Abstract

本发明公开了一种高频手术刀,属于医疗机械领域,用于解决高频手术刀的冲洗和切割同时操作不方便。包括刀柄,刀柄前端设置有刀头和导管,刀头后部分被绝缘层包覆,刀头和绝缘层位于导管内并从导管前端伸出,刀头侧面设有滴水管头,滴水管头后端套接滴水管,刀头和滴水管头穿过固定装置后通过固定装置连接。该发明使得高频手术刀同时进行冲洗和切割更加方便。

一种高频手术刀
技术领域
本发明属于医疗机械领域,具体来说是涉及一种高频手术刀。
背景技术
现有技术中,使用高频手术刀具有电切和电凝的功能,通过高频电能对人体组织进行切割、损毁和止血。但这种手术刀在进行电切割时,会产生组织碎屑、血迹等废弃物,因此需要用水进行冲洗。现有技术中利用导管直接进行冲洗,一方面这样的冲洗操作时候需要两个人同时进行,导致单人使用高频手术刀同时进行切割和冲洗不便,另外一方面,导管的出水量过大,不能满足一些需要缓慢冲洗的手术,特别是滴水冲洗的特殊手术,手术刀结构复杂,吸取和冲洗效果较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单、操作方便的高频手术刀。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高频手术刀,包括刀柄,刀柄前端设置有刀头和导管,刀头后部分被绝缘层包覆,刀头和绝缘层位于导管内并从导管前端伸出,刀头侧面设有滴水管头,滴水管头后端套接滴水管,刀头和滴水管头穿过固定装置后通过固定装置连接。
采用上述技术方案的发明,通过把刀头和滴水管头设置在一起,满足了手术中需要缓慢冲洗的目的,同时提高了单人进行手术方便的效果。
进一步限定,为了方便更换滴水管头,所述的固定装置是能够分合的两个半圆组成的圆柱体。
进一步限定,所述的圆柱体包括上卡环和下卡环,所述下卡环设有第一凹槽,所述上卡环设有用于插入第一凹槽的第一凸起。
进一步限定,所述上卡环设有用于通过滴水管的第一缺口。
进一步限定,所述的滴水管头后端套有防水的PVC滴水管,具有牢固耐用的作用。
进一步限定,所述的导管至少由两节伸缩导管组成。导管的长短可以进行伸缩,配合手术的需要。
进一步限定,所述的刀柄上设置有控制导管伸缩的滑动按钮,导管的伸缩使得刀头的刀尖在完全露出导管和完全不露出导管两种状态之间切换。当刀头的刀尖在露出导管的管口的时候实现切割功能,当刀头的刀尖不露出导管的管口的时候实现吸气功能。
本发明相比现有技术,双头设置实现缓慢冲洗的功能,单人操作结构简单。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步说明。
实施例一,
如图1,2所示,一种高频手术刀,包括刀柄1,刀柄1前端设置有刀头2和导管3,刀头2后部分被绝缘层4包覆,刀头2和绝缘层4位于导管3内并从导管3前端伸出,刀头2侧面设有滴水管头5,滴水管头5后端套接滴水管7,刀头2和滴水管头5穿过固定装置6后通过固定装置6连接。
实施例二,
如图1,2,3所示,一种高频手术刀,包括刀柄1,刀柄1前端设置有刀头2和导管3,刀头2后部分被绝缘层4包覆,刀头2和绝缘层4位于导管3内并从导管3前端伸出,刀头2侧面设有滴水管头5,滴水管头5后端套接滴水管7,刀头2和滴水管头5穿过固定装置6后通过固定装置6连接。
为了方便更换滴水管头5,固定装置6是能够分合的两个半圆组成的圆柱体,采用拆分的固定装置6在实现固定的同时,也满足了能适应不同大小的滴水管头5的类型,需要指出的是,固定装置6除了实施例中指出的外,还可以采用螺纹连接,销连接等活连接,甚至也可以采用死连接。圆柱体包括上卡环和下卡环,下卡环设有第一凹槽,上卡环设有用于插入第一凹槽的第一凸起。上卡环设有用于通过滴水管的第一缺口。
为确保滴水管7的牢固耐用,滴水管7采用PVC材料的滴水管7。
为了配合不同手术的需要,导管3由两节伸缩导管31、32组成。
刀柄1上设有控制导管3伸缩的滑动按钮8,当滑动按钮8滑动使得刀头2刀尖伸出导管3的管口时实现切割功能,当刀头2的刀尖不伸出导管3的管口时实现吸气功能。

1.一种高频手术刀,包括刀柄,刀柄前端设置有刀头和导管,刀头后部分被绝缘层包覆,刀头和绝缘层位于导管内并从导管前端伸出,其特征在于:刀头侧面设有滴水管头,滴水管头后端套接滴水管,刀头和滴水管头穿过固定装置后通过固定装置连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高频手术刀,其特征在于:所述的固定装置是能够分合的两个半圆组成的圆柱体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高频手术刀,其特征在于:所述的圆柱体包括上卡环和下卡环,所述下卡环设有第一凹槽,所述上卡环设有用于插入第一凹槽的第一凸起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高频手术刀,其特征在于:所述上卡环设有用于通过滴水管的第一缺口。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种高频手术刀,其特征在于:所述的滴水管头后端套有防水的PVC滴水管。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种高频手术刀,其特征在于:所述的导管至少由两节伸缩导管组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高频手术刀,其特征在于:所述的刀柄上设置有控制导管伸缩的滑动按钮,导管的伸缩使得刀头的刀尖在完全露出导管和完全不露出导管两种状态之间切换;
当刀头的刀尖在露出导管的管口的时候实现切割功能;当刀头的刀尖不露出导管的管口的时候实现吸气功能。
