The invention provides a sewing machine which comprises a needle plate, a presser foot plate and a presser foot rod, wherein the presser foot rod is connected with the presser foot plate and drives the presser foot plate to lift, when the presser foot plate descends, a sewing material is pressed on the needle plate, an air outlet hole used for blowing air to the sewing material is arranged on the presser foot plate or the needle plate, and the air outlet hole is connected with an air source through an air pipe. The invention adopts the structure that the foot pressing plate or the needle plate is provided with the air outlet, and the relative friction force between the sewing material and the needle plate or the foot pressing plate is reduced by blowing air to the sewing material, so that the sewing material passes through the foot pressing plate at a stable speed, the stability of conveying the sewing material caused by the relative friction force is avoided, and the sewing effect of the sewing material is improved.

Preferably, an air cavity communicated with the air supply channel is arranged in the pressure foot plate, the air outlet holes are positioned on the cavity wall of the air cavity, and the air outlet holes are multiple and comprise a main air hole communicated with the air cavity and two rows of auxiliary air holes symmetrically distributed about the main air hole.
Preferably, the secondary air holes in each row are arranged in the direction of travel of the stitchbonding material.

As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the air outlet is located on the foot pressing plate 2, an air supply channel (not shown) is arranged in the foot pressing rod 1, one end of the air supply channel is communicated with the air outlet on the foot pressing plate 2, and the other end of the air supply channel is connected with the air pipe 3. The presser bar 1 of this embodiment is hollow, and forms the air supply channel, and is connected with the air tube 3 to realize air blowing.
In order to blow air to the seam material better, as shown in fig. 2, the presser foot plate 2 in this embodiment has an air cavity communicated with the air supply channel, the air outlets are located on the cavity wall of the air cavity, and the air outlets are multiple and comprise a main air hole 5 communicated with the air cavity and two rows of auxiliary air holes 4 symmetrically distributed about the main air hole 5. In the embodiment, the air outlet is arranged on the main body of the foot pressing plate 2, and is not arranged on the two foot pressing fingers, and the air outlet is mainly used for fully contacting the sewing material with the main body of the foot pressing plate, and the relative friction force of the air outlet is larger at the position; however, the air outlet hole can be arranged on the pressure foot finger, and the air outlet hole can be optionally arranged according to the requirement. In the embodiment, the main air hole 5 is matched with the auxiliary air hole 4, so that the air flow direction can be adjusted, an air gap is formed between the sewing material and the presser foot plate, the relative friction is reduced, and the sewing is more stable.
Preferably, the secondary air holes 4 in each row are arranged along the moving direction of the sewing material, and can form air flow for pushing the sewing material to move, so that the sewing material is beneficial to moving when the friction force between the sewing material and the toe board is reduced.
In order to stably convey the sewing material and improve the sewing effect, the air outlet holes are located on the needle plate, not shown, and the air outlet holes obliquely eject air flow. In the embodiment, the needle plate is provided with the air outlet hole which can blow air to the sewing material to suspend the sewing material, so that the relative friction between the needle plate and the sewing material is reduced. In order to avoid the overlarge airflow from attaching the sewing material to the foot pressing plate, the outlet of the air outlet hole is obliquely arranged, so that the airflow is obliquely sprayed out, and a certain lifting force is given to the sewing material, thereby improving the sewing stability. The air outlet hole on the needle plate can be directly connected with the air pipe.
In conclusion, the sewing machine of the invention blows air to the sewing material at the foot pressing plate or the needle plate, so that the relative friction of the sewing material in the movement process is reduced, the movement stability of the sewing machine is improved, the sewing traces are uniform and stable, and the sewing effect is improved. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
