As described above, the wireless charging stand 3 is used to wirelessly charge the handle a of the electric toothbrush. On the premise of simple structure and convenient preparation, the embodiment of the present invention provides an example of the structure of the wireless charging stand 3, and as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the wireless charging stand 3 includes: a second case 31, a second cover 32 covering the second case 31, a power transmission coil 33, a control circuit board 34, and a power cord 35 provided in the second case 31; the control circuit board 34 is electrically connected with the power transmission coil 33, and the control circuit board 34 is used for enabling the power transmission coil 33 to wirelessly charge the handle A of the electric toothbrush; the input end of the power line 35 is located outside the second housing 31, and the output end is electrically connected to the control circuit board 34.
Note that an input end of the power cord 35 is used for receiving an external power supply, and an output end of the power cord 35 is used for transmitting the received external power supply to the control circuit board 34 in the second housing 31.
And, in an embodiment of the present invention, an electric toothbrush comprises: the handle, the toothbrush head arranged on the handle, the core arranged in the handle, the current receiving coil and the rectification voltage stabilizing circuit board; the machine core is used for driving the toothbrush head to rotate or vibrate; the power receiving coil is arranged opposite to the power transmission coil 33 in the wireless charging seat 3; the rectification voltage-stabilizing circuit board is electrically connected with the power receiving coil.
With the above arrangement, when the handle a of the electric toothbrush is charged wirelessly by the wireless charging stand 3, the control circuit board 34 of the wireless charging stand 3 causes the power transmission coil 33 to transmit electromagnetic energy to the handle a of the electric toothbrush. The power receiving coil in the electric toothbrush handle a receives the electromagnetic energy transmitted by the power transmitting coil 33 and converts the electromagnetic energy into electrical energy. The rectification voltage stabilizing circuit carries out rectification filtering and other treatments on alternating current formed by the power receiving coil, so that the alternating current is converted into stable direct current electric energy and is transmitted to the movement to supply power to the movement, and the movement drives the toothbrush head to vibrate or rotate.
The second cover 32 can be mounted on the top (see fig. 4) or the bottom (see fig. 5) of the second housing 31, and is adapted to the structure of the second housing 31, for example, if the second housing 31 is a cylindrical structure, the second cover 32 is a circular cover.
In addition, the second cover 32 can be screwed or fastened to the second housing 31, which facilitates the assembly of the wireless charging stand 3.
The two connection modes can be specifically as follows: when the screw connection is adopted, the inner wall of the second cover 32 is provided with a screw thread, and the outer wall of the second shell 31 is provided with a screw thread matched with the screw thread of the second cover 32. When the snap connection is adopted, a clamping groove is formed on the inner wall of the second housing 31, and a clamping jaw matched with the clamping groove on the inner wall of the second housing 31 is arranged on the second cover 32 (see fig. 5).
The structure of the wireless charging stand 3 will be further described below with respect to different mounting positions of the second cover 32 on the second housing 31:
(1) in the case where the second cover 32 is mounted on the top of the second housing 31, see fig. 4:
in order to avoid that the handle a of the electric toothbrush slips off from the second cover 32 during the charging process and ensure the charging efficiency of the wireless charging stand 3 on the handle a of the electric toothbrush, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, the second cover 32 includes: the limiting lug 36 is arranged on the upper surface of the body; the limiting lug 36 is used for being accommodated into a limiting groove at the bottom of the handle A; the power transmitting coil 33 is located in the limit projection 36.
It can be seen that the handle a of the electric toothbrush can be limited by the limit protrusion 36 on the body and the limit groove on the bottom of the handle a of the electric toothbrush, so as to prevent the handle a of the electric toothbrush from sliding off the second cover 32 in the charging process.
The limiting convex block 36 can be a cylindrical structure or a quadrangular hollow structure, and can be integrally formed with the body to improve the connection strength between the limiting convex block 36 and the body.
In addition, the position-limiting groove at the bottom of the handle A of the electric toothbrush may be configured to match the contour of the position-limiting protrusion 36.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control Circuit Board 34 may be a PCBA Board (Printed Circuit Board for mounting components), and it may be disposed on the bottom wall of the second housing 31 (see fig. 4) by means of screw connection or snap connection. The embodiment of the present invention is preferably adopted based on the characteristic that the snap connection is convenient for replacing the control circuit board 34.
Specifically, a clip may be disposed on the bottom wall of the second housing 31 (i.e., the bottom wall of the body), and a slot adapted to the clip on the bottom wall of the second housing 31 may be disposed on the control circuit board 34.
The clamping piece can be arranged into a quadrangular prism, a pentagonal prism and other structures, and can be integrally formed with the second shell 31 so as to improve the connection strength between the clamping piece and the second shell 31.
As to the way of installing the power transmission coil 33, an example is given in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the wireless charging cradle 3 further includes: a support member 37 provided on the bottom wall of the second housing 31 (i.e., the bottom wall of the body), an upper end of the support member 37 extending into the limit projection 36; the power transmitting coil 33 is fitted over the upper end of the support 37.
By such an arrangement, the power transmission coil 33 can be replaced, and the power transmission coil 33 can effectively transmit electromagnetic energy to the power receiving coil in the handle a of the electric toothbrush, thereby improving the charging rate.
The supporting member 37 may be a rod-shaped structure, and it may be integrally formed on the bottom wall of the second housing 31 to improve the connection strength between the supporting member 37 and the second housing 31.
In the case of the support 37 having the above-mentioned structure, in order to prevent the power transmission coil 33 from sliding down from the upper end to the lower end of the support 37, an annular boss 371 may be provided on the support 37 to limit the power transmission coil 33.
The annular projection 371 and the support 37 may be integrally formed, so as to improve the connection strength between the annular projection 371 and the support 37.
In order to improve the waterproof capability of the wireless charging cradle 3, the wireless charging cradle 3 further includes: sealing glue; the sealant is injected into a gap between the control circuit board 34, the lower end of the support member 37, and the second housing 31.
It should be noted that, when preparing the wireless charging cradle 3, the control circuit board 34 is first installed on the bottom wall of the second casing 31; then, sealant is injected into the gap between the lower ends of the control circuit board 34 and the support member 37 and the second housing 31; finally, the power transmitting coil 33 is fitted around the upper end of the support 37, and the second cover 32 is mounted on the top of the second housing 31.
(2) In the case where the second cover 32 is attached to the bottom of the second housing 31, see fig. 5:
in order to avoid the handle a of the electric toothbrush from sliding off from the top of the second housing 31 during the charging process and ensure the charging efficiency of the wireless charging stand 3 on the handle a of the electric toothbrush, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a limiting protrusion 36 is disposed on the top of the second housing 31, and the limiting protrusion 36 is used for being received in a limiting groove at the bottom of the handle a of the electric toothbrush.
It can be seen that the handle a of the electric toothbrush can be limited by the limit protrusion 36 at the top of the second housing 31 and the limit groove at the bottom of the handle a of the electric toothbrush, so as to prevent the handle a of the electric toothbrush from sliding off from the top of the second housing 31 during the charging process.
The limit projection 36 can be configured to fit with a limit groove at the bottom of the handle a of the electric toothbrush, such as a cylindrical structure or a quadrangular hollow structure.
In addition, the limit bump 36 may be integrally formed with the second cover 32 to improve the connection strength between the limit bump 36 and the second cover 32.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control circuit board 34 may be a PCBA board, which may be disposed on a sidewall (see fig. 5) of the second housing 31 by means of screw connection or snap connection. The embodiment of the present invention is preferably adopted based on the characteristic that the snap connection is convenient for replacing the control circuit board 34.
Specifically, a clip may be disposed on a side wall of the second housing 31, and a card slot adapted to the clip on the side wall of the second housing 31 may be disposed on the control circuit board 34.
5, the wireless charging cradle 3 further includes: a wire coil 38 for fixing the power transmitting coil 33; a wire coil 38 is fixed to the inner wall of the top of the second housing 31 and is arranged coaxially with the limit projection 36.
By such an arrangement, the power transmission coil 33 can be easily mounted, and the power transmission coil 33 can efficiently transmit electromagnetic energy to the power receiving coil in the handle a of the electric toothbrush, thereby improving the charging rate.
The wire coil 38 can be in snap-fit connection with the top of the second housing 31, for example, the top of the second housing 31 is provided with a plurality of clamping pieces, and a clamping groove matched with the clamping piece on the top of the second housing 31 is arranged on the wire coil 38.
In order to improve the waterproof capability of the wireless charging cradle 3, the wireless charging cradle 3 further includes: sealant 39 (see fig. 5); the sealant 39 is used to be injected into the gap between the second housing 31, the wire coil 38, and the control circuit board 34.
When the wireless charging cradle 3 is prepared, the control circuit board 34 is first mounted on the side wall of the second housing 31, and the wire coil 38 is mounted on the top wall of the second housing 31; then injecting the sealant 39 into the gap in the second shell 31; finally, a second cover 32 is attached to the bottom of the second case 31.
As mentioned above, the input end of the power line 35 is located outside the second housing 31, i.e. the output end of the power line 35 passes through the second housing 31 and is electrically connected to the control circuit board 34. In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to close the first cover 2, a wire slot is disposed at one end of the first housing 1, and when the wireless charging base 3 is installed in the first housing 1, the power line 35 of the wireless charging base 3 is disposed opposite to an opening of the wire slot (not shown in the drawing).
With the above arrangement, when the wireless charging cradle 3 is installed on one end of the first casing 1 and covers the first cover 2, the input end of the power line 35 of the wireless charging cradle 3 can pass through the first casing 1 and be electrically connected to the external power supply.
Wherein, the external power supply can be commercial power or connected with a mobile power supply.
The opening of the wiring duct is provided in the direction of the power cord 35 so that the opening of the wiring duct is provided opposite to the power cord 35.
Regarding the structure of the routing groove, the routing groove may be configured as a square groove or an arc groove, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited.
In addition, since the output end of the power cord 35 passes through the wiring hole on the sidewall of the second housing 31 and is electrically connected to the control circuit board 34 inside the second housing 31, external moisture may enter the second housing 31 through the wiring hole. In order to avoid this, in the embodiment of the present invention, a sealing ring is disposed between the wiring hole on the sidewall of the second housing 31 and the power line 35.
Wherein, the sealing ring can be set as a rubber sealing ring and is arranged on the inner wall of the wiring hole in a bonding mode.

The guide protrusion 41 may be integrally formed with the second housing 31, so that the connection strength between the guide protrusion 41 and the second housing 31 may be improved.
The guiding protrusion 41 may be configured as a cylinder structure or a quadrangular prism structure, and correspondingly, the guiding groove 42 may be configured as an arc-shaped groove or a square-shaped groove.
As for the number of the guide projections 41, two guide projections 41 may be symmetrically provided on the second housing 31. Correspondingly, two guide grooves 42 are also symmetrically provided at one end of the first housing 1.
Regarding the connection manner between the second housing 31 of the wireless charging stand 3 and the first housing 1, an example is given in the embodiment of the present invention, and the wireless charging stand 3 is connected to the first housing 1 by a snap-fit connection.
Specifically, a plurality of clips may be disposed on an outer wall of the lower end of the second housing 31, and a plurality of slots adapted to the outline of the clips on the outer wall of the second housing 31 may be disposed on one end of the first housing 1.
The clamping piece can be arranged into a quadrangular prism or a column and the like, and can be integrally formed with the second shell 31, so that the connection strength between the clamping piece and the second shell 31 is improved.
Two clips may be provided symmetrically at the lower end of the second housing 31. Correspondingly, two clamping grooves are also symmetrically arranged on one end of the first shell 1.
It should be noted that the clips on the second housing 31 are staggered with the guide protrusions 41, and the slots on the first housing 1 are staggered with the guide grooves 42.
As to the way of detachably connecting the front end of the first cover 2 and the front end of the first housing 1, an example is given in the embodiment of the present invention, and the front end of the first cover 2 is connected to the front end of the first housing 1 by a snap connection.
Specifically, a clamping piece is arranged at the front end of the first shell 1, and a clamping groove matched with the outline of the clamping piece at the front end of the first shell 1 is arranged at the front end of the first cover 2.
Then, when covering first lid 2, first lid 2 can exert pressure to the fastener on first casing 1, makes the fastener compress to the direction that is close to toothbrush head holding tank 1b, and the fastener card on first casing 1 is gone into to the draw-in groove of first lid 2 in.
