Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, according to a cooking apparatus 100 of an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking apparatus 100 includes a cabinet 1, a door assembly 2, a cooking module 3, and a control module 4, wherein the cabinet 1 has a cooking cavity therein, and the door assembly 2 is used for opening and closing the cooking cavity. When the door body assembly 2 opens the cooking cavity, the door body assembly 2 can be completely separated from the box body 1, or the door body assembly 2 can be rotatably or slidably mounted on the box body 1. The cooking module 3 is used to heat the cooking cavity, and in fact the cooking module 3 is used to heat the contents of the cooking cavity.
The cooking apparatus 100 of the present invention may be a microwave oven, an electric cooker, a frying and baking machine, etc., and is particularly suitable for a microwave cooking device.
The control module 4 includes: a first switch member 41 and a second switch member 42. The first opening and closing member 41 is closed when the door assembly 2 closes the cooking chamber, and the first opening and closing member 41 is opened when the door assembly 2 opens the cooking chamber. The second opening and closing member 42 is opened when the door assembly 2 closes the cooking chamber and is closed when the door assembly 2 opens the cooking chamber. Wherein the cooking module 3 is energized when the first switching member 41 is closed and the second switching member 42 is open; the cooking module 3 is de-energized when the first switching member 41 is opened or the second switching member 42 is closed. In other words, the cooking module 3 is operated and heats the cooking cavity when both conditions of the first switching member 41 being closed and the second switching member 42 being open are satisfied, and the cooking module 3 is stopped when either one of the conditions of the first switching member 41 being open and the second switching member 42 being closed is satisfied. In other words, when the first switch is turned off, the cooking module 3 stops operating; when the second switch is closed, the cooking module 3 stops running; when the first switch is closed and the second switch is open, the cooking module 3 is operated.
When door body group spare 2 is opened, the culinary art chamber was opened this moment, heats the effect not good this moment, especially when adopting microwave heating, if after door body group spare 2 is opened, continue to carry out microwave heating, can cause the microwave to reveal. Therefore, when the door assembly 2 is opened, the cooking module 3 is ensured to be in a closed state, and the stability and the safety of the cooking apparatus 100 can be better improved.
According to the cooking apparatus 100 of the embodiment of the invention, since the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are commonly controlled, the cooking module 3 can be ensured to be smoothly closed after the door body assembly 2 is opened, and when the cooking module 3 is required to operate, the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are respectively in different states, so that the cooking apparatus 100 in the application operates more stably.
The solution of the present invention is compared with the first switch element 41 and the second switch element 42 being normally open switch elements. In the comparative example (the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are normally open switch members), when the door body assembly 2 is closed, the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are both in a closed state, at this time, if the door body assembly 2 is opened, it is necessary that any one of the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 is in an open state, so as to disconnect the cooking module 3, but if the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are both short-circuited, there is a risk that the cooking module 3 continues to operate after the door body assembly 2 is opened, and particularly, when microwave heating is performed, microwave leakage may be caused.
In the present application, when the door assembly 2 is closed, the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are in different states, so that even if the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are both in a short circuit state, the cooking module 3 is guaranteed to stop operating.
In addition, in the technical field of cooking, the short circuit of the switch is more common than the short circuit of the switch all the time due to humidity, water and the like, and therefore, the influence of the short circuit on cooking is emphasized.
It should be noted that the cooking apparatus 100 of the present invention may include a plurality of types of cooking modules 3 at the same time. The cooking module 3 referred to in the present invention may be all the cooking modules 3 in the cooking apparatus 100, or may be a part of the cooking modules 3 in the cooking apparatus 100.
For example, the cooking apparatus 100 includes a heating tube and a magnetron, and the control module 4 of the present invention may be used to control the operation of the magnetron, the control module 4 of the present invention may be used to control the operation of the heating tube, and the control module 4 of the present invention may be used to control the operation of the heating tube and the operation of the magnetron.
Specifically, the cooking apparatus 100 includes both a heat generating tube and a magnetron, and the control module 4 of the present invention controls only the operation of the magnetron.
The magnetron is energized when the first switching member 41 is closed and the second switching member 42 is opened, and the magnetron is de-energized when the first switching member 41 is opened or the second switching member 42 is closed. The heating tube is controlled by other switch components. That is, the heating tube and the magnetron are controlled independently of each other. During cooking, the heating tube is not controlled by the control module 4 of the present invention, and for example, the heating tube may be set to continue heating after the door assembly 2 is opened.
Of course, the cooking module 3 of the present invention may be any one or more of a heating tube, a magnetron, a halogen heating tube, etc., and the above description of the cooking module 3 and the control module 4 is only a specific description and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in a cooking apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 4 further includes: the control member 43 and the control member 43 are respectively connected with the first switch member 41, the second switch member 42 and the cooking module 3, the control member 43 enables the cooking module 3 to be powered on when the first switch member 41 is closed and the second switch member 42 is opened, and the control member 43 enables the cooking module 3 to be powered off when the first switch member 41 is opened or the second switch member 42 is closed.

The controller may receive the states of the first and second switch members 41 and 42 to determine the operation condition of the cooking module 3, for example, the controller receives a signal that the first switch member 41 is closed when the first switch member 41 is closed, and receives a signal that the first switch member 41 is open when the first switch member 41 is open (the high and low levels may be used to determine the states of the switch members). The determination of the open/close state of the second switch member 42 can also refer to the foregoing description.
It should be noted that the operating state of the cooking module 3 can be determined by the controller according to the open/close states of the first switch 41 and the second switch 42, and the operating state of the cooking module 3 can also be controlled by other manners, for example, by a series-parallel manner, where the first switch is connected in series with the control switch of the cooking module 3, and the second switch is connected in parallel with the control switch of the cooking module 3.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first switch element 41 is a normally open switch, and the second switch element 42 is a normally closed switch, wherein the normally closed switch refers to: the switch piece is in a closed state without external force, and when a person toggles a button of the switch piece or the switch piece is controlled by an automatic device to toggle, the switch piece is converted into an open circuit; the normally open switch is as follows: the switch piece is in an open circuit state under the condition of no external force action, and when a person toggles a button of the switch piece or the switch piece is controlled by an automatic device to toggle, the switch piece is switched to be closed.
The control module 4 further comprises a first triggering member 44 corresponding to the first switching member 41 and a second triggering member 45 corresponding to the second switching member 42. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the door body assembly 2 includes: a cover body 21, a reset piece 22 and a door handle 23,
wherein the cover body 21 is rotatably connected to the cabinet 1 to open and close the cooking cavity; the reset piece 22 is connected with the box body 1 and the cover body 21, and the reset piece 22 is always in a state of driving the cover body 21 to open the cooking cavity; the door handle 23 is movably connected to one of the cover 21 and the cabinet 1 between a first state and a second state, and the door handle 23 locks the cover 21 in a position to close the cooking chamber in the first state and releases the cover 21 to allow the cover 21 to open the cooking chamber in the second state.
That is, when the cover 21 closes the cooking cavity, the door handle 23 will lock the cover 21 in the first state, so that the cover 21 can be maintained in a state of closing the cooking cavity; when it is desired to open the cooking chamber, the door handle 23 may be switched to the second state, releasing the cover 21, so that the cover 21 may be released, and the cover 21 opens the cooking chamber under the reset action of the reset member 22.
Therefore, the cover 21 does not automatically (e.g. under the action of gravity) close the cooking cavity, and only by driving the cover 21 to close the cooking cavity by external driving (e.g. manual), the cover 21 is forced to close, so as to avoid the object from being clamped between the cover 21 and the box 1. For example, when the cooking chamber needs to be closed, the cover 21 is driven to close the cooking chamber only under the control of external force, and at this time, there is more chance to prompt the operator to notice the state of the cabinet 1, and especially when the operator puts his hand in the opening of the cabinet 1, the operator can timely find and stop the hand.
And need open the culinary art cavity at needs, only need drive the door handle can, simple and convenient.
In addition, the cooking cavity of the present invention may be in a form of opening the top, that is, the cover 21 is disposed on the top of the box 1 to open and close the cooking cavity, so the reset member 22 may balance the gravity of the cover 21, thereby the door closing action is convenient and fast.
Further, the door handle 23 is provided with a structure for triggering the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42, the first switch member 41 is closed and the second switch member 42 is opened when the door handle 23 is in the first state, and the first switch member 41 is opened and the second switch member 42 is closed when the door handle 23 is in the second state.
In conjunction with the foregoing embodiment, the first and second triggering members 44 and 45 are provided on the door handle 23, and the first and second opening/ closing members 41 and 42 are provided on the case 1.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the door handle 23 is provided with a support column, and a structure for actuating the first and second opening and closing members 41 and 42 is supported at an end of the support column. Support through the support column, can improve stability and security.
Of course, the first and second triggering members 44 and 45 may be disposed on the cover 21.
In addition, it should be noted that the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 in the present invention may be in other forms, for example, the first switch member 41 and the second switch member 42 are micro switches, and the micro switches are triggered by a trigger member; the first switch may include two spaced contacts, and when the door assembly 2 closes the cooking cavity, the conductive structure on the door assembly 2 connects the two contacts; the second switch may also include two contacts and a conductive structure for connecting the two contacts, and when the door assembly 2 closes the cooking chamber, the structure on the door assembly 2 pushes away the conductive structure to turn off the second switch.
A cooking apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and reference is made to a cooking device in the related art.
In the related art, the side pull type shutter door system is most commonly used. The door body assembly 2 can rotate around the rotating shaft, so that the door body assembly is separated from the door surface and attached to the door surface, and a door opening and closing part is realized. The door body assembly 2 is provided with a door hook, when the door is closed, the door hook penetrates through the through hole, the blocking piece is pushed to rotate around the rotating shaft, the blocking piece is in contact with the switch contact after rotating, and the switch contact is pressed down. When the door is opened, the blocking piece is restored to the original position under the action of the spring force, and the blocking piece is separated from the contact of the switch piece. Both the primary and secondary switching elements are realized in this mechanical manner. Wherein, complete mechanical system realizes, shows the heaviness, must have the via hole moreover, and children play with the game and produce the incident easily, and door body subassembly 2 laminating department must have the door hook in addition, and aesthetic property and security are not enough, produce the interference easily when putting and getting food.
In the invention, the functions of the primary switch element and the secondary switch element are realized by a non-mechanical structure; the safety problem of playing by children through holes is solved; the problem of door body group spare 2 laminating department aesthetic property and convenience not enough, produce the interference easily when putting and get food is solved.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a magnet and a magnetic proximity switch may be used in combination. The magnet is mounted on the door body assembly 2, and the magnet changes along with the position change of the door body assembly 2 when the door is opened and closed. The primary switch element (i.e., the aforementioned first switch element 41) and the secondary switch element (i.e., the aforementioned second switch element 42) are magnetically-sensitive proximity switch elements, and are mounted on the apparatus body at constant positions. When the door body assembly 2 is opened and closed, the proximity switch piece can be switched between an on state and an off state along with the change of the distance between the magnet and the proximity switch piece.
As shown in fig. 1, the relay controlled by the primary switch part is on the main loop of the microwave, so that the power supply of the transformer can be cut off, thereby cutting off the microwave operation. Meanwhile, the PCB receives a door opening signal of the secondary switch piece, and the PCB switches off the microwave work by controlling the microwave relay to be switched off.
This technical scheme primary switch spare adopts normally open type switch spare, disconnection when having no magnet signal promptly, connects the closure when having the magnet signal. The secondary switch part adopts a normally closed switch part, namely, the secondary switch part is closed when no magnet signal exists, and is disconnected when a magnet signal exists, the PCB program is set to be incapable of performing microwave work (or disconnecting microwave work) when receiving the closed signal of the secondary switch part, and the secondary switch part can perform microwave work when receiving the disconnected signal of the secondary switch part. If the primary and secondary switch pieces are all normally open switch pieces, when two switch pieces are short-circuited at the same time, the switch pieces are easy to fail at the same time. By adopting the technical scheme, even if the two switch pieces are short-circuited at the same time, because the corresponding procedure of the PCB is that the microwave work can not be carried out when the secondary switch piece is closed, the short-circuited state at the same time also plays a role in protection.
Fig. 4 shows a practical application of the present embodiment, in which magnets are mounted on the door body assembly 2, and the primary opening and closing member and the secondary opening and closing member are mounted on the apparatus body. Fig. 4 shows the closed state of the apparatus, and the primary and secondary switch elements can receive a magnet signal. When the door is opened. The upper cover does arc motion around the hinge elastic sheet, and the magnet arranged on the door body component 2 is separated from the primary switch piece. The primary and secondary switch parts are switched on and off in the above mode.
The front view of this embodiment is shown in fig. 4, the door assembly 2 is installed at the front edge of the upper cover, and when the upper cover is opened upward, the door assembly 2 is opened upward together.
