In one embodiment, the smart card-changing terminal includes a smart card database in which the number N of blank cards included in the cartridge is stored, where N is a positive integer, and the smart card-changing terminal may reduce the number of blank cards in the smart card database by 1 after receiving the confirmation instruction returned by the card reading and writing device, so as to update the number of blank cards in the smart card data.
In an embodiment, when the smart card changing terminal detects that the number of the blank cards in the smart card database is 0, the smart card changing terminal may send a prompt message to a mobile terminal of a service person, where the prompt message carries a terminal identifier of the smart card changing terminal, and the prompt message is used to prompt the service person to add the blank cards to a cartridge of the smart card changing terminal corresponding to the terminal identifier. By the method, the blank cards can be ensured to exist in the chuck, the influence on card changing efficiency of customers due to the fact that no blank card exists in the chuck is avoided, and customer experience is reduced.
S305: and manufacturing a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identification.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after controlling the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matching the card information from the cartridge, the smart card changing terminal may make a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identifier, and the specific implementation process and the example are as described above, and are not described herein again.

When the intelligent card changing terminal acquires the card taking request, the card sending device is controlled to output the replacement intelligent card corresponding to the target card information carried in the card taking request, so that intelligent and automatic card changing services are realized, the card changing efficiency is improved, and the customer experience is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an intelligent card changing device, which is used for executing the module of the method in any one of the preceding items. the control module 405 is configured to control the card issuing device to output a replacement smart card corresponding to target card information carried in the card fetching request when the card fetching request is acquired.
Further, when the determining module 402 determines whether the card information of the smart card matches the user identifier, the determining module is specifically configured to:
sending the card information and the user identification to a service terminal so that the service terminal detects whether the card information and the user identification are matched from a database for storing historical data, wherein the service terminal establishes communication connection with the intelligent card changing terminal;
and if a confirmation instruction sent by the service terminal is obtained, determining that the card information is matched with the user identification.
Further, the card information includes a card type, and before the manufacturing module 403 controls the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matching the card information from the cartridge, the manufacturing module is further configured to:
detecting whether a blank card matched with the card type exists in the chuck or not;
and if the detection result is yes, the step of controlling the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matched with the card information from the chuck is executed.
Further, the confirmation instruction carries chip information, and when the manufacturing module 403 manufactures a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identifier, the manufacturing module is specifically configured to:
acquiring chip information corresponding to the user identification and the card information according to the confirmation instruction;
controlling the card reading and writing device to write the chip information into the chip of the blank card;
and controlling the card reading and writing device to send the card written with the chip information to a printing device of the intelligent card changing terminal, so that the printing device prints the card information onto the card written with the chip information to obtain the replacement intelligent card.
Further, the apparatus further comprises an activation module 406;
the activation module 406 is specifically configured to, after a replacement smart card is manufactured according to the card information and the user identifier, control the card reading and writing device to send the replacement smart card to a card issuing device for storage, execute the following steps:
controlling the card reading and writing device to detect whether the chip information of the replaced smart card is matched with the card information carried in the card changing request;
and if the detection result is yes, activating the replacement smart card according to the chip information.
Further, when the activating module 406 activates the replacement smart card according to the chip information, the activating module is specifically configured to:
acquiring at least one service function in the chip information, wherein the service function comprises a signing service;
and activating each service function in the chip information.
Further, after the manufacturing module 403 controls the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matching the card information from the cartridge, the manufacturing module is further configured to:

and updating the number of the blank cards in the smart card database according to the using number.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of a smart card-changing terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The smart card-changing terminal in the embodiment shown in the figure may include: one or more processors 501; one or more input devices 502, one or more output devices 503, and memory 504. The processor 501, the input device 502, the output device 503, and the memory 504 are connected by a bus 505. The memory 504 is used to store a computer program comprising program instructions and the processor 501 is used to execute the program instructions stored by the memory 504. Wherein, the processor 501 is configured to call the program instruction to execute:
acquiring a card changing request, wherein the card changing request carries card information and a user identifier of an intelligent card;
judging whether the card information of the smart card is matched with the user identification;
if the card information is judged to be the blank card, controlling the card reading and writing device to select the blank card matched with the card information from the chuck, and manufacturing a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identification;
controlling the card reading and writing device to send the replacement smart card to a card sending device for storage;
and when the card taking request is acquired, controlling the card issuing device to output a replacement smart card corresponding to the target card information carried in the card taking request.
Further, when the processor 501 determines whether the card information of the smart card matches the user identifier, it is specifically configured to:
sending the card information and the user identification to a service terminal so that the service terminal detects whether the card information and the user identification are matched from a database for storing historical data, wherein the service terminal establishes communication connection with the intelligent card changing terminal;
and if a confirmation instruction sent by the service terminal is obtained, determining that the card information is matched with the user identification.
Further, the card information includes a card type, and before the processor 501 controls the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matching the card information from the cartridge, the processor is further configured to:
detecting whether a blank card matched with the card type exists in the chuck or not;
and if the detection result is yes, executing the step of controlling the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matched with the card information from the chuck.
Further, the confirmation instruction carries chip information, and when the processor 501 manufactures a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identifier, the processor is specifically configured to:
acquiring chip information corresponding to the user identification and the card information according to the confirmation instruction;
controlling the card reading and writing device to write the chip information into the chip of the blank card;
and controlling the card reading and writing device to send the card written with the chip information to a printing device of the intelligent card changing terminal, so that the printing device prints the card information onto the card written with the chip information to obtain the replacement intelligent card.
Further, after manufacturing a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identifier, before controlling the card reading and writing device to send the replacement smart card to a card issuing device for storage, the processor 501 is further configured to:
controlling the card reading and writing device to detect whether the chip information of the replaced smart card is matched with the card information carried in the card replacing request;
and if the detection result is yes, activating the replacement smart card according to the chip information.
Further, when the processor 501 activates the replacement smart card according to the chip information, the processor is specifically configured to:
acquiring at least one service function in the chip information, wherein the service function comprises a signing service;
and activating each service function in the chip information.
Further, after the processor 501 controls the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matching the card information from the cartridge, the processor is further configured to:
recording the number of the blank cards which are selected from the chuck by the card reading and writing device and are matched with the card information;
and updating the number of the blank cards in the smart card database according to the using number.

When the intelligent card changing terminal acquires the card taking request, the card sending device is controlled to output the replacement intelligent card corresponding to the target card information carried in the card taking request, so that intelligent and automatic card changing services are realized, the card changing efficiency is improved, and the customer experience is improved.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the Processor 501 may be a central Processing module (CPU), and may also be other general processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 504 may include a read-only memory and a random access memory, and provides instructions and data to the processor 501. A portion of the memory 504 may also include non-volatile random access memory. For example, the memory 504 may also store device type information.
In a specific implementation, the processor 501, the input device 502, and the output device 503 described in this embodiment of the present invention may execute the implementation manners described in the method embodiments illustrated in fig. 1, fig. 2, or fig. 3 of the smart card changing method provided in this embodiment of the present invention, and may also execute the implementation manner of the smart card changing apparatus described in fig. 4 or the implementation manner of the smart card changing terminal described in fig. 5 in this embodiment of the present invention, which is not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the method for changing an intelligent card described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1, fig. 2, or fig. 3 is implemented, and an implementation manner of an intelligent card changing apparatus described in fig. 4 or an implementation manner of an intelligent card changing terminal described in fig. 5 of the present invention may also be implemented.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage module of the smart card changing terminal according to any of the foregoing embodiments, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the smart card changing terminal. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the smart Card changing terminal, such as a plug-in hard disk provided on the smart Card changing terminal, a Smart Memory Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like. Further, the computer readable storage medium may also include both an internal storage module and an external storage device of the smart card changer terminal. The computer-readable storage medium is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the smart card-changing terminal. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention essentially or partly contributes to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution can be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (8)
1. An intelligent card changing method is applied to an intelligent card changing terminal, wherein the intelligent card changing terminal comprises a card reading and writing device, a chuck and a card issuing device, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a card changing request initiated by a user on a user interface of the intelligent card changing terminal, wherein the card changing request carries card information and user identification of an intelligent card, and the card information comprises one or more of card type, card account number, card use description and card customer service telephone; the user interface comprises a prompt interface used for initiating the card change request, the prompt interface comprises a text area for inputting card information and a user identifier, and the card change request is sent by clicking a card change request button on the prompt interface after the card information and the user identifier are input in the text area;
judging whether the card information of the smart card is matched with the user identification;
if the card information is judged to be the blank card, controlling the card reading and writing device to select the blank card matched with the card information from the chuck, and manufacturing a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identification; the selected blank card is matched with the card type of the intelligent card, and the card type comprises a bank card, a credit card and a life expense card;
controlling the card reading and writing device to detect whether the chip information of the replaced smart card is matched with the card information carried in the card replacing request;
if the detection result is yes, at least two service functions in the chip information are obtained, wherein the service functions comprise a signing service function and a fixed service function;
activating the functions of the signing service and the fixed service in the chip information;
controlling the card reading and writing device to send the replacement smart card to a card sending device for storage;
after the storage confirmation instruction is obtained, outputting a prompt interface, wherein the prompt interface comprises information for prompting a user whether to take the card and a confirmation button, and when the operation that the user clicks the confirmation button is obtained, obtaining a card taking request;
after the prompt interface is output, if the card taking request is not received within a preset time range, automatically closing the prompt interface;
and when the card taking request is acquired, controlling the card issuing device to output a replacement intelligent card corresponding to the target card information carried in the card taking request, wherein the replacement intelligent card is an entity card.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the card information of the smart card matches the user identifier comprises:
sending the card information and the user identification to a service terminal so that the service terminal detects whether the card information and the user identification are matched from a database for storing historical data, wherein the service terminal establishes communication connection with the intelligent card changing terminal;
and if a confirmation instruction sent by the service terminal is obtained, determining that the card information is matched with the user identification.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the card information includes a card type, and before the controlling the card reader/writer device to select a blank card from the cartridge that matches the card information, further comprising:
detecting whether a blank card matched with the card type exists in the chuck or not;
and if the detection result is yes, the step of controlling the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matched with the card information from the chuck is executed.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the confirmation instruction carries chip information, and the manufacturing of the replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identifier comprises:
acquiring chip information corresponding to the user identification and the card information according to the confirmation instruction;
controlling the card reading and writing device to write the chip information into the chip of the blank card;
and controlling the card reading and writing device to send the card written with the chip information to a printing device of the intelligent card changing terminal, so that the printing device prints the card information onto the card written with the chip information to obtain the replacement intelligent card.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after controlling the card reader/writer device to select a blank card from the cartridge that matches the card information, the method further comprises:
recording the number of the blank cards which are selected from the chuck by the card reading and writing device and are matched with the card information;
and updating the number of the blank cards in the smart card database according to the using number.
6. An intelligent card-changing device, comprising:
the card changing terminal comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a card changing request initiated by a user on a user interface of the intelligent card changing terminal, the card changing request carries card information and user identification of an intelligent card, and the card information comprises one or more of card type, card account number, card use description and card customer service telephone; the user interface comprises a prompt interface used for initiating the card change request, the prompt interface comprises a text area for inputting card information and a user identifier, and the card change request is sent by clicking a card change request button on the prompt interface after the card information and the user identifier are input in the text area;
the judging module is used for judging whether the card information of the intelligent card is matched with the user identification;
the manufacturing module is used for controlling the card reading and writing device to select a blank card matched with the card information from the chuck and manufacturing a replacement smart card according to the card information and the user identification if the judgment result is yes; the selected blank card is matched with the card type of the intelligent card, and the card type comprises a bank card, a credit card and a life expense card;
the activation module is used for controlling the card reading and writing device to detect whether the chip information of the replaced smart card is matched with the card information carried in the card changing request; if the detection result is yes, at least two service functions in the chip information are obtained, wherein the service functions comprise a signing service function and a fixed service function; activating the functions of the signing service and the fixed service in the chip information;
the sending module is used for controlling the card reading and writing device to send the replacement smart card to the card sending device for storage;
the sending module is further used for outputting a prompt interface after the storage confirmation instruction is obtained, wherein the prompt interface comprises information for prompting whether the user takes the card and a confirmation button, and when the operation that the user clicks the confirmation button is obtained, the card taking request is obtained; after the prompt interface is output, if the card taking request is not received within a preset time range, automatically closing the prompt interface;
and the control module is used for controlling the card issuing device to output a replacement intelligent card corresponding to the target card information carried in the card fetching request when the card fetching request is obtained, wherein the replacement intelligent card is an entity card.
7. A smart card-changing terminal comprising a processor, an input device, an output device and a memory, the processor, the input device, the output device and the memory being interconnected, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor being configured to invoke the program instructions to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
