Example 3
An adjustable pleated filter bag frame using the pleated filter bag frame of example 2 is described in detail below.
An adjustable pleated filter bag frame method of use comprises the steps of:
a. assembling the pleat plates 1, and clamping the pleat plates into the longitudinal stay bars 2 one by one on the inner clamping grooves 12 of the inner stay ring 3 and the outer clamping grooves 14 of the top end tray 13; simultaneously, the locking hole 10 of each clamped longitudinal stay bar 2 is aligned with the end short cylinder of the outer locking piece 4, so that the axis of the locking hole 10 coincides with the axis of the short cylinder;
b. screwing the short cylinder at the tail end of the outer locking piece 4 into the locking hole 10, so that the longitudinal stay bar 2 and the pleat plates 1 are fixedly connected and enclose a column-like supporting cage body;
c. after the longitudinal supporting rods 2 are clamped into the inner clamping grooves 12 of the inner supporting ring 3 one by one, the longitudinal supporting rods 2 are placed in pleated filter bags for bag type dust collectors, pleat peaks wrap the longitudinal supporting rods 2, pleat valleys are attached to the attachment edges 11, and the cloth bags are placed on the lower surface of the rubber plugs 16 after being turned outwards;
d. placing the assembled pleated filter bag and the frame thereof into the through hole of the pattern plate from the lower end, wherein the top tray 13 can be used as a base of the frame to be placed on the pattern plate and compress the cloth bag, so that the pleated filter bag frame can be vertically hung on the pattern plate;
e. in step a, the recombined V-shaped folding plates 6 are disassembled, the number of the V-shaped folding plates 6 is increased or reduced, the fold included angle theta formed by the staggered straight groove plates 7 is adjusted, the number and the depth of folds are adjusted, and/or the sleeve 19 is axially rotated along the direction of the torsion of the spring 18 in the forward or reverse direction, the length of the spring 18 above the screw piece 21 is compressed or stretched, and the depth of the sleeve 19 screwed into the sleeve rod 17 is further changed to adjust the length of the longitudinal stay rod 2, and the length of the pleated filter bag frame is adjusted.
Therefore, the use method of the pleated filter bag frame is simple to operate and convenient to use, the pleat number, the pleat depth and the length of the filter bag frame can be adjusted by disassembling the recombined V-shaped pleat plates 6 and the rotating sleeve 19, and further the filter area can be adjusted by adjusting the pleat parameters of the pleated filter bag frame and the length of the filter bag frame, so that even if a new filter bag is replaced, the frame can be matched with the new filter bag through adjusting or recombining components, the new frame does not need to be purchased, and the purchasing cost is greatly saved.

two ends of the straight groove plate (7) are provided with an outer side connecting hole (8) and an inner side connecting hole (9); the outer side connecting holes (8) of the adjacent straight groove plates (7) are connected by the outer side locking pieces (4), and the inner side connecting holes (9) are connected by the inner side locking pieces (5); the head and tail ends of the longitudinal stay bars (2) are respectively provided with a locking hole (10), and the outer locking pieces (4) fix the head and tail ends of the longitudinal stay bars (2) on the pleat plates (1);
the inner support ring (3) is of an annular claw-shaped structure; the annular claw-shaped structure is uniformly provided with connecting edges (11) along the circumferential outer wall at certain intervals in a radial shape; the tail end of the connecting edge (11) is provided with an inward concave inner clamping groove (12); the inner clamping groove (12) is used for clamping the longitudinal stay bar (2);

An adjustable pleated filter bag frame according to claim 4, wherein: the longitudinal stay bar (2) comprises a sleeve bar (17), a sleeve (19) and a shaft sleeve (20); the locking hole (10) is arranged at the head end of the loop bar (17) and the tail end of the sleeve (19); the loop bar (17) is of a semi-hollow cylindrical structure, and the opening is positioned at the tail end of the loop bar (17); the head end of the sleeve (19) is inserted into the tail end of the loop bar (17); the sleeve (20) is sleeved on the outer side of the tail end of the loop bar (17), and the sleeve (19) and the loop bar (17) can be prevented from sliding relatively by screwing the sleeve (20).

An adjustable pleated filter bag frame according to claim 5, wherein: the longitudinal stay bar (2) further comprises a spring (18), one end of the spring (18) is fixedly connected with a threaded piece (21) arranged in the loop bar (17), and the other end of the spring is inserted into the sleeve (19); a pressure spring end (22) is arranged in the sleeve (19); the compression spring end (22) is used for limiting the maximum compression amount of the spring (18).

a. assembling the pleated disc (1), and clamping the longitudinal stay bars (2) one by one on the inner clamping groove (12) of the inner stay ring (3) and the outer clamping groove (14) of the top end tray (13); simultaneously, the locking hole (10) of each clamped longitudinal stay bar (2) is aligned with the end short cylinder of the outer locking piece (4), so that the axis of the locking hole (10) coincides with the axis of the short cylinder;
b. screwing the end short cylinder of the outer locking piece (4) into the locking hole (10), so that the longitudinal stay bar (2) is fixedly connected with the pleat disc (1) and surrounds a column-like supporting cage body;
c. after the longitudinal supporting rods (2) are clamped into the inner clamping grooves (12) of the inner supporting ring (3) one by one, the longitudinal supporting rods (2) are placed in the pleated filter bag for the bag type dust collector, pleat peaks wrap the longitudinal supporting rods (2), pleat valleys are attached to the connecting edges (11), and the cloth bag openings are turned outwards and then placed on the lower surface of the rubber plug (16);
d. the assembled pleated filter bag and the frame thereof are placed into the through holes of the flower plate from the lower end, and at the moment, the top tray (13) can be used as a base of the frame to be placed on the flower plate and compress the cloth bag, so that the installation of vertically hanging the pleated filter bag frame on the flower plate can be completed;
e. in step a, the recombined V-shaped fold plate (6) is disassembled to adjust the number and depth of folds and/or rotate the sleeve (19), compress or stretch the length of the spring (18), and further change the depth of the sleeve (19) screwed into the sleeve rod (17) to adjust the length of the longitudinal stay rod (2), and adjust the length of the folded filter bag frame.
