The invention provides a dosing method for air-conditioning cooling water, which is applied to an air-conditioning cooling water dosing device to improve the utilization rate of the air-conditioning cooling water dosing device, wherein the air-conditioning cooling water dosing device is communicated with a plurality of air-conditioning cooling water systems.
In a first embodiment shown in fig. 2, the dosing method comprises the following steps:
step S10: in a detection period, obtaining cooling water sample data of each air-conditioning cooling water system;
step S20: judging whether the content of a preset component in cooling water sample data of an air-conditioning cooling water system is qualified or not; if the product is qualified, executing the step S30, and if the product is not qualified, executing the step S40;
step S30: judging whether the air-conditioning cooling water system is the first detection in the detection period, if so, setting a non-detection mark for the air-conditioning cooling water system so as to enable the air-conditioning cooling water system not to be detected in the next detection period, otherwise, setting a qualified mark for the air-conditioning cooling water system;
step S40: and adding chemicals into the air-conditioning cooling water system according to the content of the unqualified preset components.
Wherein each step is as follows:
step S10: and in a detection period, obtaining cooling water sample data of each air-conditioning cooling water system.
For conveniently managing a plurality of air-conditioning cooling water systems, can number a plurality of air-conditioning cooling water systems, every air-conditioning cooling water system can correspond a pair of control valve, and one of them control valve is arranged in controlling the water intaking module among the air-conditioning cooling water system and according to serial number or according to predetermined rule, gets water from every air-conditioning cooling water system in proper order, and another control valve is arranged in controlling to add the medicine among the air-conditioning cooling water system. The water taken from the air-conditioning cooling water system is used as a cooling water detection sample and can be contained in a cooling water sampling groove. Be equipped with a plurality of sensor modules that detect different pollutants in the cooling water sample groove to detect the cooling water detection sample in the cooling water sample groove obtains cooling water sample data. The sensor module may also send the cooling water sample data to a controller to cause the controller to perform subsequent steps in accordance with the cooling water sample data.
When the pair of electric control valves comprises a water taking electric control valve and a drug adding electric control valve (as shown in fig. 4, the drug adding electric control valve 61, the drug adding electric control valve 62, the drug adding electric control valve 63 and the drug adding electric control valve 64), the controller can send a water taking instruction to sequentially control the opening of the water taking electric control valve communicated with each air-conditioning cooling water system, so that the water taking module is communicated with the corresponding air-conditioning cooling water system to take water; and after the water taking is finished, the controller sends a water taking finishing instruction and closes the water taking electric control valve. And the sensor module starts to detect the content of pollutants in the taken water, obtain the cooling water sample data and send the cooling water sample data to the controller.
Step S20: judging whether the content of a preset component in the sample data is qualified or not; if the result is acceptable, step S30 is executed, and if the result is not acceptable, step S40 is executed.
The controller compares the content of each pollutant in the cooling water sample data with preset qualified data to judge whether the content of each pollutant is qualified or not; if the content of one pollutant exceeds the preset qualified data, a dosing instruction is sent out, and the dosing electric control valve is controlled to be opened, so that the corresponding medicine in the dosing module is communicated with the air-conditioning cooling water system corresponding to the unqualified detection sample to dose.
Contaminants that affect water quality include PH, conductivity, chloride, sulfate, acid consumption, total hardness, iron, sulfide, ammonium, dissolved silicic acid, and the like; correspondingly, the data detected by the sensor module may include one or more of the above data; correspondingly, the sensors in the sensor module may include a cooling water conductivity sensor, a PH sensor, and the like. In order to measure the water quantity of the detection sample, a water flow speed sensor, a pressure sensor and the like can be further included in the sensor module; further, the sensor module may further include a temperature sensor, etc. to make the detection result of the cooling water sample data more accurate.
In order to further improve the accuracy of the cooling water sample data, the cooling water sampling tank can be divided into a plurality of areas, and each area corresponds to different sensors; for example, a pH sensor for measuring pH is placed in a first zone, a cooling water conductivity sensor is placed in a second zone, and the two zones are separated from each other to avoid detection interference among various contaminant contents; to improve the detection efficiency, the sensors in each zone can detect simultaneously to shorten the detection time.
Taking the qualified standard of the air-conditioning cooling water quality standard DB31/T143-94 as an example, the specific parameters of several water quality standards are as follows:
TABLE I, qualification Standard of DB31/T143-94
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
The data detected by each sensor is subjected to signal processing by a corresponding circuit module to obtain the cooling water sample data; after the controller obtains the cooling water sample data, judging whether the content of each pollutant exceeds the standard or not; if not, the cooling water sample data is qualified, the corresponding air-conditioning cooling water system is qualified, and the step S30 is executed; and if the content of one pollutant exceeds the standard, the cooling water sample data is unqualified, and the corresponding air-conditioning cooling water system is unqualified, and the step S40 is executed.
Step S30: and judging whether the air-conditioning cooling water system is the first detection in the period, if so, setting a non-detection mark for the air-conditioning cooling water system so as to enable the air-conditioning cooling water system not to be detected in the next detection period, and otherwise, setting a qualified mark for the air-conditioning cooling water system.
When the cooling water sample data in the air-conditioning cooling water system is qualified after the first detection in a detection period, the water quality in the air-conditioning cooling water system is still acceptable; this embodiment sets up the inspection-free mark with this air conditioner cooling water system to skip this air conditioner cooling water system's detection in next cycle, improve detection efficiency. After the cooling water sample data in the current air-conditioning cooling water system is marked as non-detection or qualified, starting to detect the water quality in the next air-conditioning cooling water system: and the controller controls the opening of the water taking electric control valve corresponding to the next air-conditioning cooling water system to take water and sample, and continues to acquire the cooling water sample data in the step 10 and the judging step in the step 20 to judge whether the cooling water sample data corresponding to the next air-conditioning cooling water system is qualified.
Step S40: and adding the chemicals into the corresponding air-conditioning cooling water system according to the content of the unqualified preset components.
And if the cooling water sample data corresponding to the previous air-conditioning cooling water system is unqualified, the controller sends a dosing instruction to control the dosing electric control valve corresponding to the previous cooling water system to be opened so as to communicate the corresponding medicament in the dosing module with the air-conditioning cooling water system corresponding to the unqualified detection sample and to dose the air-conditioning cooling water system. In the dosing process, the dosing amount of a dosing pump in the dosing module can be controlled through the water flow speed sensor or the electronic flowmeter; after the added dosage reaches the preset dosage, the controller sends a command of closing the dosing, the dosing electric control valve is closed, and the dosing module is disconnected from the air-conditioning cooling water system.
When adding medicine, can add different medicaments in different medicament adjusting tanks to be connected with velocity transducer or electronic flowmeter respectively, with the addition of measuring each kind of medicament respectively, with simultaneously to add different medicaments in the air conditioner cooling water system, improve the speed of adding medicine.
The air-conditioning cooling water dosing method can acquire cooling water sample data of a plurality of air-conditioning cooling water systems in real time through one dosing device, and automatically add corresponding medicines into the corresponding air-conditioning cooling water systems according to the quality of the air-conditioning cooling water of each air-conditioning cooling water system and the operating conditions of the air-conditioning systems so as to ensure that the quality of the cooling water in each air-conditioning cooling water system is not deteriorated. The invention improves the utilization rate of the dosing device, is beneficial to reducing the installation space of an air-conditioning cooling water system, saves the installation cost, can also avoid the problem that the drugs in one dosing device are out of date due to long-term storage, reduces the probability of water quality failure purification caused by drug failure, and reduces the cost of drug loss.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the otherwise setting a qualified flag for the air-conditioning cooling water system includes:
otherwise, judging whether the content of each preset component in the cooling water sample data is within the inspection-free content or not;
if so, setting a non-detection mark for the air-conditioning cooling water system so as to prevent the air-conditioning cooling water system from being detected in the next detection period;
if not, setting a qualified mark for the air-conditioning cooling water system.
When one dosing device corresponds to a plurality of air-conditioning cooling water systems, in a detection period, the dosing device may need to acquire cooling water sample data in each air-conditioning cooling water in sequence, so that the detection period is longer, water quality in part of the air-conditioning cooling water systems may be unqualified, and the dosing device cannot detect out in time. Therefore, the embodiment can mark part of the air-conditioning cooling water system which meets the non-detection content with the non-detection mark, so that the air-conditioning cooling water system corresponding to the sample data is not detected in the next detection period, thereby shortening the detection period.
For example, in another embodiment of the present invention, one chemical adding device corresponds to four air-conditioning cooling water systems, which are respectively: no. 1 air conditioner cooling water system, no. 2 air conditioner cooling water system, no. 3 air conditioner cooling water system and No. 4 air conditioner cooling water system, if the testing result of No. 1 air conditioner cooling water system is that quality of water is very good, quality of water is higher than qualified water quality standard far away, and it is qualified to detect many times in succession, then in next round of detection, can not detect No. 1 air conditioner cooling water system, only detect No. 2 air conditioner cooling water system, no. 3 air conditioner cooling water system and No. 4 air conditioner cooling water system to improve detection efficiency. Furthermore, in each detection, the detection can be performed only aiming at the unqualified items in the last detection, so that the detection efficiency of the air-conditioning cooling water system is further improved. If the water quality of one air-conditioning cooling water system is unqualified every time or the medicine is added last time, the air-conditioning cooling water system needs to be detected in the next round of detection; and the detection times or detection time can be properly increased after the medicine is added. The embodiment can dynamically adjust the detection mode according to the actual detection result of each cooling water system, and optimize the detection efficiency.
Further, the present invention may also include the following embodiments:
acquiring the ratio of the air-conditioning cooling water system to which the chemicals are added in the detection period to all the air-conditioning cooling water systems;
if the ratio is larger than a first preset value, the time length of the next detection period is the basic time length plus the first time length;
and if the ratio is smaller than a second preset value, subtracting the first time length from the basic time length by the time length of the next detection period.
This embodiment still can be through the air conditioner cooling water system who adds the medicine in this detection cycle and the ratio of whole air conditioner cooling water system, and the length of time of next detection cycle is adjusted to optimize according to air conditioner cooling water system's actual operating conditions the detection cycle. In the embodiment, when the number of air conditioner cooling water systems added with the chemicals is large, the detection period can be prolonged to reserve the chemical adding time and/or the detection time after chemical adding; when the number of air-conditioning cooling water systems for adding chemicals is small, the detection period can be shortened, and the monitoring efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, after the step of adding the medicine into the air-conditioning cooling water system according to the content of the unqualified preset ingredients, the method further comprises the following steps:
and after the preset time, obtaining the cooling water sample data in the air-conditioning cooling water system again, and continuing the step of judging whether the content of the preset components in the cooling water sample data of the air-conditioning cooling water system is qualified or not.
After adding the chemicals into an air-conditioning cooling water system, continuing sampling in the air-conditioning cooling water system after a period of time so as to detect whether the quality of the water of the air-conditioning cooling water system after adding the chemicals is qualified; if not, adding the medicine again until the water quality becomes qualified. The embodiment forms a feedback type circulating system for detecting, dosing and detecting, can effectively monitor the water quality of each air-conditioning cooling water system, and avoids the fault that the water quality is still unqualified after dosing.
Certainly, in order to avoid the problem that the air-conditioning cooling water system occupies too much time or the system is blocked due to the detection fault, the invention can also set the maximum dosing times or the maximum occupied detection time of the air-conditioning cooling water system. For example, if the water quality of the air-conditioning cooling water system is still unqualified after the chemicals are added for three times, a prompt signal or an alarm signal is sent to a user so that the user can remove the fault as soon as possible; meanwhile, the chemical adding device can be switched to the next air-conditioning cooling water system for detection and chemical adding; or if the total time of detection and dosing of the air-conditioning cooling water system exceeds the preset total time, but the water quality is still unqualified, a prompt signal or an alarm signal is sent to a user so that the user can remove the fault as soon as possible; the dosing device can be switched to the next water system for detection and dosing. Therefore, the present invention also provides the following embodiments:
according to unqualified the content of predetermineeing the composition, add the medicine in to this air conditioner cooling water system, include:
judging whether the dosing frequency of the air-conditioning cooling water system exceeds a preset frequency and/or whether the total dosing time exceeds a preset time in the detection period;
if so, stopping adding chemicals to the air-conditioning cooling water system in the detection period, sending a corresponding alarm signal, and setting a non-detection mark for the air-conditioning cooling water system so as to enable the air-conditioning cooling water system not to be detected in the next detection period;
otherwise, adding the chemicals into the air-conditioning cooling water system.
When the air-conditioning cooling water system is still not suitable after the chemicals are added for many times, the air-conditioning cooling water system is possibly abnormal, and the abnormality cannot be solved through the chemicals adding device. This embodiment is through adding the still unqualified air conditioner cooling water after will adding medicine many times and exempting from to examine the mark to do not detect this air conditioner cooling water system in making next detection cycle, thereby avoid charge device to carry out invalid detection and add the medicine, make charge device's effect obtain rational utilization.

With reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the water inlet pipe of the air conditioner cooling water dosing device 10 is correspondingly communicated with the water outlet pipes of the first, second, third and fourth coolers 21, 22, 23 and 24 through the water intake electric control valve 51, 52, 53 and 54 respectively, so as to take water from the water outlet pipes of the coolers for detection; the water outlet pipes of the first cooler 21, the second cooler 22, the third cooler 23 and the fourth cooler 24 are respectively and correspondingly connected into a first cooling tower 31, a second cooling tower 32, a third cooling tower 33 and a fourth cooling tower 34 so as to cool water flowing out of the coolers; the cooled water flows back to the first cooler 21, the second cooler 22, the third cooler 23 and the fourth cooler 24 to circularly work. Because the water quality in the air-conditioning cooling water system changes slowly, one air-conditioning water dosing device 10 can detect the water quality of each cold machine in operation in a time-sharing rotation mode. The sensor module in the air conditioner water dosing device 10 extracts a water quality sample for detection, and confirms whether dosing is needed according to the detection result. For example: detecting whether the water quality sample in the first cooler 21 is qualified within 5 minutes; if the water quality is qualified, switching to the second cooler 22 for detection for 5 minutes, and determining whether the water quality in the second cooler 22 is qualified; if the water quality in the second cooler 22 is unqualified, starting a corresponding unqualified dosing pump to dose into the air-conditioning cooling water system until the water quality detection is qualified; the dosing time of the air conditioning water dosing device 10 may be designed to be about 30 minutes. In a detection period, by analogy, the air-conditioning water dosing device 10 monitors the water quality of each air-conditioning cooling water system in sequence.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the cooling water circulation system further includes a cooling pump (as shown in fig. 4, a cooling pump 41, a cooling pump 42, a cooling pump 43, and a cooling pump 44), and the cooling pump is communicated with the cooling tower water outlet pipe and the cold machine water inlet pipe, and is configured to press the cooling water flowing out from the cooling tower water outlet pipe into the cold machine through the cold machine water inlet pipe. The embodiment ensures the power of each air-conditioning cooling water system circulation, and other air-conditioning cooling water systems can continue to work normally under the condition that the partial cooler does not work.
The cooling water circulation system of the invention can also comprise an alarm module, when the dosing frequency of a certain air-conditioning cooling water system exceeds the preset frequency and/or the total dosing time exceeds the preset time, the water quality is still not qualified, and an alarm message can be sent to a user, so that the user can know the situation immediately and get rid of the fault.
It should be understood that each functional unit in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.
The foregoing is only a partial embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
