Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, some middle and high-end aluminum alloys for high-rise buildings and comfortable living houses have higher requirements on the performance and the surface quality, at present, aluminum door frames and door leaves popular in the market have exquisite appearance and are not easy to rust, but the cavity of the adopted heat insulation piece is small, so that the proportion of aluminum materials in the whole material is larger, the price of the aluminum materials is increased, the cost of the materials is greatly increased, the aluminum profiles have the advantages of light weight and strong adhesion resistance and are widely applied to buildings, but the aluminum profiles do not have sound insulation, have poor heat insulation and anti-seismic performance, have high cost, are troublesome to disassemble after being installed, and need lightning grounding at the doors and windows of the high-rise buildings, have poor damping performance and have poor water tightness.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an L-shaped edge sealing aluminum profile which is mainly used for solving the problems of poor sound insulation effect, poor shock absorption and troublesome installation and disassembly of the aluminum profile.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to an L-shaped edge sealing aluminum profile which comprises a bottom plate, wherein a right side plate is fixed on the right side of the bottom plate, a left side plate is fixed on the left side of the bottom plate, a sealing plate is arranged above the bottom plate, the left end and the right end of the sealing plate are respectively fixedly connected to the left side plate and the right side plate, a plurality of pouring holes are formed in the middle of the sealing plate, the pouring holes are uniformly arranged in the front-back direction, a cavity is formed between the sealing plate and the bottom plate, and polyurethane is poured in the cavity; the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of grooves which are communicated front and back, the left inner wall and the right inner wall of each groove are provided with conicity, and the grooves are used for enhancing the strength of the bottom plate; the upper end of the left side plate is provided with an upper barb, and the middle part of the left side plate is provided with a lower barb; the closing plate right-hand member evenly articulates along the fore-and-aft direction has a plurality of bordures hook, and the closing plate right-hand member articulates there is the cylinder, and the piston rod of cylinder articulates in the inboard of bordure hook, and the cylinder is used for driving the bordure hook and rotates.

The reinforced plate is provided with two groups of isosceles triangular holes which are symmetrical up and down, and the two groups of isosceles triangular holes are uniformly arranged along the front and back directions. The stress of the reinforced plate is eliminated by the arrangement of the isosceles triangular holes, the strength of the reinforced plate is improved, and the weight of the reinforced plate is reduced simultaneously, so that the weight of an aluminum profile is reduced, the middle of the reinforced plate is sunken due to the arc structure, the thickness of the reinforced plate at the bottom edge of the isosceles triangular holes is larger than that of the reinforced plate at the top angle of the isosceles triangular holes, the strength of the aluminum profile is small in influence, the weight of the aluminum profile is reduced while the strength of the aluminum profile is ensured, and the using effect of the aluminum profile is improved.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description
The structure of the L-shaped edge banding aluminum profile according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.

As shown in fig. 2, two sets of air outlet holes 44 are formed in the sealing plate 4, the air outlet holes 44 are obliquely arranged, the air outlet holes 44 are located on two sides of the pouring hole 41, the two sets of air outlet holes 44 are uniformly arranged in the front-back direction, and the air outlet holes 44 are used for discharging air in the cavity when the polyurethane 5 is poured. As shown in fig. 2, the sealing plate 4 is symmetrically provided with two arc-shaped grooves 45 which are through from front to back, the upper ends of the air outlet holes 44 are located in the arc-shaped grooves 45, and the arc-shaped grooves 45 are used for facilitating the processing of the air outlet holes 44. The arc-shaped grooves 45 eliminate the stress of the aluminum profile, and simultaneously reduce the weight of the aluminum profile, so that the aluminum profile has higher strength while being lightened; meanwhile, the arc-shaped groove 45 is convenient for processing the inclined air outlet hole 44 on the aluminum profile, so that when the air outlet hole 44 is processed, the drill bit can penetrate through the sealing plate 4 perpendicular to the arc-shaped surface of the arc-shaped groove 45, the drill bit is prevented from consuming too much when the inclined air outlet hole 44 is processed on the aluminum profile, the cost is saved, and the production efficiency of the aluminum profile is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, a reinforcing plate 6 is arranged on the right side of the left side plate 3, the upper end of the reinforcing plate 6 is fixed on the lower surface of the upper barb, the lower end of the reinforcing plate 6 is fixed on the upper surface of the lower barb, and the reinforcing plate 6 is used for increasing the strength of the aluminum profile. The strength of the aluminum profile is improved by the reinforcing plate 6, the service life of the aluminum profile is prolonged, and along with the improvement of the strength of the aluminum profile, the application range of the aluminum profile is improved, so that the aluminum profile can be used in more places.
As shown in fig. 1, the right side of the reinforcing plate 6 has an arc structure recessed toward the middle.
