The lifting and adjusting LED bulb according to claim 2, wherein the lamp body structure further comprises a secondary light source structure arranged on the upper end face of the lamp tube, a light-transmitting cover covered on the secondary light source structure, and an upper clamping ring arranged at the edge of the upper end of the lamp tube and used for pressing and fixing the light-transmitting cover on the lamp tube.
4. A lifting adjustable LED light bulb as set forth in claim 3, wherein the light body structure further comprises a skirt secured between the upper and lower snap rings and surrounding the LED light source structure.
5. The adjustable height LED bulb of claim 4, wherein the base is configured as a screw base.
6. The adjustable height LED bulb of claim 5, wherein the barrel and the attachment ring are each made of a thermally conductive metal.
7. The adjustable LED bulb of claim 6, wherein the cartridge is made of a plastic material.
