When in use, the water inlet pipe, namely a pipeline for circulating cooling liquid or water, passes through the water inlet 61 to convey the cooling liquid or water into the water inlet box 6, and the cooling liquid or water flows into the first water cavity 11 through the water through holes 62 by the filtration of the first filter screen 82; then, under the force of self water pressure, the water passes through the filter element 3 and enters the second water cavity 12; finally, the filtered cooling liquid is conveyed to the water outlet pipe head 9 through the submersible pump 92, and the water outlet pipe head 9 is connected with a pipe which passes through the water outlet 71 to convey the cooling liquid or water for reuse.
