The invention is further described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12:
as shown in fig. 1, the cold and hot functional showcase of the present invention includes an upper cover 14, a glass box assembly 4 and a base 8. The base 8 is arranged below the glass box body component 4, and four anti-skidding supporting seats 81 are installed on the base 8. An upper cover 14 is arranged above the glass box body component 4, and a display board 15 is arranged inside the glass box body component 4.
As shown in fig. 2, a top plate 10 of the cold and hot function display cabinet provided by the invention is installed above an insulating layer 11, and a transparent lamp panel is installed on the top plate 10; a top box 12 is installed below the heat-insulating layer 11. A first motor 1 and a first fan blade 2 are arranged between the heat preservation layer 11 and the top box body box 12, and the first fan blade 2 is installed on a transmission shaft of the first motor 1. The PTC heater 3 is installed below the top box 12, and the upper cover 14 is installed on the top of the display case.
The base 8 is installed in the below of glass box subassembly 4, and rail 13 has been installed with the junction of glass box subassembly 4 to base 8, and the rail of the both sides is provided with the thermovent about, and the fan is installed to rail 13 inboard, and the fan includes second motor 5 and installs the third fan blade 61 at motor top transmission shaft and install the second fan blade 6 at motor below transmission shaft. A compressor 7 and an evaporator are installed at one side of the base 8, and a condenser 9 is installed at the other side of the base 8.
Specifically, the invention provides a display cabinet with cold and hot heat preservation functions. When the display cabinet works, the display cabinet is powered on, and the compressor 7 and the evaporator are selected to refrigerate or the PTC heating body 3 is selected to heat according to the requirement. When the display cabinet needs low-temperature display, refrigeration is selected at an operation position, the condenser 9, the compressor 7 and the evaporator which are installed on the base 8 work to generate cold air, and the cold air below the display cabinet continuously increases and is transmitted to the inside of the display cabinet through a pipeline to cool the display cabinet. Meanwhile, the second motor 5 rotates to drive the second fan blade 6 and the third fan blade 61 to rotate, so that cold air generated by the evaporator can be uniformly transmitted to the display cabinet cavity upwards, and heat generated by the condenser 9, the compressor 7 and the evaporator during working is conveyed outwards through the heat dissipation port. The inside of show cupboard has temperature sensor, can the automatic shutdown refrigeration after the inside temperature that reaches of show cupboard is predetermine, restarts after being higher than predetermineeing the temperature.
When the display cabinet needs high-temperature display, heating is selected at an operation position, and the PTC heating element 3 starts to work to generate hot air; meanwhile, the first motor 1 works to drive the first fan blade 2 to rotate, so that hot air generated by the PTC heating body 3 is conveyed into the display cabinet, the display cabinet can automatically stop heating after the temperature inside reaches the preset temperature, and the display cabinet is restarted after the temperature is lower than the preset temperature.
When light is darker, can open the transparent lamp plate of installing in roof 10 below through the switch in operation department, improve the inside luminance of show cupboard.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the display cabinet light box includes a lighting chamber surrounded by an upper cover 14 and an upper top cover 26 of the display cabinet body, and a transparent or semitransparent lampshade 17 disposed on the lighting chamber, an LED lamp 23 connected to a power supply through an electric wire is disposed in the lighting chamber, the lamp 23 is fixed on the window edge of the first window 18 on the upper cover 14 by a lamp pressing strip 24, the upper cover 14 is provided with a first window 18 for transmitting light into the display cabinet body, a first light transmitting layer 22 made of glass is embedded in the first window 18, and an L-shaped supporting groove for supporting the first light transmitting layer 22 is disposed on the inner side of the window edge of the first window 18.
The lamp press strip 24 includes a fixing portion 51 and a pressing portion 52, the shape of the pressing portion 52 matches the shape of the lamp 23 for pressing the lamp 23 on the upper cover 14, the fixing portion 51 is for fixedly connecting with the upper cover 14, and a part of the fixing portion 51 is pressed on the first light-transmitting layer 22 to fix the first light-transmitting layer 22 at the same time.
The upper cover 14 is provided with an electric wire buckle 25 for fixing an electric wire through a connecting plate, the connecting plate comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are arranged at a right angle, the first connecting part is connected with the electric wire buckle 25, and the second connecting part is connected with the upper cover 14.
The upper top cover 26 is used for preventing hands from directly contacting with the charged component when being detached and installed, a second window 71 used for transmitting light into the lampshade 17 is arranged on the top surface of the upper top cover 26, a second light transmitting layer 27 made of glass materials is arranged on the upper cover of the second window 71, and a limiting piece connected with the upper top cover 26 is arranged on the periphery of the second light transmitting layer 27, so that the second light transmitting layer 27 is pressed on the upper top cover 26 and cannot move in the horizontal direction.
The limiting parts are interlayer pressing strips 28 and limiting blocking pieces 29, wherein the interlayer pressing strips 28 are covered on two opposite sides of the second light transmission layer 27, the limiting blocking pieces 29 are arranged on the other two sides, the cross section of each interlayer pressing strip 28 is in a step shape with at least one layer, the upper layer of each step covers the second light transmission layer, and the lower layer of each step is connected with the upper top cover 26.
The upper cover 14 of the display cabinet lamp box is provided with a first window 18, the upper top cover 26 for preventing direct contact with an electrified component is provided with a second window 71, the first window 18 and the second window 71 are both sealed by glass, and the lighting chamber enclosed by the upper cover 14 and the upper top cover 26 is fixedly provided with an LED lamp 23 for lighting and a wire buckle 25 for arranging wires, so that the light source emitted by the lamp 23 can provide the lamp box lighting through the second window 71 and can also provide the lighting inside the display cabinet through the first window.
As shown in fig. 6 to 10, the automatic condenser cleaning device comprises a brush assembly and a connecting rod assembly, the condenser 9 is installed on one side of the refrigeration box at the bottom of the display cabinet, which is close to the cabinet door, a guide rail frame 33 is arranged on a front side outer frame 32 of the condenser 9, the upper side and the lower side of the brush assembly are installed in upper and lower guide rails of the guide rail frame 33 and can move left and right in the guide rail frame 33, the brush assembly comprises brush bristles 30 and a brush body 31, the brush body 31 is a square frame which is divided into a plurality of hollow structures by a plurality of brush rods, the brush bristles 30 are arranged on one side surface of the brush body 31, and the brush bristles 30 are.
The connecting rod component comprises a movable connecting piece 34, a door connecting rod 83 and a hairbrush connecting rod 82, the movable connecting piece 34 is in a shape like a Chinese character '7', one end of the movable connecting piece 34 is fixedly connected with one end, close to the door shaft, of the bottom surface of the lower frame strip 20, the other end of the movable connecting piece 34 is connected with one end of the door connecting rod 83 through a movable pin, the other end of the door connecting rod 83 is connected with one end of the hairbrush connecting rod 82 through a movable pin, the hairbrush connecting rod 82 is fixed with the axial middle part of the hairbrush body 31 through two fixing pieces 36 arranged on the hairbrush body 31, the other end of the hairbrush connecting rod 82 is connected with one end of the return spring 37, the other end of the return spring 37 is connected with a fixing column arranged on one side, far away from the door.
The door shaft is arranged on the right side, when the cabinet door is opened, the lower frame strip 20 rotates rightwards to displace, the brush body 31 is driven by the connecting rod assembly to move rightwards in the guide rail frame 33, the brush bristles 30 clean the condenser 9, and the return spring 37 is stressed and stretched.
When the cabinet door is in an idle state, the return spring 37 retracts, the lower frame strip 20 is driven by the connecting rod assembly to rotate leftwards, the cabinet door is closed, meanwhile, the brush body 31 is driven to move leftwards in the guide rail frame 33, and the brush bristles 30 clean the condenser 9 again.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the door structure for removing surface condensed water includes a door frame and a door glass 21, the cabinet body is connected to the door frame by upper and lower hinges and sealed by a three-airbag door seal 16, the door glass 21 is installed in the door frame, a heating wire is further provided in the door frame and connected to a power supply, and the heating wire heats the door frame to raise the temperature of the door frame so as to prevent the formation of condensed water.
The heating wire comprises a first heating wire 39 and a second heating wire 40, the first heating wire 39 is arranged between the front side surface of the doorframe and the door glass 21 and is used for heating the joint of the doorframe and the door glass 21; the second heat generating line 40 is provided at the rear side of the door frame for heating the rear side of the door frame.

A baffle plate 41 is arranged in the door frame, the baffle plate 41 divides the door frame into an installation part for installing the door glass 21 and a connecting part for connecting frame strips of the door frame, one end, close to the front side surface of the door frame, of the baffle plate 4 is sunken towards the connecting part, a first wire groove 42 for accommodating a first heating wire 39 is formed in the installation part and surrounded by the front side surface of the door frame, and the first heating wire 39 is in direct contact with the inner side of the front side surface of the door frame and is clamped between the door glass 21 and the door frame; connecting portion are separated into preceding cavity, well cavity and back cavity by two baffles, and the back cavity is used for the L shape second wire casing 43 with cabinet body screw fixation's fixed chamber and be used for holding second heating wire 40 including the one side that is close to door glass 21, and second heating wire 40 sets up the one end of keeping away from door glass 21 at second wire casing 43.
During installation, the first heating wire 39 is firstly embedded into the first wire grooves 42 of the left frame strip 45, the lower frame strip 20 and the right frame strip 46, the second heating wire 40 is then respectively passed through the second wire grooves 43 of the left frame strip 45, the lower frame strip 20 and the right frame strip 46, the first heating wire 39 and the second heating wire 40 are then installed into the upper frame strip 44, the end portions of the heating wires penetrate out of the first through holes 49 on the upper frame strip 44, and the four frame strips and the door glass 21 are connected and installed together through the four connecting corners 48 to form a cabinet door structure.
