Description

Chemical fiber additive for pretreatment whitening of polyester waste
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical fiber additives, in particular to a chemical fiber additive for pretreatment and whitening of polyester waste.
Background
With the update of chemical fiber products, the recovery of various polyester wastes becomes a very urgent problem, and due to the weak decomposition capability, large fiber loss, poor dispersion capability and insufficient whiteness of the obtained finished chemical fiber, the pretreatment agent adopted in the common recovery process cannot effectively recover and treat the wastes, so that the chemical fiber products with excellent quality cannot be obtained.
For example, chinese patent with application number CN201611192113.1 discloses a chemical fiber additive for pretreatment and whitening of polyester waste, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of high-efficiency degreasing agent, 10-20 parts of desizing powder, 2-5 parts of amylase, 10-20 parts of refining agent, 20-30 parts of chelating dispersant, 10-20 parts of alkaline oil, 5-15 parts of fluorescent brightener 4BK, 75-15 parts of fluorescent brightener BA-2675, 5-15 parts of fluorescent brightener MST and 2-10 parts of alkali-resistant penetrating agent. The substances are integrated together, so that a synergistic effect can be achieved, and the effect that 1+1 is more than 2 is achieved.
The inventor knows that most components in the above formula are probably disclosed as chemical fiber auxiliaries in the prior art, but the inventor intends to emphasize that the inventive idea of the invention is not only to use each single component as a pretreatment of polyester waste, but also to select the most suitable component from the prior art and waste materials and to strictly limit the proportion of the components so as to achieve synergistic effect, thereby optimizing the performance of the auxiliaries to meet the requirements. This process requires a great deal of creative effort and is not achieved with a simple limited number of tests.
The reason is that specific several raw materials are selected from thousands of raw materials and the optimal proportion is limited, and the achievement of the result needs to be established on the basis of a great amount of theory and practice. Furthermore, in the research and development process of the invention, the team of the invention finds that the selection of the types of the auxiliary components and the setting of the mixture ratio of the components have an influence relationship with the comprehensive performance of the auxiliary, and because the performance of the auxiliary to be considered is more and does not show very obvious regularity, the auxiliary may have a great influence on a certain performance of the auxiliary by only slightly adjusting a certain component or mixture ratio parameter, for example, the whitening capability is adjusted well sometimes, but the emulsibility or the damage to the fiber is suddenly not met. Therefore, the research and development of the invention are carried out under the condition of no obvious regularity guide and certain 'blindness', and the invention has higher requirements on various aspects of performances of the auxiliary agent, so that the acquisition of the auxiliary agent with good comprehensive performance is extremely difficult for the ordinary technicians in the field.
In the formula of the auxiliary agent, besides the performance and the function of each component, the components are mutually coated and emulsified in a certain sequence to form a uniformly dispersed phase, so that the synergistic interaction is realized, and the technical effect that 1+1 is more than 2 is realized.
