting portion 102. In order to overcome this rotation tendency, the root arrangement track of the latch 104 provided at the first connection portion 101 and the second connection portion 102 is arc-shaped, and the root of the latch 104 located at the upper portion is inclined from the first side surface 106 to the second side surface 107; the root of the latch 104 located at the lower portion is inclined from the second side 107 to the first side 106, so that the rotation tendency is counteracted or weakened by the latch 104, and thus the prosthesis body 10 can have more structure to provide strength support when the human body is stressed.
10. Because the human spine has a tendency to slide toward the second side 107 of the prosthesis body 10 due to physiological curvature and forces when the prosthesis body 10 is installed. The root of the latch 104 provided at the third connecting portion 103 is inclined toward the center of the first side 106, and this outward tendency is offset or weakened by the action of the latch 104 so that the prosthesis body 10 is not displaced.
11. The prosthesis body 10 comprises a frame 13, the frame 13 is provided with a filling body 14, the prosthesis needs to be stressed, the frame 13 is provided to play a role of total bearing, the prosthesis body 10 needs to be adhered to human muscle tissues and the like because the prosthesis body is arranged in a human body, the filling body 14 is arranged in the frame 13, the filling body 14 is of a densely distributed micropore structure, and part of the filling body 14 is exposed out of the frame 13, so that the tissues such as the human muscle are adhered, the weight of the prosthesis body 10 can be reduced, and the prosthesis body conforms to the skeleton form of the human body.
12. Since the frame 13 acts as a force to the prosthesis body 10, the three force-receiving portions of the prosthesis body 10, i.e., the first connecting portion 101, the second connecting portion 102, and the third connecting portion 103, have the extending end portions of the frame 13, which acts as a force.
13. The micropores of the filling body 14 have diameters of 0.2mm to 2mm, so that adhesion of muscle tissue and the like is facilitated.
14. The first connection portion 101 and the second connection portion 102 are each provided with an auxiliary hole 1011 at an upper side portion in the direction of the first side surface 106, so that an auxiliary positioning effect is achieved at the time of installation.
15. The first support arm 21, the second support arm 22 and the third support arm 23 arranged on the support body 20 are connected with the prosthesis body 10 by using the prosthesis parts 24 arranged on the support arms, and the positioning parts 25 realize the corresponding relation of the fixing holes 105 and then realize the connection, so that the support body 20 is used for auxiliary installation, and the purpose of accurate positioning is realized.
16. According to different usage, the fixing portion and the positioning portion 25 may be disposed on the first support arm 21, the second support arm 22 and the third support arm 23, which are in a mutually matched relationship, so as to facilitate accurate positioning and installation.
17. The first support arm 21 and the second support arm 22 are arranged on two sides of the support, the third support arm 23 is arranged between the first support arm 21 and the second support arm 22, and the prosthesis body 10 is connected by the prosthesis parts 24 on the first support arm 21 and the second support arm 22 to form a combined body, so that the subsequent installation is convenient.

19. The cross section of the second positioning body 252 is C-shaped, and the size of the second positioning body 252 is adjustable by utilizing the expansion groove, so that the second positioning body 252 is suitable for different nail bodies.

the prosthesis body is provided with a first arm part and a second arm part, the first connecting part is arranged at the free end of the first arm part, the second connecting part is arranged at the free end of the second arm part, the first arm part and the second arm part are intersected, an included angle is formed at the intersection, one side of the included angle at the inner angle is a first side surface in the overlooking direction, and one side of the outer angle is a second side surface; the third connecting part is arranged on the upper end surface of the intersection of the first arm part and the second arm part;
the root arrangement track of the latch arranged on the first connecting part and the second connecting part is arc-shaped, and the root of the latch positioned on the upper parts of the first connecting part and the second connecting part inclines from the first side surface to the second side surface; the root parts of the clamping teeth positioned at the lower parts of the first connecting part and the second connecting part incline from the second side surface to the first side surface; the root of the latch of the third connecting part is inclined to the center of the first side surface.

The sacral prosthesis of claim 1, wherein said fixation hole comprises a first connection hole and a second connection hole, said first connection hole being open at said first connection portion and extending diagonally through to said first side; the second connecting hole is formed in the second connecting portion and penetrates through the first side face in an inclined mode.

The sacral prosthesis of claim 1 wherein said first arm has two first threaded bores disposed therein, one of said first threaded bores being defined in a connecting surface of said first connecting portion and the other of said first threaded bores being defined in said second side surface of said first arm; two second threaded holes are formed in the second arm portion, one of the second threaded holes is formed in the connecting surface of the second connecting portion, and the other of the second threaded holes is formed in the second side surface of the second arm portion.
4. The sacral prosthesis of claim 1, wherein said fixation hole comprises a third connecting hole, said third connecting hole being defined in said third connecting portion, said third connecting hole extending obliquely downward through said first lateral surface.
5. The sacral prosthesis of claim 4 wherein said prosthesis body comprises a frame, said frame having a filler, said filler having a densely packed microporous structure and a portion of the filler being exposed outside the frame.
6. The sacral prosthesis installation system comprises an installation support and the sacral prosthesis according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the installation support comprises a support body, the support body is provided with a first support arm, a second support arm and a third support arm, a prosthesis part is arranged on the first support arm, a positioning part is arranged on the third support arm, a prosthesis part or a positioning part is arranged on the second support arm, the support is connected with the sacral prosthesis, the prosthesis part is connected with the prosthesis body, and the positioning part corresponds to the fixing hole.
