The working principle of the invention is as follows: the cloth loading principle is as follows: the cloth supporting motor 2-2 is connected into a circuit, the cloth supporting motor 2-2 is started, the cloth supporting motor 2-2 rotates to drive the threaded sleeve 2-3 to rotate, the lower portion of the threaded sleeve 2-3 is in threaded fit with the threaded rod 2-4, the threaded sleeve 2-3 pulls the threaded rod 2-4 upwards, the threaded rod 2-4 moves upwards, the threaded rod 2-4 drives the shaft block 2-6 to move upwards, the shaft block 2-6 pulls the cloth supporting wheels 2-7 on the upper portion to move upwards, at the moment, cloth penetrates between the two cloth supporting wheels 2-7, then penetrates between the driven wheel 6-4 and the cloth shaft 1-2, and then the rotating motor 5-1 is started.
