Claims (6)

1. A smart card management method, comprising:
receiving a payment request, an intelligent card number, a merchant number and an amount to be paid, which are sent by a card reading terminal, wherein the intelligent card number is obtained by reading an intelligent card by the card reading terminal, and the merchant number is arranged at the card reading terminal; or receiving a payment request, an intelligent card number, a card reading terminal number and the amount to be paid which are sent by a card reading terminal, and acquiring a merchant number according to the card reading terminal number and a mapping table; the smart card only stores the serial number of the smart card as the identity of the smart card, the account information of the smart card is stored on the server, the expansion mode of the electronic wallet is transferred from the card physical layer to the software layer of the server, and the database table is used for recording the account information of the smart card;
paying the amount to be paid to a merchant account corresponding to the merchant number from an independent electronic wallet corresponding to the merchant number of the smart card account corresponding to the smart card number according to the payment request;
receiving an independent electronic wallet account opening request, an intelligent card number and a merchant number sent by a card reading terminal;
adding an independent electronic wallet corresponding to the merchant number in the intelligent card account corresponding to the intelligent card number according to the independent electronic wallet account opening request;
receiving a recharging request, an intelligent card number, a merchant number and a to-be-recharged amount sent by a card reading terminal;
recharging the amount of money to be recharged from the merchant account corresponding to the merchant number to an independent electronic wallet corresponding to the merchant number of the smart card account corresponding to the smart card number according to the recharging request, wherein the steps of:
the server finds the merchant account according to the merchant number, finds the intelligent card account according to the intelligent card number, and charges the amount to be charged to the intelligent card account in the independent electronic wallet corresponding to the merchant number.

The smart card management method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the paying the amount to be paid from the independent e-wallet of the smart card account corresponding to the smart card number corresponding to the merchant number to the merchant account corresponding to the merchant number according to the payment request:
and returning payment state information and the wallet balance of the independent electronic wallet to the card reading terminal.
