The method implemented when the user motion amount information prompting program running on the processor is executed may refer to each embodiment of the user motion amount information prompting method of the present invention, and is not described herein again.

Claims (5)

1. acquiring physical sign information and exercise prescription information of a user, wherein the physical sign characteristic information comprises sex, weight and basal body temperature;
acquiring heat energy emitted by the body surface of the user after the user finishes making the amount of exercise according to the exercise prescription information;
acquiring a user body temperature compensation value corresponding to the heat energy based on the physical sign information of the user;
combining the user body temperature compensation value with a basic body temperature value in the physical sign information, and taking the combined body temperature value as the color-changing temperature threshold value;
periodically detecting the body surface temperature of a user;
sending the body surface temperature to the temperature sensing and color changing assembly, and judging the relationship between the body surface temperature and the color changing temperature threshold value through the temperature sensing and color changing assembly;
if the body surface temperature is lower than the color-changing temperature threshold value, the first color is displayed through the temperature-sensing color-changing assembly and is used for prompting the user that the exercise amount does not reach the standard;
and if the body surface temperature is greater than the color-changing temperature threshold value, displaying the second color through the temperature-sensitive color-changing assembly for prompting the user that the exercise amount reaches the standard.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of combining the temperature compensation value of the user with the basic temperature value in the physical sign information and using the combined temperature value as the color-changing temperature threshold value comprises:
and adding the user body temperature compensation value and the basic body temperature value, and taking the addition result as the color-changing temperature threshold value.

A mobile terminal is characterized in that the mobile terminal is provided with a temperature sensing color changing assembly, the temperature sensing color changing assembly is provided with a color changing temperature threshold, and when the temperature is lower than the color changing temperature threshold, the temperature sensing color changing assembly displays a first color; when the temperature is higher than the color-changing temperature threshold value, the temperature sensing color-changing component displays a second color, wherein the temperature sensing color-changing component comprises a temperature sensing color-changing powder and a temperature sensing display module containing a reversible thermochromic mixture, and the mixture is a mixture of [ (CH3)2CHNH2] CuCl3 and Al2O 3; the mobile terminal includes: the device comprises a memory, a processor and a user motion amount information prompting program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the user motion amount information prompting program, the following steps are realized:
acquiring physical sign information and exercise prescription information of a user, wherein the physical sign characteristic information comprises sex, weight and basal body temperature;
acquiring heat energy emitted by the body surface of the user after the user finishes making the amount of exercise according to the exercise prescription information;
acquiring a user body temperature compensation value corresponding to the heat energy based on the physical sign information of the user;
combining the user body temperature compensation value with a basic body temperature value in the physical sign information, and taking the combined body temperature value as the color-changing temperature threshold value;
periodically detecting the body surface temperature of a user;
sending the body surface temperature to the temperature sensing and color changing assembly, and judging the relationship between the body surface temperature and the color changing temperature threshold value through the temperature sensing and color changing assembly;
if the body surface temperature is lower than the color-changing temperature threshold value, the first color is displayed through the temperature-sensing color-changing assembly and is used for prompting the user that the exercise amount does not reach the standard;
and if the body surface temperature is greater than the color-changing temperature threshold value, displaying the second color through the temperature-sensitive color-changing assembly for prompting the user that the exercise amount reaches the standard.
4. The mobile terminal of claim 3, wherein the user motion amount information prompting program, when executed by the processor, further implements the steps of:
acquiring a user body temperature compensation value corresponding to the heat energy based on the physical sign information of the user;
and adding the user body temperature compensation value and the basic body temperature value, and taking the addition result as the color-changing temperature threshold value.

A readable storage medium applied to a computer, the readable storage medium having stored thereon a user-motion-amount-information presentation program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the user-motion-amount-information presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 2.
