Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a design method of a procedure file manufacturing flow of a full-fashioned knitted garment. In this embodiment, the method includes:
step 100, determining the outline of a design template formulated by a designer;
the designer formulates a design template of the garment according to the requirements of the customer, the design device determines the appearance contour of the garment according to the design template, the contour comprises the whole contour and the contour of each detail part, and the garment can be in the styles of clothes such as suits, shirts, knitwear and the like.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, a flow chart of a method for determining a contour is shown.
Step 101, judging whether the design template is matched with a template in a current system template library;
102, if the template is matched with the outline, selecting the matched template as the outline;
step 103, if the two shapes are not matched, determining the outline according to preset outline making conditions, wherein the outline making conditions at least comprise: the characteristics of the clothes, the characteristics of fabric tissues and the motion rule of human bodies.
The outline of the garment is determined to be the basis for ensuring that the garment can meet all requirements of a customer, after a design template of a designer is received, the style type of the designed garment needs to be determined so as to make a corresponding weaving process, and part of relatively universal style data or historically designed garment data can be stored in a system template library. If the template stored in the current system template library can be matched with the design template in terms of styles, used fabrics and the like, the template stored in the current system template library can be directly used as the outline of the garment; if no template matched with the design template exists in the current system template library, the appearance contour of the garment needs to be determined again according to the design paperboard of the garment, the self characteristics of the garment, the characteristics of fabric tissues adopted by the garment, such as different characteristics of cotton, knitting, yarn clamping fabrics and the like, the motion rule of a human body, such as different activity characteristics of joints, collars, waists and the like, the working principle of a full-forming flat knitting machine, the weaving method and other factors. In particular, the contour of a specific part of the garment, such as a shoulder, an underarm, etc., needs to be considered so as to enable subsequent manufacturing and meet the requirements of customers.
Step 200, drawing a compression pattern according to the outline;
and drawing a compression pattern on the determined outline, wherein the compression pattern comprises the shape, the size, the weave pattern and the like of the clothes, and a manufacturing implementation method for correspondingly arranging the compression pattern is required.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 3, a flow chart of a method of depicting a compression pattern.
Step 201, acquiring the transverse and longitudinal densities of the fabric according to the fabric sample;
step 202, determining the number of needle revolutions of the compression pattern according to the transverse and longitudinal densities of the fabric and the size of the garment;
step 203, marking all parts of the garment with different login colors according to the outline to obtain a color-coated compressed pattern template;
step 204, adding additional functional lines in the area corresponding to each registration color according to the color-coated compressed pattern template;
step 205, copying the color-coated compressed pattern templates, and marking each part of the garment on the two color-coated compressed pattern templates to obtain a mark;
and step 206, determining a compressed pattern manufacturing template according to the color-coated compressed pattern template and the marks.
According to manual experience or historical record data of fabric samples, the horizontal and vertical densities of the fabric are obtained, and the number of needle revolutions of compression patterns, the lower needle strength, the lower needle density and the like in the garment manufacturing process are determined according to the horizontal and vertical densities of the fabric and the garment size, so that the complete embroidery of garment patterns and the sewing quality of various joints, lock openings and the like of the garment are guaranteed.
The determined outline of the garment can distinguish various detailed parts of the garment, and the colors of various parts of the garment are marked according to the outline, in the embodiment, 255 default color codes of the system are adopted as the registration colors of the compression patterns to mark different parts of the garment, a knitting method and the like, and the garment represented by the different color codes, namely the color-coated compression pattern template, is obtained.
Different login colors not only represent different garment parts, but also represent different knitting methods and other information, so that different additional functional lines need to be added according to different login color areas to distinguish and realize different functions.
The same color-coated compressed pattern template is copied as the weave pattern of the front and back pieces of the garment, but attention needs to be paid to distinguish the numbers of the various parts of the garment, the color-coated compressed pattern template is clear, and the problem of confusion of the front and back pieces is prevented.
The special parts in the garment need to be noticed, too complicated compression patterns and too complicated needle inserting methods are avoided at the special parts of the garment, and the problem that a machine cannot be realized or the manufacture cannot meet the requirements of customers is solved.
Step 300, making a small graph package according to the compression patterns;
and correspondingly manufacturing a small graph package according to the determined compression pattern, wherein the small graph package at least comprises colors corresponding to all the detail parts of the garment and a manufacturing implementation method.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart illustrating a method for producing a thumbnail package.
301, making a registration color in a template according to the compressed patterns, and correspondingly filling coloring unit cells;
step 302, judging whether the color of the current coloring cell is the same as the color of the previous coloring cell;
step 303, if the two cells are different, resetting an additional functional line in the current coloring cell;
and step 304, collecting all the coloring cells, and determining the small image package.
And making a plurality of paint color packs according to the registration colors in the compressed pattern making template, namely filling the registration colors in the corresponding compressed pattern making template into the upper color cells in a specified grid operation interface consisting of the coloring cells.
The filling is performed in rows in order from left to right. At the same time of filling, if the color of the coloring unit cell currently being filled is different from the color of the previous coloring unit cell, the change of the login color is indicated, the corresponding compression pattern, the garment making part, the knitting method, etc. are changed, and at this time, in order to facilitate and accurately make the subsequent machine head specifically manufactured according to the small picture package, additional functional lines need to be newly arranged in the current coloring unit cell, specific operations are instructed, for example, that the additional function line 1 is a division in the lateral direction, the additional function line 2 is a number of lines in a compressed pattern, the additional function line 3 is a repetition in the lateral direction, the additional function line 4 is a diagonal repetition (diagonal direction) and the outer edge of the additional function line R20 is a set, and the additional function line 5 is a diagonal repetition (paint color only pattern) and the outer edge of the additional function line L20 is a set. Specifically, when the machine head works, the machine head moves to different coloring unit cells and operates according to the additional functional lines arranged in the machine head. And (4) collecting all the coloring cells to obtain the thumbnail packages with different operation objects, operation patterns and operation functions. After the thumbnail package is manufactured, the correctness and feasibility of the thumbnail need to be verified repeatedly.
And 400, forming and unfolding to generate a flat knitting machine file according to the small graph package.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart of a flat knitting machine file simulation detection method.
Step 401, simulating the flat knitting machine file to generate a test sample;
step 402, if the test sample is matched with a preset design sample, determining that the flat knitting machine file is a computer-on file.
After the thumbnail package is determined, the thumbnail package is molded and unfolded, and the generation of flat knitting machine files, such as a flat knitting machine file.000 and a flat knitting machine file.999, is automatically controlled and executed. After the flat knitting machine file is generated, in order to prevent the flat knitting machine file from being produced in batches in a trade manner, once problems exist, the problem of heavy loss is caused, the flat knitting machine file needs to be simulated, a test sample can be generated after the simulation, the test sample is matched with a preset design sample, if the test sample is matched with the preset design sample, the test sample meets the requirements of a customer, the flat knitting machine file can be produced in batches, the current flat knitting machine file can be determined to be a final machine-operating file, and the large-batch production is carried out. If the flat knitting machine file is not matched with the standard flat knitting machine file, the problem exists in the test sample, and the requirement of a customer cannot be met, the steps are needed to be checked again until the flat knitting machine file capable of meeting the requirement of the customer is generated.
