The ground wire shorting mode widely used in operation at present adopts 10kV ground rod to replace ground wire ground rod, and when in use, the ground wire clamp is fixed on the insulating ground wire through the rotation of an insulating tube by an operator, and because the ground rod clamp body cannot rotate and cannot guarantee that the insulating tube is perpendicular to the ground wire, and because of the existence of a ground wire insulator, the insulating tube and the ground wire have a certain angle when the operator operates on an overhead cross arm, so that the clamp cannot be firmly clamped on the ground wire, poor contact between the clamp and the conductor often occurs, the clamp slides down or induction discharge is generated between the conductor and the clamp, the clamp and the ground wire are burnt out, and the wire clamp is damaged even personal electric shock accidents are caused by induction during long-time operation. The purpose of ensuring the operation safety cannot be achieved. When in operation, under the condition of larger distance, operators are required to stretch out of the cross arm, the operation difficulty is high, and the danger coefficient is high.
The ground wire grounding mode is high in technical difficulty, time and labor are consumed, working procedures are complex, operation planning is seriously influenced, working efficiency is reduced, and operation safety cannot be guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an overhead transmission line ground wire universal grounding rod comprises an insulating tube 15, a connector seat 16 fixed at the head end of the insulating tube, a locking sleeve 12 fixed with the connector seat 16, a fixed sleeve 4 rotationally connected with the locking sleeve 12, a fixed wire clamp 1 with a clamping opening, a movable clamping block 8 arranged in the clamping opening, and a universal nut 2 connected with the movable clamping block 8, wherein the universal nut 2 is rotationally connected with the fixed sleeve 4, the universal nut 2 is driven by the insulating tube 15 to rotate and converts rotation into linear movement through a screw thread matched structure when rotating, so that the movable clamping block 8 is driven to move, or the ground wire is locked by matching with the fixed wire clamp, or the ground wire is loosened, and a circumferential positioning structure is arranged between the locking sleeve 12 and the fixed sleeve 4 so as to fix a position after the locking sleeve 12 and the fixed sleeve 4 relatively rotate.
The wire clamp can rotate around the universal nut 2 under the action of external force, and meanwhile, the locking sleeve 12 and the fixing sleeve 4 can rotate relatively, so that the opening of the wire clamp can face any direction through free rotation in two axial directions, and when the wire clamp is used, the relative angle between the fixed wire clamp 1 and the insulating tube 15 is selected according to the distance and the angle between the overhead ground wire and the cross arm in the operation site, so that the requirements of all operation conditions are met. When the insulating tube 15 is rotated by an operator, the universal nut 2 is driven to rotate, so that the movable clamping block 8 moves forwards or backwards, and the purpose of clamping or loosening the ground wire is achieved.
The fixing sleeve 4 is provided with a horizontal part and an axial extension part which is connected with the horizontal part and axially extends towards the insulating tube, the universal nut 2 movably penetrates through the horizontal part, the circumferential positioning structure comprises a locking bolt 6 and a locking nut 7, the axial extension part is connected with the locking sleeve 12 through the locking bolt 6 and the locking nut 7, the tightness degree of the fixing sleeve 4 and the locking sleeve 12 can be adjusted through the rotation of the locking nut 7, the fixing sleeve 4 can be rotated around the locking bolt 6 after the locking nut is unscrewed, the fixing sleeve 4 and the locking sleeve 12 are fixed after the locking nut 7 is screwed, and different relative positions between the fixing sleeve 4 and the locking sleeve 12 are achieved. The lock nut 7 may be a wing nut to facilitate manual tightening or loosening.
The circumferential positioning structure further comprises a positioning pin 5, the joint of the axial extension part and the locking sleeve 12 is connected with the positioning pin 5, positioning grooves are uniformly distributed on the locking sleeve 12 along the axial direction, and the fixing sleeve 4 and the locking sleeve 12 are fixed at different relative positions through the jogging of the positioning pin and different positioning grooves on the locking sleeve.
The two ends of the connector base 16 are respectively provided with a small-diameter cylinder part and a large-diameter cylinder part which are connected with each other, the locking sleeve 12 is rotatably connected to the outer side of the small-diameter cylinder part, and the large-diameter cylinder part is rotatably connected to the head end of the insulating tube. The locking sleeve 12 is fixed with the joint seat 16 through the set screw 14. The position between the joint seat 16 and the locking sleeve 12 is adjusted by the set screw 14 on the locking sleeve 12, so that the circle center of the joint seat is ensured to coincide with the circle center of the locking sleeve 12. The large diameter cylindrical portion and the insulating tube 15 are fixed by the elastic cylindrical pin 10.
The universal grounding rod further comprises a connecting insulating tube 15 and a chain 13 of the universal nut 2, one end of the universal nut 2 is provided with a U-shaped clamping opening extending towards the head of the insulating tube, a fixing bolt 11 is connected between two side walls of the U-shaped clamping opening, one end of the chain is connected with the elastic cylindrical pin 10, and the other end of the chain is connected with the fixing bolt 11. The connection mode of the chain 13 and the fixing bolt 11 is adopted, so that the insulation pipe can be guaranteed to rotate to drive the universal nut to rotate, and the fixing sleeve 4 is allowed to rotate around the locking bolt 6. In addition, the insulating tube 15 is connected with a rubber hand guard 17 for the operator to hold.
When the device is used, the grounding end of the grounding rod is fixed on the iron tower, good grounding is guaranteed, an operator rotates the rubber hand guard 17 to enable the movable clamping block 8 to slide during use, the wire clamp clamping opening is opened, the wire clamp is rotated, the wire clamp clamping opening faces the direction easy to install, the locking nut 7 is rotated to enable the locating pin 5 to be separated from the locating groove, the fixing sleeve 4 is rotated to enable the wire clamp to rotate in the direction taking the locking bolt 6 as the shaft, the direction easy to install on site is achieved, the locking nut 7 is rotated, and the locating pin 5 is clamped into the locating groove on the locking sleeve 12. The operator holds the rubber hand guard 17 and puts the fastener on the overhead ground wire, adjusts the opening direction and makes the clamp mouth card on the overhead ground wire, after the fastener card is on the ground wire, rotates insulating tube 15 through the rubber hand guard 17, under the drive of chain 13, universal nut 2 promotes movable fastener 8 and removes, until pressing from both sides the fastener on the overhead ground wire. After the work is finished, the insulating tube 15 is rotated through the rubber hand guard 17, under the transmission action of the chain 13, the universal nut 2 drives the mutually movable clamping blocks 8 to move, so that the wire clamp clamped on the ground wire is loosened until the wire clamp body can be taken down from the overhead ground wire. And then the grounding end is taken down, and the whole work is completed.
