The brush adjusting device comprises a base plate (1) and is characterized in that two side plates (2) are slidably mounted at the top of the base plate (1), one side of each side plate (2) close to each other is provided with a sliding groove (3), the two sliding grooves (3) are internally provided with a sliding block (4), one side of each sliding block (4) close to each other is slidably mounted with a same mounting plate (5), the mounting plate (5) is provided with a mounting hole (6), the mounting hole (6) is internally and movably mounted with a sleeve (7), the sleeve (7) is internally and fixedly mounted with one end of a spring (8), the other end of the spring (8) is fixedly mounted with a brush (9), the bottom of the mounting plate (5) is fixedly mounted with two connecting blocks (12), the bottom of the two connecting blocks (12) is fixedly mounted with a same connecting plate (14), and the top of the connecting plate (14) is fixedly, the two side plates (2) are respectively provided with a sliding hole (13), the two sliding holes (13) are respectively positioned below the two sliding grooves (3), a connecting plate (14) is connected with the side walls of the two sliding holes (13) in a sliding manner, a first conductive block (15) is positioned in the corresponding sliding hole (13), the inner wall of the top of one sliding hole (13) in the two sliding holes (13) is fixedly provided with a second conductive block (16), the second conductive block (16) is positioned above the first conductive block (15), one side of one side plate (2) in the two side plates (2) is fixedly provided with an alarm (17), the bottom plate (1) is provided with a rotating hole (18), a first lead screw (19) is rotatably arranged in the rotating hole (18), the first lead screw (19) is positioned between the two connecting blocks (12), the first lead screw (19) is in threaded connection with the connecting plate (14), the bottom of the first lead screw (19) extends to the lower part of the bottom plate (1) and is fixedly provided with a first rotating block (20), moving grooves (10) are respectively arranged at the sides of the two sliding blocks (4) close to each other, moving plates (11) are respectively arranged in the two moving grooves (10) in a sliding manner, the sides of the two moving plates (11) close to each other are respectively welded with the two sides of the mounting plate (5), the top of the bottom plate (1) is provided with two grooves (21), bearing blocks (22) are arranged in the two grooves (21) in a sliding manner, the tops of the two bearing blocks (22) are respectively welded with the bottoms of the two side plates (2), through-hole (23) have all been seted up to the both sides of bottom plate (1), all rotate in two through-holes (23) and install second lead screw (24), two second lead screws (24) respectively with two carrier block (22) threaded connection, one side that two second lead screws (24) kept away from each other all welds second turning block (25), two second turning blocks (25) all are located the outside of bottom plate (1).

The brush adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein fixing grooves (26) with openings at one side are formed in both inner walls of the mounting hole (6), fixing blocks (27) are slidably mounted in both the fixing grooves (26), two clamping grooves (28) are formed in the outer side of the sleeve (7), and the two fixing blocks (27) are respectively clamped with the two clamping grooves (28).

An electric brush adjusting device according to claim 8, characterized in that one end of the compression spring (29) is fixedly arranged on one side of each of the two fixed blocks (27) away from each other, the other ends of the two compression springs (29) are respectively welded with the inner walls of one sides of the two fixed grooves (26) away from each other, and two pull blocks are slidably arranged on one side of the mounting plate (5) and are respectively clamped with the two fixed blocks (27).
10. A method of brush conditioning using the brush conditioning apparatus of any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
