本发明涉及一种切削液，具体涉及一种抗菌型金属切削液。
背景技术
金属切削液在金属切削、磨削加工过程中具有相当重要的作用。它在机械加工中应用极为广泛。现有切削液的研发多测重于对上述功能的改进，却忽略了一项很重要的问题，即切削液变质发臭的问题。现有的切削液很容易滋生细菌，在很短的时间内就会发出恶臭，对人的身体健康造成极大的损害。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明致力于提供一种抗菌型金属切削液，使其具备较好的防菌效果。
本发明公开了一种抗菌型金属切削液，其包括以重量份配比的下列组分：油酸50～65克、二甲基氯硅氧基二甲基硅醚21～25克、磷酸20～30克、硫酸锌5～8克、亚硫酸钠2～6克、三乙醇胺14～22克、乙丙醇3～9克、水300～500克、丙酸10～20克、3-乙氧酰基苯胺甲磺酸钠12～18克。
优选地，所述的抗菌型金属切削液包括以重量份配比的下列组分：油酸66克、二甲基氯硅氧基二甲基硅醚23克、磷酸20克、硫酸锌5克、亚硫酸钠4克、三乙醇胺18克、乙丙醇3克、水500克、丙酸10克、3-乙氧酰基苯胺甲磺酸钠14克、对羟基苯甲酸乙脂5克。
优选地，所述的抗菌型金属切削液包括以重量份配比的下列组分：油酸56克、二甲基氯硅氧基二甲基硅醚21克、磷酸30克、硫酸锌8克、亚硫酸钠2克、三乙醇胺14克、乙丙醇9克、水400克、丙酸20克、3-乙氧酰基苯胺甲磺酸钠12克、对羟基苯甲酸乙脂20克。

本实施例的金属切削液，其包括：油酸56克、二甲基氯硅氧基二甲基硅醚21克、磷酸30克、硫酸锌8克、亚硫酸钠2克、三乙醇胺15克、乙丙醇9克、水400克、丙酸20克、3-乙氧酰基苯胺甲磺酸钠12克、对羟基苯甲酸乙脂20克。
