Abstract
A waterproof zipper cloth and a waterproof zipper thereof are used for solving the problems of core deformation and poor liquid tightness and air tightness when teeth are smelted in the existing waterproof smelting cloth forming process. The waterproof zipper cloth of the invention comprises: the cloth belt is provided with a first surface and a second surface, the first surface of the cloth belt is provided with a core part protruding out of the first surface, the core part is close to the inner side surface of the cloth belt, an extending part is formed between the core part and the inner side surface, and the second surface forms a plane; and the liquid-tight layer is coated on the first surface, the second surface, the core part, and the inner side and the outer side which are connected with the first surface and the second surface. And the inner side surfaces of the two zipper cloths are respectively provided with a plurality of zipper teeth, and a pull head is arranged on the two waterproof zipper cloths to form a waterproof zipper.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to waterproof zipper cloth and a waterproof zipper thereof, in particular to a waterproof zipper cloth with a yarn core, wherein a liquid-tight layer is formed on the zipper cloth, and the zipper cloth can be easily and accurately positioned and formed.
Background
An elastic material such as rubber is coated and coated on a woven tape or a woven tape to make the woven tape or the woven tape have a waterproof function, including a slide fastener manufacturer, which has been used for decades. As shown in fig. 1, there is disclosed a waterproof slide fastener 7 which is mainly formed by covering a liquid-tight layer 72 with an elastomer material on a pair of tape-shaped core materials 71 which are woven or knitted to form a waterproof fabric, and a plurality of through holes are formed in a mounting edge portion of the waterproof fabric, respectively, the through holes allowing a raw material resin in a molten state to pass therethrough, so that upper and lower halves of a plurality of zipper teeth 73 can be formed along a mounting edge portion of the waterproof fabric, and the plurality of zipper teeth 73 are formed on upper and lower surfaces of the waterproof fabric, which is disclosed in "waterproof slide fastener and manufacturing apparatus thereof" of taiwan publication No. I251477 (U.S. Pat. No. 7,337,506).
The plurality of chain teeth 73 are formed by injection molding. Because the waterproof fabric is not provided with a yarn core and whether the edge of the waterproof fabric is in full contact with the mold cavity can not be visually observed before the fabric is formed, when the waterproof fabric is placed in the mold cavity of the mold to form the fabric teeth 73, the waterproof fabric cannot be accurately positioned in the mold cavity, the installation work is not easy to operate, and the formed fabric teeth 73 cannot be orderly formed at the installation edge of the waterproof fabric, so that the fabric teeth 73 are inclined and cannot be formed on the same straight line.
As shown in fig. 2, there is disclosed a "waterproof fastener" disclosed in japanese koku publication No. 63-13687, wherein the waterproof fastener tape 8 has a tape 81, a core portion 82 and an extension portion 83, a liquid-tight layer 84 is coated with an elastomer material on both sides of the tape 81, the liquid-tight layer 84 coats the tape 81, the core portion 82 and the extension portion 83 to form a waterproof zipper, and the liquid-tight layer 84 further has a fin 85 projecting from the extension portion 83, a plurality of through holes 86 are formed in a longitudinal direction of the waterproof zipper, and then the waterproof zipper is placed in a cavity of a mold to mold a plurality of zipper teeth 87 such that upper half teeth and lower half teeth of the zipper teeth 87 are asymmetrically arranged at equal intervals on the tape 81 coated with the liquid-tight layer 84. Since the waterproof fastener tape 8 has the fins 85 extended, when the molten elastomer material is coated on the tape 81, the fastener tape 8 coated with the liquid-tight layer 84 is deformed by the core portion 82 and the fins 85. The fin 85 is thin and long, and thus is deformed. In addition, since the upper half teeth and the lower half teeth of the plurality of chain teeth 87 are disposed in a staggered manner, the zipper cannot achieve the water-cut effect when the plurality of chain teeth 87 are installed to be asymmetrically deviated from the through holes 86.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a conventional liquid-tight slide fastener 9 disclosed in "liquid-tight slide fastener and method for manufacturing the same" of taiwan patent publication No. I383758 is a liquid-tight slide fastener 9, in which a pair of tape members 91 each have a core portion 92, a liquid-tight layer 93 is provided on one surface of the pair of tape members 91, the liquid-tight layer 93 is formed by applying a film-like material to the tape members 91 or by applying a molten resin thinly to the tape members 91 and coating the tape members 91 with the liquid-tight layer 93, and then, the fastener stringer is formed by injection-molding the fastener elements 94 on the pair of tape members 91 using a synthetic resin to form a continuous fastener element row, and water-repellent agents or oil-repellent agents are attached to the tape members 91, the core portions 92, the liquid-tight layer 93, and the fastener elements 94 of the fastener stringer.
The mold for forming the chain tooth 94 has a row of spaced mold cavities for forming the chain tooth, the mold cavities including a groove for engaging with the core 92, so that the belt member 91, the core 92 and the liquid-tight layer 93 are disposed in the mold cavities and the groove for engaging with the core 92, and then the chain tooth 94 is injection molded with synthetic resin to ensure the strength of the chain tooth 94 mounted on the belt member 91. Since the liquid-tight layer 93 is formed by only attaching a film to the tape member 91 or by thinly applying a molten resin to one surface of the tape member 91, the molten resin is not applied to the core portion 92, and gaps are still formed between the teeth 94 even if a water repellent agent or an oil repellent agent is attached thereto, but after a certain period of time, water permeates from the outer surface to the inner surface of the garment along the gaps between the engaged teeth 94, and therefore, the liquid-tight slide fastener 9 having the liquid-tight layer 93 can only prevent infiltration of small rain or form a water repellent effect, and the conventional liquid-tight slide fastener 9 cannot achieve a true effect of preventing water permeation.
Therefore, there is a need for improvement in how to form a liquid-tight layer on the fastener cloth having a core portion and how to attach the zipper cloth to the waterproof fastener cloth in order to facilitate the attachment and molding of the zipper teeth and to ensure the neat attachment of the zipper teeth to the waterproof fastener cloth.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof zipper cloth having a core portion, and a waterproof layer is disposed on the woven tape portion and the surface of the core portion of the waterproof zipper cloth, so that the waterproof zipper cloth has a good effect of preventing water from permeating.
An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof fastener cloth in which a plurality of chain teeth are easily attached and formed and are neatly attached to the waterproof fastener cloth without deformation.
An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof fastener cloth in which the zipper teeth can be firmly fixed to the waterproof fastener cloth.
The invention defines the lengthwise extension direction of zipper cloth as X direction, and two sides forming the lengthwise extension are two long sides; the extending direction of the two long sides connected with the zipper cloth is Y direction, and the short sides of the zipper cloth can be formed; the extending direction of the thickness of the zipper cloth is Z direction, and the zipper cloth can form the side edge of the zipper cloth; the X, Y, Z directions are orthogonal to each other, and the side edges of the two zipper cloths adjacent to each other in the Y direction are inner sides, and the side edges far away from each other are outer sides.
The waterproof zipper cloth of the invention comprises: the cloth belt is provided with a first surface and a second surface, the first surface of the cloth belt is provided with a core part protruding out of the first surface, the core part is close to the inner side surface of the cloth belt, an extending part is formed between the core part and the inner side surface, and the second surface forms a plane; and the liquid-tight layer is coated on the first surface, the second surface, the core part, and the inner side and the outer side which are connected with the first surface and the second surface.
Therefore, the waterproof zipper cloth of the invention is provided with the core part, so that the cloth belt and the core part of the waterproof zipper cloth are placed in the pressing mould, the core part has the functions of guiding and easily placing the cloth belt in the mould cavity of the pressing mould, and when the melted high polymer material is covered on the surface layer of the cloth belt, the waterproof layer is flat so as to form the waterproof zipper cloth.
Wherein, the waterproof zipper cloth is provided with a plurality of through holes at equal intervals, and the through holes penetrate through the waterproof zipper cloth and at least one part of the core part. Therefore, the zipper teeth can be firmly combined on the waterproof zipper cloth.
Wherein, the through hole penetrates through one half of the core part or is slightly smaller than one half of the core part. Therefore, the zipper teeth can be firmly combined on the waterproof zipper cloth.
Wherein the core is partially protruded on the first surface of the cloth belt. The core part has the effect of guiding and facilitating the placement of the tape in the pressing mold.
Wherein, a chain tooth is shot corresponding to each through hole, and the upper half tooth and the lower half tooth of the chain tooth form symmetrical positions. Therefore, the through hole can be accurately aligned to the central part of the chain tooth, so that the formed waterproof zipper has better liquid-tight effect.
The inner side surfaces of the two pieces of waterproof zipper cloth are respectively provided with a plurality of zipper teeth, the two pieces of waterproof zipper cloth are provided with a pull head, and the pull head can open and close the zipper teeth of the two pieces of waterproof zipper cloth. Therefore, the waterproof zipper has a better liquid-tight effect, and the zipper teeth can be firmly combined on the waterproof zipper cloth, so that the product percent of pass and the practicability are greatly improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below:
referring to fig. 5 and 6, which are first embodiments of the zipper cloth of the present invention, the zipper cloth includes a cloth tape 1 and a liquid-tight layer 2, and the liquid-tight layer 2 covers each surface layer of the cloth tape 1.
The cloth belt 1 is a strip body woven or knitted by fibers, the cloth belt 1 is provided with a first surface 1a and a second surface 1b, the first surface 1a of the cloth belt 1 is provided with a core part 11, the core part 11 protrudes out of the first surface 1a, the core part 11 is close to an inner side surface 1c of the cloth belt 1, an extending part 12 is formed between the core part 11 and the inner side surface 1c, and the second surface 1b of the cloth belt 1 forms a plane.
The liquid-tight layer 2 is formed by an elastomer resin material, and the elastomer resin material is coated on the first surface 1a, the second surface 1b and the core part 11 of the cloth belt 1, and the inner side surface 1c and the outer side surface 1d connecting the first surface 1a and the second surface 1b, so that the cloth belt 1 has a completely liquid-tight effect.
Referring to fig. 6, the tape 1 of the present invention has the core portion 11, so that when the elastic resin material is coated on the tape 1, the core portion 11 can guide and easily place the tape 1 in the cavity of the pressing mold for positioning. For example, but not by way of limitation, the waterproof zipper cloth 3 of the present embodiment may be manufactured by an extrusion method; that is, the melted elastomer material may be continuously coated on the first surface 1a and the second surface 1b of the tape 1, and the inner side surface 1c and the outer side surface 1d connecting surfaces of the first surface 1a and the second surface 1 b.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the case of forming a plurality of zipper teeth 4 on the waterproof zipper cloth 3 according to the present invention, a plurality of through holes 31 may be formed in the waterproof zipper cloth 3 at equal intervals, the through hole 31 penetrates through the waterproof zipper cloth 3 and at least a part of the core part 11, the through hole 31 preferably penetrates through one half of the core part 11 or is slightly smaller than one half of the core part 11, so that, when a plurality of zipper teeth 4 are formed on the waterproof zipper cloth 3, the through hole 31 can be filled with the molten resin material, so that the upper half teeth and the lower half teeth of the zipper teeth 4 can be connected by the through hole 31, and the upper half teeth and the lower half teeth of the zipper teeth 4 are symmetrically arranged, the through hole 31 can be precisely aligned to the central portion of the chain tooth 4, so that the problem of asymmetric dislocation of the upper half tooth and the lower half tooth is avoided, and a better effect is achieved. In addition, the cloth belt 1 and the core part 11 of the invention are arranged on a lower die, and the core part 11 is accommodated in a core-shaped groove to form the chain tooth 4; and since the through hole 31 penetrates through the waterproof fastener cloth 3 and at least a portion of the core part 11, the molten resin material connecting the upper half tooth and the lower half tooth is close to the inner side edge of the zipper teeth 4, so that the zipper teeth 4 can be more firmly bonded to the waterproof fastener cloth 3.
Referring to fig. 9, the two waterproof zipper cloths 3 having the plurality of zipper teeth 4 are butted by the ends of the plurality of zipper teeth 4, and a slider 32 is inserted into the two waterproof zipper cloths 3 to open and close the plurality of zipper teeth 4 of the two waterproof zipper cloths 3, so as to form an open zipper or a closed zipper.
Referring to fig. 10, when the zipper teeth 4 are engaged to be closed, the two waterproof zipper cloths 3 can be opposite and abutted to each other by the abutting convex part 21, so that liquid can be prevented from leaking between the engaged teeth 4, and the liquid-tight layer 2 completely covers the cloth tape 1, and the upper half teeth and the lower half teeth of the teeth 4 are symmetrically arranged, so that the through hole 31 is accurately aligned to the central part of the teeth 4, and therefore, the problem of asymmetric dislocation of the upper half teeth and the lower half teeth is avoided, and the teeth 4 can be firmly combined with the waterproof zipper cloths 3, and a better effect of preventing water leakage is achieved; moreover, since the through hole 31 penetrates through the waterproof fastener cloth 3 and at least a part of the core part 11, the molten resin material connecting the upper half element and the lower half element is close to the inner side edge of the zipper teeth 4, so that the zipper teeth 4 can be more firmly bonded to the waterproof fastener cloth 3.
Fig. 11 shows a second embodiment of the waterproof fabric 3 of the present invention. The first surface 1a and the second surface 1b of the tape 1 each have the core portion 11, so that the first surface 1a and the second surface 1b of the tape 1 each have the core portion 11. The core portions 11 of the first surface 1a and the second surface 1b are preferably opposite to each other, and the core portions 11 of the second surface 1b can be disposed in a groove-shaped cavity of a lower mold for forming the chain tooth 4. Thus, when the melted polymer material is coated on the surface of the extension portion 12, the operation can be easily performed and the waterproof layer 2 can be formed into a relatively flush surface to form a waterproof zipper cloth 3, and the waterproof zipper cloth 3 does not have a deformation problem. And, because the through hole 31 on the cloth tape 1 also runs through the waterproof zipper cloth 3 and at least a part of the core part 11, and the upper half tooth and the lower half tooth of the zipper tooth 4 form symmetrical arrangement, so, the through hole 31 can also be aligned at the central part of the zipper tooth 4 accurately, there will not be the problem of asymmetric dislocation of the upper half tooth and the lower half tooth, have better effects of preventing water leakage; and since the through hole 31 penetrates the waterproof fastener cloth 3 and at least a part of the core part 11, the molten resin material connecting the upper half tooth and the lower half tooth is close to the inner side surface 1c of the zipper teeth 4, so that the zipper teeth 4 can be more firmly bonded to the waterproof fastener cloth 3.
In summary, the waterproof zipper cloth and the waterproof zipper thereof of the present invention have the core part, so that the waterproof zipper cloth is placed in the pressing mold, and the core part has the function of guiding and making the cloth tape easily placed in the pressing mold to form a waterproof zipper cloth; because the upper half teeth and the lower half teeth of the smelting teeth are symmetrically arranged, the through holes can be accurately aligned to the central part of the smelting teeth, and a better liquid-tight effect is achieved; and because the through hole runs through at least one part of the core part, the melting resin material connecting the upper half tooth and the lower half tooth is close to the inner side edge of the zipper tooth, so the zipper tooth can be firmly combined on the waterproof zipper cloth, and the product percent of pass and the practicability can be greatly improved.

Claims (5)
1. A waterproof zipper cloth, comprising:
the cloth belt is provided with a first surface and a second surface, the first surface of the cloth belt is provided with a core part protruding out of the first surface, the core part is close to the inner side surface of the cloth belt, an extending part is formed between the core part and the inner side surface, and the second surface forms a plane; and
and the liquid-tight layer is coated on the first surface, the second surface, the core part and the inner side and the outer side which connect the first surface and the second surface, a plurality of through holes are arranged on the waterproof zipper cloth at equal intervals, and the through holes penetrate through the waterproof zipper cloth and at least one part of the core part.
2. The waterproof zipper fabric of claim 1, wherein the through-hole penetrates through one half or less of the core portion.
3. The waterproof fastener cloth according to claim 1, wherein the core is partially projected on the first surface of the cloth tape.
4. The waterproof fastener cloth according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a chain tooth is shot corresponding to each through-hole, and upper half teeth and lower half teeth of the chain tooth form symmetrical positions.
5. A waterproof slide fastener comprising two pieces of the waterproof fastener cloth according to claim 4, wherein the inner side surfaces of the two pieces of the waterproof fastener cloth are provided with a plurality of zipper teeth, and the two pieces of the waterproof fastener cloth are provided with a slider capable of opening and closing the plurality of zipper teeth of the two pieces of the waterproof fastener cloth.
