Background
One mode of spray chamber gas purification, at present, the conventional spray mode is that the water spray nozzle sprays from top to bottom, but because the gas moves from bottom to top, such spraying can not realize the sufficient contact of gas and spray water, thereby the spray effect is greatly reduced, and the gas is required to be further processed in follow-up. At present, a rotary spraying mode is provided, but the rotary spraying is easy to enable gas to rotate in a single direction to form a vortex, the spraying effect is better than that of a static air nozzle, but the gas rotating direction is the same as the rotating direction of a sprayer, so the effect is not ideal. Meanwhile, the existing gas treatment device is only a process for removing harmful substances in gas, but the components of the gas are changed in the treatment process, and the components of the gas are also changed to a certain extent due to human residues, for example, the oxygen content in the gas is lower than that in normal atmosphere, and the plant intervention can play a supplementary role in promoting the treatment.

The spray chamber comprises an air inlet pipe, an air inlet fan, a spray chamber air inlet, a spray chamber liquid outlet, a spray chamber liquid inlet, a spray chamber air outlet and a bidirectional rotary spray component; the air inlet of the spray chamber is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the spray chamber, one end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the air inlet of the spray chamber, the other end of the air inlet pipe is arranged outside the spray chamber and higher than the top wall of the spray chamber, the air inlet pipe is provided with an air inlet fan, the air outlet of the spray chamber is arranged on the top wall of the spray chamber, and the liquid outlet of the spray chamber is arranged on the bottom wall of the spray chamber; the bidirectional rotary spraying component is arranged at the upper part in the spraying chamber and comprises an upper rotary spraying disc, a lower rotary spraying disc, a transverse rotating shaft, a vertical rotating pipe, a driving bevel gear, an upper driven bevel gear, a lower driven bevel gear and a driving motor; the left end and the right end of the transverse rotating shaft are rotatably connected to the side wall of the spray chamber through bearings, one end of the transverse rotating shaft is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving motor, the vertical rotating pipe is vertically arranged in the middle of the transverse rotating shaft, the top end of the vertical rotating pipe is communicated with an upper rotating spray disc, the bottom end of the vertical rotating pipe is communicated with a lower rotating spray disc, an upper driven bevel gear is fixedly connected to the vertical rotating pipe at the lower part of the upper rotating spray disc, a lower driven bevel gear is fixedly connected to the vertical rotating pipe at the upper part of the lower rotating spray disc, a driving bevel gear is fixedly connected to the transverse rotating shaft, the upper driven bevel gear and the lower driven bevel gear are both meshed with the driving bevel gear, and the upper rotating spray disc and the lower rotating spray disc are driven to reversely rotate by the driving motor; the liquid inlet of the spray chamber is arranged in the center of the top of the upper rotary spray disc and is communicated with the upper rotary spray disc.
The alkali adding chamber is arranged at the lower part of the spray chamber and comprises an alkali adding box, an alkali adding chamber stirring shaft, an alkali adding chamber liquid inlet and an alkali adding chamber liquid outlet; the alkali adding chamber liquid inlet is arranged on the top wall of the spray chamber and communicated with the spray chamber liquid outlet, the alkali adding chamber stirring shaft is arranged on the inner top wall of the alkali adding chamber, the alkali adding box is arranged on the side wall of the alkali adding chamber and used for adding dilute alkali solution into the alkali adding chamber, and the alkali adding chamber liquid outlet is arranged on the bottom wall of the alkali adding chamber.
The water body filtering chamber is arranged at the lower part of the alkali adding chamber and comprises a filtering chamber stirring shaft, an upper filtering plate, an activated carbon filtering plate, a lower filtering plate, a pH detector, an acid adding box, a filtering chamber liquid inlet, a filtering chamber liquid outlet, a liquid return pipe and a liquid return water pump; the inlet of the filter chamber is arranged on the top wall of the water body filter chamber and is communicated with the outlet of the alkali adding chamber, the stirring shaft of the filter chamber is arranged on the inner top wall of the water body filter chamber, an upper filter plate, an activated carbon filter plate and a lower filter plate are sequentially and obliquely arranged in the water body filter chamber from top to bottom, the upper filter plate and the lower filter plate are densely distributed through hole plates, and the activated carbon filter plate is formed by densely distributing through hole plates on two sides and clamping activated carbon particles in the middle of the through hole plates; be provided with pH detector and acidification box on the inside wall of the water filter chamber between last filter and the active carbon filter, be provided with the filter chamber liquid outlet on the lateral wall of the water filter chamber of filter lower part under, liquid return pipe one end with filter chamber liquid outlet intercommunication, the other end with spray room inlet intercommunication is provided with the liquid return water pump on liquid return pipe.
The gas adsorption chamber is arranged at the upper part of the spray chamber and comprises an adsorption chamber inlet pipe, an adsorption chamber fan, a calcium oxide adsorption plate, an activated carbon adsorption plate and an adsorption chamber outlet cross passage; the adsorption chamber inlet tube sets up in the lower part of gas adsorption chamber and in the bottom with spray room gas outlet intercommunication is provided with the adsorption chamber fan on the adsorption chamber inlet tube, calcium oxide adsorption plate and active carbon adsorption plate from left to right incline in proper order and set up in the gas adsorption chamber, the adsorption chamber export cross track sets up the bottom at gas adsorption chamber right side wall, the through-hole of densely covered is seted up with the inside intercommunication of gas adsorption chamber and top in adsorption chamber export cross track left side.
The ecological gas chamber is arranged at the upper part of the outlet cross passage of the adsorption chamber and is communicated with the gas adsorption chamber through densely distributed through holes formed in the top of the outlet cross passage of the adsorption chamber, and the ecological gas chamber comprises a main water pipe, an ecological gas chamber liquid inlet, an ecological gas chamber water pump, a clean gas outlet, plants, a plant storage rack and an irrigation pipe; the clean gas outlet sets up on ecological air chamber's roof, at the vertical main water pipe that is provided with of ecological air chamber inside central authorities, has a plurality of plant supporter through many irrigation pipe intercommunications at main water pipe lateral part, has held the plant on the plant supporter, main water pipe bottom is sealed and the top is opened and is formed ecological air chamber income liquid mouth, ecological air chamber income liquid mouth is through pipeline and water filter chamber return liquid pipe intercommunication to be provided with the ecological air chamber water pump on the pipeline between liquid pipe and ecological air chamber income liquid mouth.

Meanwhile, the plants can also adsorb partial formaldehyde, benzene, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides and other harmful substances which are not completely removed after spraying and adsorption, so that the health of the gas is further enhanced.
3, through set up the calcium oxide adsorption plate in gas adsorption chamber for after spraying the gas that has steam and pass through graininess calcium oxide, steam and calcium oxide reaction form calcium hydroxide, and calcium hydroxide and water form solution and attach to on the calcium oxide surface again can carry out further absorption to remaining dust and oxysulfide in passing through the gas, thereby strengthened the gas treatment effect.
Through setting up water treatment facilities for spray water can reuse. The circulating water can also be used for carrying out drip irrigation on plants. The dilute alkali solution is a mixed dilute solution of sodium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide.
The pore diameter of the densely distributed through hole plates on the two sides of the activated carbon filter plate is larger than that of the densely distributed through hole plates of the upper filter plate and the lower filter plate.

Comparative example 1
The comparative example was carried out in the same manner as in example 1 without the lower rotary shower plate and the lower driven bevel gear, and was obtained by a comparative test under the same conditions for 20 hours: the amount of sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides and solid suspended particles in the gas obtained by arranging a gas detector at the inlet pipe of the adsorption chamber is 1.38 times of that in example 1, and the full loading of activated carbon particles in the activated carbon adsorption plate is 1.2 times of that in example 1.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example was carried out in the same manner as in example 1 without providing a calcium oxide adsorbing plate, and was obtained by a comparative test under the same conditions for 20 hours: a gas detection device is arranged at a clean gas outlet, so that the residual amount of sulfur oxides and heavy metals in the gas is 1.12 times of that in example 1 on average, and the full load of the activated carbon particles is 1.08 times of that in example 1.
