The inventor of the application finds that certain agglomeration effect is generated by adding titanium dioxide and lemon yellow into a formula of a kraft paper imitation plastic layer in the research process, the dispersibility is poor, the color of a packaging bag and the color of original kraft paper are mottled and chromatically different, the inventor then adds the lithol red bk into the formula, and the inventor surprisingly finds that the weight ratio of the titanium dioxide, the lemon yellow and the lithol red bk is 1 (0.05-0.1) (0.01-0.05), the agglomeration is not obvious, the packaging bag is uniform and fine, the color of the packaging bag is not mottled and chromatically different, the inventor conjectures that the possible reason is that the lithol red bk is added and has the interaction of hydrogen bonds with the lemon yellow, so that polyethylene wax adsorbing the lithol red or the lemon yellow is negatively charged, the agglomeration among the polyethylene wax adsorbing the titanium dioxide is reduced, and the polyethylene wax adsorbing the titanium dioxide is uniformly dispersed among the polyethylene wax with the negative charge, so that the colors of the titanium dioxide, in addition, the inventor unexpectedly finds that the product is not easy to fade, and the inventor speculates that the possible reason is that in the process of carrying out corona polar surface treatment on the surface of the kraft paper imitation plastic layer, the interaction force among polar groups after the corona treatment is reduced due to the doping of the titanium dioxide, the corrosion of the corona to the plastic woven cloth layer is effectively shielded, and the strength of the packaging bag is further improved.

Carbon black
The carbon black of the present invention, also known as carbon black, is an amorphous carbon. Is light, loose and superfine black powder, has very large surface area and ranges from 10 to 3000m2The carbon-containing substance is a product obtained by incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition of a carbon-containing substance (coal, natural gas, heavy oil, fuel oil, etc.) under the condition of insufficient air.
In a preferred embodiment, the carbon black has an average particle size of 24 to 29 nm.

The inventor of the application finds that the carbon black can be effectively protected from light when being added into a formula of a plastic woven fabric layer, but the carbon black is easily agglomerated and difficult to disperse when being added too much, the light protection performance is affected when being added too little, and the ultraviolet resistant agent is inactivated when being reacted with the carbon black when being added too much, so that the ultraviolet resistant performance is weakened when being added too little. The inventor finds that when the weight ratio of the carbon black to the ultraviolet absorbent to the antioxidant is 1 (0.01-0.1) to (0.01-0.1), the packaging bag has better shading rate and ultraviolet resistance, and the inventor speculates that the ultraviolet absorbent used in the invention has a similar structure with the antioxidant, has stronger acting force with each other, and has a certain acting force with the carbon black, so that the surface steric hindrance of the carbon black is increased, the dispersibility is better, and the reaction between the carbon black and the antioxidant is effectively slowed down.

Ultraviolet absorber
The ultraviolet absorbent is a light stabilizer, can absorb the ultraviolet part in sunlight and a fluorescent light source, and does not change. According to the structure, the compounds can be classified into salicylates, benzophenones, benzotriazoles, substituted acrylonitriles, triazines and the like, and the benzophenones and the benzotriazoles are most applied in industry.

The invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly light-resistant double-layer waterproof packaging bag, which comprises the following steps:
(1) drawing: stirring the raw materials for preparing the plastic woven cloth layer according to a certain proportion, heating and extruding the raw materials into a film, cutting the film into strips after cooling the film by a water tank, stretching the film into filaments by 5 to 6 times by a heating oven, forming and cooling the filaments, and rolling the filaments into filament ingots to finish the production of the filament spindles;
(2) weaving: loading the coiled silk spindle on a knitting machine, arranging according to different specifications, weaving into a barrel material in a warp-weft direction in a crossed manner, cutting into pieces by a hot knife, and rolling into a base material cloth roll;
(3) compound bag making: the method comprises the following steps of (1) winding a base material cloth on a compound machine, preheating the base material cloth, enabling the base material cloth to enter a surface layer compound device, stirring raw materials of a kraft paper imitation plastic layer according to a certain proportion, heating the raw materials, extruding and coating the raw materials on a base material, pressing and cooling the raw materials by a specific kraft paper line embossing roller to form a specific surface layer, carrying out corona treatment on the polarity of the surface of the kraft paper, enabling the raw materials of a pure plastic film layer to enter an inner layer compound device, stirring the raw materials of the pure plastic film layer according to a certain proportion;
(4) sewing and heat sealing: and (3) feeding the cylindrical bag into a sewing machine to sew the bottom edge, and then installing the bottom edge in a heat sealing mode to be heat sealed, so as to obtain the environment-friendly light-proof double-layer waterproof packaging bag.

the kraft paper imitation plastic layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of polyethylene resin, 50-100 parts of polypropylene resin, 0.01-5 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.01-0.3 part of antioxidant, 1-10 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.1-1 part of lemon yellow and 0.05-1 part of lithol red bk; the polypropylene resin is a random polypropylene resin;
the kraft paper imitation plastic layer is prepared from the following raw materials: the weight ratio of the polyethylene resin to the polypropylene resin is 1: (2-5); the weight ratio of the titanium dioxide, the lemon yellow and the lithol Bao red bk is 1: (0.05-0.1): (0.01-0.05); the antioxidant is obtained by compounding an antioxidant 1010 and an antioxidant DLTP according to the weight ratio of 1: 1;
