Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a stent implantation device in the field of medical instruments, in particular to an implantation device with a filling stent structure.
Background
The interventional therapy is an emerging subject integrating image diagnosis and clinical treatment, and is guided by the image equipment to be guided into a focus of a human body through a natural duct or a tiny wound of the human body for minimally invasive treatment, so that the interventional therapy has the advantages of accuracy, safety, high efficiency, wide indication, few complications, small wound, rapid postoperative recovery and the like, has become the first-choice treatment method of some diseases, and is one of three clinical post subjects parallel to the traditional internal and external subjects. The common implant enters the bent angle of the human body cavity, and can not pass through the bent angle continuously, so that the risk of the operation is increased greatly or the operation fails.
Therefore, there is a need to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the invention aims to provide an implantation device with a filling support structure, which can implant a plurality of supports for a plurality of times, so that the operation can be smoothly, safely and efficiently performed.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the above purpose, the invention discloses an implantation device with a filling support structure, which comprises an inner tube and an outer tube which are mutually sleeved, wherein a push rod is arranged in an inner tube cavity in a penetrating way, the distal end of the outer tube is connected with a soft head, the distal end inner cavity of the outer tube is compressed with a first support, and two ends of the first support are respectively abutted against the proximal end of the soft head and the distal end of the push rod; pushing the push rod to drive the first bracket to move forwards, so that the first bracket is released from the outer tube and is restored to the original state; the outer wall of the outer tube is sleeved with a filling support assembly, the filling support assembly comprises a tube section consisting of a lower half tube sheet and an upper half tube sheet which are mutually buckled, and a standby support can be preassembled in the tube section; and gaps communicated with the pipe joints are correspondingly formed on the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The implantation device with the filling support structure firstly pushes the push rod to drive the first support to move forwards, so that the first support is released from the inside of the outer tube and the far end of the soft head and is restored to the original state; after the first support is released, the push rod is retracted, the upper segment is opened simultaneously, the standby support is placed in the tube section, the push rod is pushed, the standby support is pushed into the far-end cavity of the outer tube to replace the first support, the action of releasing the first support is repeated, the standby support can be released again, and the operation can be performed repeatedly, so that a plurality of supports can be implanted for many times, and the operation can be performed smoothly, safely and efficiently.
Wherein, the outer wall of the proximal end of the outer tube is sleeved with a handle.
Preferably, the inner wall of the distal end of the inner tube is provided with a stop block.
And moreover, a filling duct piece matched with the notch on the inner tube and used for preassembling the standby bracket is arranged in the upper duct piece.
Further, the upper half tube piece is matched with the notch on the outer tube.
Preferably, the soft head is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer tube.
The beneficial effects are that: compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages: the invention can release a plurality of stents for multiple times, greatly shortens the stent release operation time, reduces the pain and the probability of infection caused by multiple times of entering and exiting the implanter for patients, saves the cost of the implantation device and improves the operation safety.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the present invention;
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the structure of the packing support assembly of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an implant device with a packing support structure of the present invention includes an inner tube 1, an outer tube 2, a push rod 3, a soft head 4, a first support 5, a packing support assembly 6, a spare support 7, and a handle 8. The inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are mutually sleeved, and the push rod 3 is arranged in the inner cavity of the inner tube 1 in a penetrating way. The far end of the outer tube 2 is connected with a soft head 4, and the soft head 4 is of a hollow structure and is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer tube 2. The inner cavity of the far end of the outer tube 2 is compressed with a first bracket 5, and two ends of the first bracket 5 are respectively abutted against the near end of the soft head 4 and the far end of the push rod 3; pushing the push rod 3 drives the first bracket 5 to move forward, so that the first bracket 5 is released from the outer tube 2 and returns to the original state. The handle 8 is sleeved on the outer wall of the proximal end of the outer tube 2. The outer wall of the outer tube 2 is sleeved with a filling support assembly 6, the filling support assembly 6 comprises a tube section consisting of a lower half tube sheet 601 and an upper half tube sheet 602 which are mutually buckled, and a standby support 7 can be preloaded in the tube section; the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are correspondingly provided with notches communicated with the tube sections. The upper tube sheet 602 is provided with a filling tube sheet 603 which is matched with the notch on the inner tube 1 and is used for preassembling the standby bracket. The upper tube sheet 602 mates with the notch on the outer tube 2. The inner wall of the distal end of the inner tube 1 is provided with a stopper 101 for stopping the first bracket 5.
The outer tube of the invention is made of polytetrafluoroethylene material; the length may be tailored to different preferred lengths depending on the different needs for the breathing, digestive tract, etc. The outer tube functions in cooperation with the flexible head to pass through the body lumen so that other instruments or components can pass smoothly through the desired site. The inner tube is used for pushing out the stent in the outer tube and delivering the stent to the lesion part of the natural cavity of the human body. The handle serves as a hand-held portion for the operator during the insertion of the implant into the body cavity.
