The straw biogas-based yellow storage pretreatment device can be judged according to the need, belongs to the laboratory pilot plant level, is convenient to move and operate, can be repeatedly used in a sealed plastic vacuum bag, is economical and environment-friendly, saves time and labor compared with the traditional methods of sprinkling water layer by layer, compacting, sealing soil and the like, solves the practical operation problem of sealing at any time by sampling at any time, is convenient to operate, and ensures the yellow storage effect.

A yellow pretreatment device that stores for straw biogas which characterized in that: the yellow storage box comprises a yellow storage box body (1), a box cover (2), an outer-layer yellow storage vacuum bag (3) and an inner-layer yellow storage vacuum storage device (4), wherein the yellow storage box body (1) is a circular box body, a circle of annular clamping seats (5) are machined on the inner side wall of the yellow storage box body (1), the mounting surfaces of the clamping seats (5) are inclined mounting surfaces, a mounting plate (6) is arranged in the yellow storage box body (1), the circular mounting plate is arranged in the mounting plate (6), the inclined mounting surface is arranged on the outer side surface of the mounting plate (6), the mounting plate (6) is clamped on the clamping seats (5), the outer-layer yellow storage vacuum bag (3) is arranged at the mounting positions of the mounting plate (6) and the clamping seats (5), the inner-layer yellow storage vacuum storage device (4) is arranged on the mounting plate (6) in an array with the center of the mounting plate (6), and the mounting plate (6) and the inner-layer yellow storage vacuum storage device (4) are wrapped in the outer-layer yellow storage vacuum bag (3).
The inner-layer yellow storage vacuum device (4) comprises a fixed ring (7), a locking ring (8), a clamping ring (9), a mounting seat (10) and an inner-layer yellow storage vacuum bag (15), wherein the fixed ring (7) is of an end face flange type, the fixed ring (7) is fixedly mounted on the mounting plate (6), the upper end of the mounting seat (10) is provided with a mounting inlet (12), a mounting through hole (13) is formed in the mounting seat (10), a vacuumizing tube (14) is further arranged on the side wall of the mounting seat (10), the vacuumizing tube (14) is communicated with the mounting through hole (13), the lower end of the mounting seat (10) is provided with a connecting ring (11), the mounting seat (10) is inserted into the clamping ring (9) through the connecting ring (11) at the lower end, a curled edge of the inner-layer yellow storage vacuum bag (15) is firmly clamped between the connecting ring (11) and the clamping ring (9), an arc clamping groove (16) is formed in the outer side wall of the clamping ring (9), the clamping ring (9) is inserted into the fixing ring (7), the locking ring (7) is screwed on the outer side of the inner ring (8) through the locking ring (8), the inner ring (7) is provided with threads, the inner ring (8) is screwed on the outer ring (8) and the inner ring (8) is provided with threads, the annular surface of the fixed ring (7) is also provided with a tightening notch (17) in an array processing way, the tightening notch (17) is provided with a tightening steel ball (18), when the locking ring (8) is screwed in place, the movable space of the tightening steel ball (18) in the tightening notch (17) is extruded, so that the tightening steel ball (18) protrudes out of the inner hole surface of the fixed ring (7) to prop against an arc clamping groove (16) positioned on the outer surface of the clamping ring (9), and the reliable fixation of the clamping ring (9) is realized.

5. A method for pretreating silage for biogas from straw, which is realized based on the silage pretreatment device for biogas from straw according to claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
crushing the harvested straw to 1cm;
step two, filling crushed straws into an inner-layer yellow storage vacuum device (4) layer by layer, adding water layer by layer according to a certain proportion, and controlling the water content to be 65% -75%;
step three, covering the cover plate 21 of the inner-layer yellow storage vacuum device (4), and communicating the vacuumizing pump with the vacuumizing pipe (14) to realize vacuumizing of the inner-layer yellow storage vacuum device (4);
and step four, vacuumizing an outer-layer yellow storage vacuum bag (3) wrapped by the outer layer of the inner-layer yellow storage vacuum storage device (4), and covering a box cover (2).
