Abstract
The invention discloses a material head removing and collecting device, which comprises: the device comprises a cutting mechanism and a collecting mechanism, wherein the cutting mechanism is used for cutting off the stub bars, and the collecting mechanism is used for collecting the stub bars cut off by the cutting mechanism. The invention relates to a material head removing and collecting device.
Background
There are many plastic products in automotive interiors, which are manufactured by injection molding, and the injection molded products have a stub bar left thereon, which is unavoidable and needs to be removed in subsequent production. If manual pruning is used, the requirement of automatic production is not met. Thus, there is a need for an automated stub bar removal collection device.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a material head removing and collecting device for solving the technical problems.

as shown in fig. 1, the stub bar removal and collection device of the present embodiment includes: the device comprises a cutting mechanism and a collecting mechanism, wherein the cutting mechanism is used for cutting off the stub bars, and the collecting mechanism is used for collecting the stub bars cut off by the cutting mechanism. The driving device comprises two air cylinders 7, the two air cylinders 7 are arranged up and down, the acting end of the air cylinder 7 above is upwards arranged, the acting end of the air cylinder 7 above is connected with the end part of the cutter 2 above, the acting end of the air cylinder 7 below is downwards arranged, and the acting end of the air cylinder 7 below is connected with the end part of the cutter 2 below.
The embodiment also comprises a supporting seat 8, wherein the supporting seat 8 is provided with a containing cavity, and two air cylinders 7 are arranged in the containing cavity. One end of the cutter 2 stretches into the accommodating cavity and is connected with the air cylinder 7, the contact position of the supporting seat 8 and the cutter 2 is a pivot 9 for the rotation of the cutter 2, two baffle plates 10 are arranged at the pivot 9 of each cutter 2, one baffle plate 10 is positioned in the supporting seat 8, the other baffle plate 10 is positioned outside the supporting seat 8, the baffle plates 10 are propped against the supporting seat 8, and the baffle plates 10 are in rotary connection with the cutter 2.
The two baffle plates 10 of each cutter 2 respectively block the cutters 2 from sliding down, so that the cutters 2 can only rotate up and down by taking the supporting point 9 as an axis, as shown in fig. 2, when the left end of the cutter 2 at the upper part is at the upper right end, the baffle plates 10 at the outer side of the supporting seat 8 block the sliding down of the cutters 2, when the left end of the cutter 2 at the lower part is at the lower right end, the baffle plates 10 at the inner side of the supporting seat 8 block the sliding down of the cutters 2, when the cylinder 7 at the upper part drives the left end of the cutter 2 at the upper part to rotate upwards, the baffle plates 10 at the inner side of the supporting seat 8 block the sliding down of the cutters 2, and when the cylinder 7 at the lower part drives the left end of the cutter 2 at the lower part to rotate downwards, the baffle plates 10 at the outer side of the supporting seat 8 block the sliding down of the cutters 2.
The driving device, namely two air cylinders 7 are respectively connected with the side wall of the containing cavity, and the actions of the two air cylinders 7 are empty by an external controller. The support 5 is arranged at the bottom of the support seat 8, so that the support seat 8, the driving device and the cutter 2 can be higher than the collecting mechanism.
The collection mechanism include draft tube 3 and holding tank 4, wherein, draft tube 3 set up in holding tank 4's top and with holding tank 4 intercommunication, the entry of draft tube 3 is located the cutter 2 and sets up the one end of blade 1 under. The diameter of the top inlet of the guide cylinder 3 is larger than that of the bottom outlet, the diameter of the guide cylinder 3 gradually decreases from the top inlet to the bottom outlet, and the guide cylinder 3 is communicated with the accommodating groove 4 through the bottom outlet. The bracket 5 and the accommodating groove 4 are arranged on a bottom plate 6, so that the whole device can be integrally carried.
When the cutter is used, the attached drawing 2 is an initial position of the cutters 2, a product is placed at the two cutters 2, the cutter heads 1 of the two cutters 2 are aligned, the two cylinders 7 are started, the acting ends of the upper cylinders 7 are pushed upwards to push the left ends of the attached drawing 2 of the upper cutters 2 to move upwards, the right ends of the cutters 2 move downwards, the acting ends of the lower cylinders 7 are pushed downwards to push the left ends of the attached drawing 2 of the lower cutters 2 to move downwards, the right ends of the cutters 2 move upwards, the cutter heads 1 of the two cutters 2 are closed, the cutter heads are sheared, then the two cylinders 7 retract to drive the cutter heads 1 of the two cutters 2 to separate, and the cutter heads are returned to the initial position. The sheared material head naturally slides down from the guide cylinder 3 into the accommodating groove 4 due to gravity, so that collection is realized.
According to the invention, two cutters 2 are arranged, one ends of the cutters 2 are mutually closed, a material head is sheared, and a driving device drives the cutters 2 to open and close, so that automatic shearing is realized; the guide cylinder 3 is arranged, the upper part is big and the lower part is small, and the material head can conveniently slide into the accommodating groove 4. The invention can automatically complete the cutting and collecting of the stub bar, and improves the production efficiency.

the scissors comprise two cutters, one ends of the two cutters are connected with a driving device, the other ends of the two cutters are arranged in a mutually separated mode, the ends of the two cutters are provided with cutter points, and the driving device drives one ends of the two cutters provided with the cutter points to alternately move in a mutually closed mode and in a mutually separated mode;
the driving device comprises two air cylinders, the two air cylinders are arranged up and down, the acting end of the upper air cylinder is connected with the end part of the upper cutter, the acting end of the lower air cylinder is arranged down, and the acting end of the lower air cylinder is connected with the end part of the lower cutter;
the cutting machine further comprises a supporting seat, wherein the supporting seat is provided with a containing cavity, two air cylinders are arranged in the containing cavity, one end of the cutting knife stretches into the containing cavity and is connected with the air cylinders, the contact position of the supporting seat and the cutting knife is a pivot point of the cutting knife, two baffle plates are arranged at the pivot point of each cutting knife, one baffle plate is positioned in the supporting seat, the other baffle plate is positioned outside the supporting seat, the baffle plates are propped against the supporting seat, and the baffle plates are in rotary connection with the cutting knife;
the collecting mechanism comprises a guide cylinder and a containing groove, wherein the guide cylinder is arranged above the containing groove and is communicated with the containing groove, and an inlet of the guide cylinder is positioned under one end of the cutter, provided with a blade; the diameter of the top inlet of the guide cylinder is larger than that of the bottom outlet, the diameter of the guide cylinder gradually decreases from the top inlet to the bottom outlet, and the guide cylinder is communicated with the accommodating groove through the bottom outlet;
the support is used for supporting the supporting seat.
