Background
Many software applications now have approval functions, such as applying for decrypting encrypted documents into common documents, applying for installing/uninstalling a piece of software on a computer, applying for leave, applying for reimbursement, and the like.
The existing software method is that an applicant submits a request form, then waits for the approval of an approval person to the request form, after the approval of the approval person is passed or not passed, software notifies the applicant, and executes the services (document decryption, software installation/uninstallation, leave request, reimbursement and the like) applied by the applicant according to the approval result.
The existing method has a great defect that when the environment where an applicant is located cannot be networked (cannot be connected with a server of approval software), an approval process cannot be completed in time.
At present, a function of supporting automatic approval of a terminal system when an environment where an applicant is located cannot be networked exists is provided, but the function controls approval results (which applications allow approval to pass and which applications prohibit approval to pass) through approval of all applications and cannot perform corresponding evaluation according to actual application contents.

(1) some approval processes can influence work development if not finished in time, for example, an application decrypts an encrypted file into a plaintext file, and the method can solve the problem that when the environment where an applicant/an approver is located cannot be networked (cannot be connected with a server of approval software), the approval processes can be finished in time;
(2) the approval personnel can control which applications are allowed to pass the approval and which applications are forbidden to pass the approval, so that the validity of the approval result is ensured;
(3) only the examining and approving personnel who have authority to examine and approve the applicant can be controlled to allow the examination and approval, and unauthorized examination and approval are prevented.

and 3, after receiving the verification code, inputting the verification code at the approval terminal, analyzing the verification code by the approval terminal, judging whether the currently logged-in approval personnel has the authority to approve the application corresponding to the verification code, if so, generating a confirmation code, sending the confirmation code to the applicant by the approval personnel, wherein the confirmation code comprises the information such as the GUID corresponding to the verification code, the ID of the approval personnel and the like, can only be used for the application, and cannot be verified in other applications.
