Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 1a, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a performance data management method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 1a is a schematic view of a scenario of the performance data management method in an embodiment of the present application. The performance data management method is applied to the management server 10. The method mainly comprises the steps that a user inserts a performance management plug-in into a mail client 20, so that the mail client 20 can send mail information related to performance to a mail server 30, then the mail server 30 sends the mail information to a management server 10 for reading and analyzing, link information matched with the sent mail information is determined, and the management server 10 returns the link information to the mail client 20 through the mail server 30 so that the user can open a link IP address in the link information, and accordingly performance management operation is carried out.
The individual steps of the cyber threat management method will be described in detail below in terms of the data processing subsystem 20.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a performance data management method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the steps of the method include steps S101 to S105.
Step S101, installing the performance management plugin on the mail client according to the received plugin installation instruction.
In this embodiment, when the management server receives the package installation instruction, the package installation instruction needs to be analyzed to determine the performance management package that needs to be downloaded. The performance management plug-in can be installed at the mail client, so that performance management service can be provided for the user at the mail client, daily mail receiving and sending of the user can be realized, corresponding performance query, performance adjustment and the like can be realized through the mail client, and the use of the user is greatly facilitated.
The mail client generally refers to software for receiving and sending electronic mail by using IMAP/APOP/POP3/SMTP/ESMTP protocols, and a user can receive and send the mail without logging into a mailbox. Of course, the mailbox logged on the web page may also perform corresponding performance management, so the form of the mail client is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the step 101 may further include steps S201 to S203.
Step S201, if a plug-in installation instruction is received, a plug-in downloading path is determined according to the plug-in installation instruction.
In this embodiment, after receiving the package installation instruction, the management server may determine the package download path according to the related information in the package installation instruction.
Step S202, downloading performance plug-in installation packages according to the plug-in downloading paths.
In this embodiment, by analyzing and reading the plug-in download path, the performance plug-in installation package pointed by the plug-in download path can be downloaded.
And step S203, analyzing the plug-in installation package to install the performance management plug-in at the mail client.
In this embodiment, the terminal server may parse the plug-in installation package, so as to install and insert a corresponding performance management plug-in the mail client. And the user can correspondingly manage the performance through the performance management plug-in.
For example, the user can directly submit and approve performance management operations through mails in a mail client provided with the performance management plug-in, and specifically, performance establishment, performance timing feedback, periodic summary ranking and other tasks related to performance can be realized.
Step S102, receiving mail information forwarded by a mail server and sent by a mail client through a performance management plug-in.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to understand specific information related to performance, the user may send, through a performance management plug-in the mail client, the mail information that the user needs to be corresponding to the mail server, and the mail server forwards the mail information to the management server for the management server to perform corresponding analysis and operation.
Step S103, determining keywords in the mail information.
In this embodiment, in order to determine performance information required by a user, the management server needs to determine keywords included in the mail information, and by determining the keywords, the management server can accurately match content required by the user through the keywords. For example, when the user needs to adjust the annual schedule, the mail message mainly includes "adjust annual schedule", and the keywords at this time are "adjust+annual+schedule" or "adjust+schedule".
In an embodiment, the step S103 may specifically include: and acquiring keywords in the mail information through semantic analysis. The semantic analysis refers to the deep concept of digging and learning texts, pictures and the like by using various machine learning methods. Keywords in the mail information can be effectively determined through semantic analysis.
Step S104, judging whether the keywords are matched with link information in a preset performance information database.
In this embodiment, the preset performance information database in the management server may include a plurality of link information, and by clicking one of the link information, a page of performance management pointed by the link information can be entered.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the preset performance information database includes a plurality of link information, each link information includes topic information and a link IP address associated with the topic information, where each link IP address points to a corresponding page for performance management, for example, when the topic information is "annual plan", the corresponding link IP address points to the page of the annual plan. The step S104 may further include steps S301 to S303.
Step S301, obtaining subject information of all link information.
In this embodiment, in order to accurately find out information matching with the keyword, it is necessary to acquire subject information of all link information. The topic information is generally a generic term of a certain type of performance, such as "annual plan", "monthly report", "approval performance", etc., and each generic term is provided with a table of performance contents associated with the generic term.
Step S302, judging whether the acquired subject information comprises words which are the same as or similar to the keywords.
In this embodiment, in order to more comprehensively select the link information required by the user from the preset performance information database, it is necessary to determine whether all the obtained topic information includes the same or similar words as the keywords. For example, the keywords are "2018+year+plan", and the "year plan" in the preset performance information database includes the same or similar words as the keywords.
Step S303, if the obtained subject information comprises words which are the same as or similar to the keywords, judging that the keywords are matched with link information in a preset performance information database.
In this embodiment, if the obtained subject information includes the same or similar words as the keywords, it may be determined that the keywords match with the connection information in the preset performance information database. Therefore, through keyword matching, the management server reduces the operation that users log in the performance system and search related performance contents one by one according to menus, and the direct interaction between the users and mails is realized.
Step 105, if the keyword is matched with the link information in the preset performance information database, acquiring the link information matched with the keyword, and sending the acquired link information to the mail client through the mail server for the user to click and view.
In this embodiment, when the keyword is matched with the connection information in the preset performance information database, the management server may acquire the link information matched with the keyword. In order to facilitate the user to click and view according to the requirement, the management server also needs to forward the acquired link information to the mail client through the mail server.
As a further embodiment, the method further comprises the steps of:
step S106, if the keywords are not matched with the link information in the preset performance information database, at least one link information is extracted from the preset performance information database according to a random algorithm and sent to the mail client through the mail server for clicking and viewing by a user.
In this embodiment, when the keywords are not matched with all the link information in the preset performance information database, it is indicated that no link information meeting the user requirement is found at this time, but in order to facilitate the use of the user, at least one link information may be extracted from the preset performance information database according to a random algorithm and sent to the mail client through the mail server. Of course, the link information with relatively high probability of being called may be pushed to the mail client according to other modes, for example, a preset mode of selection is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, the mail information can also comprise text content, at the moment, keywords of the text content can be extracted, and the keywords are matched with link information in a preset performance information database, so that the management server can extract the link information more accurately.
