Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem that this application mainly solves is to provide a locking device and use its LED display screen, can improve the reliability of connecting between the box, and can realize the concatenation and the dismantlement between the box fast and conveniently.
In order to solve the technical problems, one technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: there is provided a locking device, wherein the locking device comprises a male seat assembly and a female seat assembly connected, the male seat assembly and the female seat assembly each comprising:
the base is provided with a positioning hole which is used for being spliced and matched with a positioning column on a preset component;
a handle assembly comprising a handle, the handle being hinged to the base;
the positioning column is provided with a first positioning structure, the handle is provided with a second positioning structure, and the first positioning structure is buckled and matched with the second positioning structure by rotating the handle, so that the male seat assembly or the female seat assembly is fixedly connected with the preset member.
The base comprises a base plate and a fixing frame arranged on one side of the base plate, the positioning holes are formed in the base plate, and the handle is hinged with the fixing frame.

The handle assembly further comprises a limiting assembly, the limiting assembly comprises a limiting piece hinged with the handle and an elastic connecting piece arranged between the handle and the limiting piece, and one end of the limiting piece is abutted to the fixing frame when the first positioning structure is matched with the second positioning structure in a buckled mode so as to fix the position of the handle.
The handle limiting part is hinged with the limiting part through a rotating shaft, the elastic connecting part is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and two ends of the elastic connecting part are respectively abutted to the handle and the limiting part.
The handle is further provided with a through hole, one end of the limiting piece is abutted against the fixing frame, and the other end of the limiting piece is inserted into the through hole.
The locking device comprises a base, a male seat assembly and a female seat assembly, wherein the base of the male seat assembly and the base of the female seat assembly are respectively provided with a slot part and an inserting part, the male seat assembly and the female seat assembly are connected through the inserting parts inserted into the slot parts, and the locking device further comprises a connecting piece penetrating through the slot parts and the inserting parts so that the male seat assembly and the female seat assembly are fixedly connected.
The slot part and the insertion part are arc-shaped, and the connecting piece is used for controlling the depth of the insertion part inserted into the slot part so as to adjust the distance between the male seat assembly and the female seat assembly.

In order to solve the technical problems, one technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: the LED display screen comprises a plurality of mutually spliced LED boxes of the LED display screen, and two adjacent LED boxes are connected by adopting the locking device.
The beneficial effects of this application are: different from the condition of prior art, this application discloses a locking device and use its LED display screen. The fixed column and the handle shell are provided with a limiting and fixing structure, so that the handle is fixed with the positioning column in position during opening and closing/fastening.

Referring to fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a locking device provided in the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the locking device of FIG. 1 prior to snap-fit engagement of the handle with the positioning post; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a base in the male housing assembly of the locking device of FIG. 1; fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a cross-sectional view of the locking device shown in fig. 1.
The locking device 10 includes a male seat assembly 100 and a female seat assembly 200 connected, and each of the male seat assembly 100 and the female seat assembly 200 may include a base and a handle assembly hinged to the base.
Taking the male seat assembly 100 as an example, the male seat assembly 100 includes a base 110 and a handle assembly 120 hinged to the base 110, a positioning hole 111 is provided on the base 110, and the positioning hole 111 can be inserted and matched with a positioning column 300 provided on a preset member, so as to position the male seat assembly 100.
When the positioning column 300 is in plug-in matching with the positioning hole 111 on the base 110, the positioning column 300 penetrates through the positioning hole 111, and a part of the positioning column 300, which exceeds the positioning hole 111, is provided with a first positioning structure 310; the handle assembly 120 includes a handle 121, a second positioning structure 122 is disposed on the handle 121, and the handle 121 is rotated relative to the base 110 by rotating the handle 121, so that the second positioning structure 122 on the handle 121 is buckled and matched with the first positioning structure 310 on the positioning post 300, thereby implementing the installation of the entire male seat assembly 100 on the aforementioned preset member.
Similarly, the female socket assembly 200 may be connected to the positioning posts 300 on other components by the same structure, so that the female socket assembly 200 may be fixedly mounted on other components, and thus the locking device 10 in this embodiment may be connected to different components by fixedly mounting the male socket assembly 100 and the female socket assembly 200 on different components.
In this embodiment, the spacing and adjustment between the male and female seat assemblies 100, 200. Specifically, the base 110 of the male seat assembly 100 is provided with an insertion portion 112, the base 210 of the female seat assembly 200 is provided with a slot portion 212, and the insertion portion 112 is at least partially inserted into the slot portion 212, so as to connect the male seat assembly 100 and the female seat assembly 200. The locking device 10 further includes a connector 400, where the connector 400 penetrates through the insertion portion 112 and the slot portion 212, so that the male seat assembly 100 and the female seat assembly 200 can be fixedly connected.
The insertion portion 112 is provided with an elongated hole 1121, a plurality of clamping grooves 1122 uniformly distributed along the elongated hole 1121 are formed in a sidewall of the opening of the elongated hole 1121 on the insertion portion 112, the connector 400 is provided with clamping columns 410 matched with the clamping grooves 1122, wherein the connector 400 penetrates through the elongated hole 1121, and the clamping columns 410 on the connector 400 are arranged in one of the clamping grooves 1122, so that the positions of the insertion portion 112 and the slot portion 212 are fixed, and by arranging the clamping columns 410 in different clamping grooves 1122, the length of the insertion portion 112 inserted into the slot portion 212 can be adjusted, and then the distance between the male seat assembly 100 and the female seat assembly 200 can be adjusted.
In this embodiment, the insertion portion 112 and the slot portion 212 may be curved, and the corresponding elongated hole 1121 may be curved, so that by arranging the card post 410 in different card slots 1122, the length of the insertion portion 112 inserted into the slot portion 212 may be adjusted, and thus the distance and angle between the male seat assembly 100 and the female seat assembly 200 may be adjusted.
In the present embodiment, the difference between the base of the male seat assembly 100 and the base of the female seat assembly 200 is that the insertion portion 112 is disposed on the base 110 of the male seat assembly 100, and the insertion portion 212 is disposed on the base 210 of the female seat assembly 200. The bases of the male and female socket assemblies 100 and 200 each further include a base plate and a fixing frame disposed at one side of the base plate.
Taking the base 110 of the male assembly 100 as an example, the base 110 further includes a base plate 113 and a fixing frame 114 disposed on one side of the base plate 113. The insertion portion 112 extends from one end of the fixing frame 114 in a direction away from the substrate 113.
Wherein the handle 121 is hinged to the mount 114. One end of the handle 121 is provided with two handle arms 123 arranged at intervals, and one end of the fixing frame 114 is inserted between the two handle arms 123 arranged at intervals, so that the handle 121 is hinged with the fixing frame 114 through a connecting shaft.
Wherein, the second positioning structures 122 are arranged on the second two handle arms 123, and the second positioning structures 122 are arranged on one side of the two handle arms 123 away from each other. Wherein, the second positioning structure 122 is an arc blocking wall arranged at the edge of the handle arm 123, the first positioning structure 310 is a boss arranged on the positioning column 300, and the second positioning structure 122 at the edge of the handle arm 123 can be clamped and matched with the first positioning structure 310 by rotating the handle 121.
In this embodiment, the handle assembly 120 further includes a limiting assembly including a limiting member 124 and a resilient connecting member (not shown).
The limiting member 124 is hinged to the handle 121, and the elastic connecting member is disposed between the limiting member 124 and the handle 121, wherein the elastic connecting member may be a torsion spring, and two ends of the elastic connecting member respectively abut against the limiting member 124 and the handle 121.
The limiting member 124 is hinged to the handle 121 by providing a rotating shaft 125 at a middle portion thereof, wherein the elastic connecting member may be sleeved on the rotating shaft 125. Wherein, still be provided with through-hole 126 on handle 121, the one end of locating part 124 inserts and locates between two handle arms 123, the other end inserts and establishes with the through-hole 126 in order to be the pressing part 1241 of locating part 124, when needs are with second location structure 122 and first location structure 310 unclamp its card and match, through pressing part 1241, thereby can make the other end of locating part 124 separate with the butt cooperation of mount 114, consequently make handle subassembly 120 can rotate relative to mount 114, thereby make second location structure 122 break away from the card and match with first location structure 310 through making handle subassembly 120 rotate. The base plate 113 is then removed from the positioning posts 300 so that the entire male assembly 100 can be removed from the intended component.
The locking device 10 that this application provided simple structure, and through the direct lock of the first location structure 310 on second location structure 122 and the reference column on the handle match to can make locking device 10 can direct mount on the component of predetermineeing, its installation dismantlement flow is simple.
Further, in order to improve the fixing stability of the locking device 10 on the preset member, a fixing through hole may be further provided on the base plate 113, and the fixing through hole may be a pin hole, a key hole or a screw hole, and the base plate 113 may be fixedly mounted on the preset member by providing a pin, a key or a screw in the fixing through hole, so that the entire male seat assembly 100 or the female seat assembly 200 may be mounted on the preset member.
The present application also provides an LED display screen, where the LED display screen may include a plurality of LED boxes spliced with each other, and two adjacent LED boxes are connected by using the locking device 10 as described above. Specifically, the positioning posts 300 described above are disposed on two adjacent LED boxes, and the male seat assembly 100 and the female seat assembly 200 of the locking device 10 are respectively matched with the positioning posts 300 on two adjacent LED boxes, so that the two adjacent LED boxes can be fixedly connected.
In summary, the application discloses a locking device and an LED display screen using the same. The positioning column is inserted into the positioning hole of the base to fix the relative position of the male seat assembly or the female seat assembly and the positioning column, then the handle is provided with the second positioning structure, the positioning column is provided with the first positioning structure, the handle and the positioning column are relatively fixed in position by buckling and matching the second positioning structure and the first positioning structure, and therefore the handle part can be prevented from loosening or separating, and the connection between the boxes is firmer.
