The dispersion time and the dispersion speed in the preparation process of the coating are determined by the components and the proportion of the coating, the viscosity of the coating prepared by the method is 30 ℃/65 +/-2 KU, the fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m, and the coating has good construction performance.
The finished paint is applied to the surfaces of various household furniture, and is irradiated under a 395nm UV LED curing light source, the curing speed is 25m/min, the hardness of the formed paint film coating is the hardness of a Chinese pencil 2H, the detection is carried out according to the GB 9286-88S standard, the adhesive force of the coating reaches 0 level, the surface of the paint film has fine hand feeling, fluffy feeling, excellent leveling property, fullness, hardness and yellowing resistance.

    s003, sampling and inspecting, and when the fineness is less than or equal to 20 microns, adding an aqueous defoaming agent, an aqueous leveling agent and an aqueous thickening agent, and dispersing for 10-15 min at the rotating speed of 1200-1500 rpm;
