Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of diesel engines, in particular to a preheating control method and a preheating control module for a diesel engine.
Background
The preheating device is used as a key part for assisting the starting of the diesel engine and can assist the cold starting of the diesel engine. When the diesel engine is cold started at low temperature, the preheating device preheats air in the cylinder, so that the diesel engine is assisted to be started. Furthermore, the preheating device can be continuously used for heating air in a period of time after the cold start at a low temperature, thereby improving the idle speed stability and noise of the diesel engine.
The operating time of the existing pre-heating device is determined by the engine coolant temperature and the atmospheric pressure. When the water temperature sensor malfunctions, the engine coolant temperature that determines the operating time of the preheating device is set to a preset value. At this time, no matter what state the diesel engine is in, the preheating device needs to work for a long time, and the preheating device is easy to damage. Especially in tropical regions, where the diesel engine is in a hot state, the preheating device is more likely to be damaged.
Therefore, how to provide a preheating control method capable of effectively avoiding the damage of the preheating device becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently in the field.
