s5, when the signal lamp is changed from a flashing state to a normally-on state, a smoker can smoke, and at the moment, enough smoke quantity is stored in the smoke storage bin in advance;
s6, when the signal lamp is changed from a normally-on state to an off state, the smoker stops smoking and replaces the cigarettes again.
