Two parallel and opposite fixing plates 24 are vertically arranged at the bottom of the protective cover body 21, and two sliding grooves 22 are symmetrically arranged on the side surfaces, close to the two fixing plates 24; the connecting handle 23 is located between the two fixing plates 24, and the number of the sliding blocks 231 is two, and the sliding blocks are respectively arranged at two sides of the connecting handle 23 and are correspondingly and slidably connected with the two sliding grooves 22.
