本发明公开了一种空气净化装置,包括装置壳体,在装置壳体上设有进气通道和出气通道,在装置壳体内设有至少两个过滤柱,在装置壳体内还设有净化腔,在过滤柱的内壁上贴有过滤网,在净化腔内设有隔板,在装置壳体内设有驱动旋转电机,驱动旋转电机的主轴上设有驱动齿盘,在过滤柱的侧壁上设有传动齿槽,在净化吸附腔内设有活性炭吸附颗粒填充体,在增香混合腔内设有除尘网层、除异味吸附层和PM2.5吸附层,在进气通道的内壁上设有环形槽,在过滤柱的侧壁上设有伸入环形槽内的环形凸起,在进气通道的内壁上设有连接螺纹。本发明的结构简单、操作便捷,大大提高了装置整体的使用稳定性和使用寿命,适用性好且实用性强。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化装置技术领域,具体涉及一种能增加空气香味的空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,空气净化装置使用得越来越多,在空气净化装置中,为了增加过滤面积往往会需要多个成排的滤管同时对空气进行过滤,其虽然可以提高空气净化效率,但是由于长时间的工作,滤网上会吸附大量的污物从而会影响净化的效率与净化的稳定性,而传统技术的空气净化装置极不容易更换滤网,故而在滤网损坏后需要整个装置进行报废,从而造成较大资源的浪费,适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是提供一种可实时对过滤网进行清洗,从而可以保证过滤网的过滤稳定性,而且可有效的减少更换操作的频率,从而提高了适用性和实用性的能增加空气香味的空气净化装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种能增加空气香味的空气净化装置,包括装置壳体,在所述装置壳体上设有进气通道和出气通道,在所述装置壳体内设有至少两个过滤柱,在所述装置壳体内还设有净化腔,所述过滤柱的侧壁顶部通过通孔与所述净化腔相连通,在所述过滤柱的内壁上贴有过滤网,在所述净化腔内设有隔板,所述隔板的底端抵接在所述过滤柱的顶壁上,所述净化腔被隔板分隔成净化吸附腔和增香混合腔,在所述装置壳体内设有驱动旋转电机,所述驱动旋转电机的主轴上设有驱动齿盘,在所述过滤柱的侧壁上设有与所述驱动齿盘相连通的传动齿槽,所述过滤柱在所述驱动齿盘的作用下实现旋转且使通孔活动连通净化吸附腔或增香混合腔,且所述净化吸附腔与所述增香混合腔的顶部通过Y型通道与出气通道相连接,在所述净化吸附腔内设有活性炭吸附颗粒填充体,在所述增香混合腔内设有除尘网层、除异味吸附层和PM2.5吸附层,在所述进气通道的内壁上设有环形槽,在所述过滤柱的侧壁上设有伸入所述环形槽内的环形凸起,在所述进气通道的内壁上设有连接螺纹,在所述过滤柱的侧壁与所述进气通道的内壁之间设有密封垫圈层,所述香味为薄荷香味,除异味吸附层为活性炭材质。
在所述过滤柱的顶部还设有滤罩,在所述滤罩上均匀设有透气孔,在所述滤罩与所述过滤柱之间设有紫外线杀菌灯。
在所述装置壳体内还设有清洗腔,所述清洗腔上设有倾斜通道,所述过滤网的底部插入所述倾斜通道内且在所述过滤柱内的顶壁上设有压板,在所述压板与所述过滤柱的顶壁之间设有抵压气缸,所述过滤网的顶部抵压在所述压板的底面上,所述过滤网的底部在所述压板的作用下进入清洗腔内。
在所述过滤柱的内壁上设有竖向滑槽,所述过滤网的外壁通过滑块活动设置在所述竖向滑槽内且在所述滑块与所述竖向滑槽之间设有复位弹簧。
在所述清洗腔的顶壁上设有清洗喷嘴,在所述清洗腔的底壁上设有排污口,在所述装置壳体上设有与所述清洗喷嘴相连通的清洗接口。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构简单、操作便捷,可有效且快速的实现对空气的净化与杀菌处理,大大提高了空气净化效率,并且还设有清洗腔,可实时对过滤网进行清洗,从而可以保证过滤网的过滤稳定性,而且可有效的减少更换操作的频率,大大提高了适用性和实用性。

见图1,一种能增加空气香味的空气净化装置,包括装置壳体1,在所述装置壳体1上设有进气通道2和出气通道3,在所述装置壳体1内设有至少两个过滤柱4,在所述装置壳体1内还设有净化腔5,所述过滤柱4的侧壁顶部通过通孔6与所述净化腔5相连通,在所述过滤柱4的内壁上贴有过滤网7,在所述净化腔5内设有隔板8,所述隔板8的底端抵接在所述过滤柱4的顶壁上,所述净化腔5被隔板8分隔成净化吸附腔9和增香混合腔10,在所述装置壳体1内设有驱动旋转电机11,所述驱动旋转电机11的主轴上设有驱动齿盘12,在所述过滤柱4的侧壁上设有与所述驱动齿盘12相连通的传动齿槽13,所述过滤柱4在所述驱动齿盘12的作用下实现旋转且使通孔6活动连通净化吸附腔9或增香混合腔10,且所述净化吸附腔9与所述增香混合腔10的顶部通过Y型通道33与出气通道3相连接,在所述净化吸附腔9内设有活性炭吸附颗粒填充体34,在所述增香混合腔10内设有除尘网层35、除异味吸附层14和PM2.5吸附层15,在所述进气通道2的内壁上设有环形槽16,在所述过滤柱4的侧壁上设有伸入所述环形槽16内的环形凸起17,在所述进气通道2的内壁上设有连接螺纹18,在所述过滤柱4的侧壁与所述进气通道2的内壁之间设有密封垫圈层19。
在所述过滤柱4的顶部还设有滤罩20,在所述滤罩20上均匀设有透气孔21,在所述滤罩20与所述过滤柱4之间设有紫外线杀菌灯22,所述香味为薄荷香味,除异味吸附层为活性炭材质。
在所述装置壳体1内还设有清洗腔23,所述清洗腔23上设有倾斜通道24,所述过滤网7的底部插入所述倾斜通道24内且在所述过滤柱4内的顶壁上设有压板25,在所述压板25与所述过滤柱4的顶壁之间设有抵压气缸26,所述过滤网7的顶部抵压在所述压板25的底面上,所述过滤网7的底部在所述压板25的作用下进入清洗腔23内。
在所述过滤柱4的内壁上设有竖向滑槽27,所述过滤网7的外壁通过滑块28活动设置在所述竖向滑槽27内且在所述滑块28与所述竖向滑槽27之间设有复位弹簧29。
在所述清洗腔的顶壁上设有清洗喷嘴30,在所述清洗腔的底壁上设有排污口31,在所述装置壳体上设有与所述清洗喷嘴相连通的清洗接口32。
本发明的结构简单、操作便捷,可有效且快速的实现对空气的净化与杀菌处理,大大提高了空气净化效率,并且还设有清洗腔,可实时对过滤网进行清洗,从而可以保证过滤网的过滤稳定性,而且可有效的减少更换操作的频率,大大提高了适用性和实用性。

1.一种能增加空气香味的空气净化装置,包括装置壳体,在所述装置壳体上设有进气通道和出气通道,其特征在于:在所述装置壳体内设有至少两个过滤柱,在所述装置壳体内还设有净化腔,所述过滤柱的侧壁顶部通过通孔与所述净化腔相连通,在所述过滤柱的内壁上贴有过滤网,在所述净化腔内设有隔板,所述隔板的底端抵接在所述过滤柱的顶壁上,所述净化腔被隔板分隔成净化吸附腔和增香混合腔,在所述装置壳体内设有驱动旋转电机,所述驱动旋转电机的主轴上设有驱动齿盘,在所述过滤柱的侧壁上设有与所述驱动齿盘相连通的传动齿槽,所述过滤柱在所述驱动齿盘的作用下实现旋转且使通孔活动连通净化吸附腔或增香混合腔,且所述净化吸附腔与所述增香混合腔的顶部通过Y型通道与出气通道相连接,在所述净化吸附腔内设有活性炭吸附颗粒填充体,在所述增香混合腔内设有除尘网层、除异味吸附层和PM2.5吸附层,在所述进气通道的内壁上设有环形槽,在所述过滤柱的侧壁上设有伸入所述环形槽内的环形凸起,在所述进气通道的内壁上设有连接螺纹,在所述过滤柱的侧壁与所述进气通道的内壁之间设有密封垫圈层,所述香味为薄荷香味,除异味吸附层为活性炭材质;
在所述装置壳体内还设有清洗腔,所述清洗腔上设有倾斜通道,所述过滤网的底部插入所述倾斜通道内且在所述过滤柱内的顶壁上设有压板,在所述压板与所述过滤柱的顶壁之间设有抵压气缸,所述过滤网的顶部抵压在所述压板的底面上,所述过滤网的底部在所述压板的作用下进入清洗腔内;
在所述清洗腔的顶壁上设有清洗喷嘴,在所述清洗腔的底壁上设有排污口,在所述装置壳体上设有与所述清洗喷嘴相连通的清洗接口;
在所述过滤柱的内壁上设有竖向滑槽,所述过滤网的外壁通过滑块活动设置在所述竖向滑槽内且在所述滑块与所述竖向滑槽之间设有复位弹簧。
