Further, the processor 1001 may call the network television program switching program stored in the memory 1005, and further perform the following operations:
when the remaining memory space of the intelligent television is larger than the preset space, judging whether the currently played network television program has a next network television program;
and when the currently played network television program has the next network television program, executing the step of acquiring the played time length of the currently played network television program and the fast-forward playing time length in the played time length.
Further, the processor 1001 may call the network television program switching program stored in the memory 1005, and further perform the following operations:
when the played time length and the fast forward playing time length meet the preset conditions, judging whether the current network condition is idle;
and when the current network condition is idle, controlling the smart television to cache the next network television program.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first embodiment, the network television program switching method includes:
step S11, when playing the network television program, obtaining the played time length of the currently played network television program and the fast forward playing time length in the played time length;
in this embodiment, the execution subject is a smart television.
In the process of watching a program by a user, the time length occupied by the played program part is the played time length, the time length occupied by the normally watched program part is the normal playing time length, and the time length occupied by the fast forward watched program part is the fast forward playing time length. For example, a series has 60 minutes, when the user views 35 minutes, 35 minutes is the played time length, 20 minutes accumulated in the 35 minutes is the fast forward play time length, the 20 minutes is the fast forward play time length, and the other 15 minutes is the normal play time length.
It should be noted that, if the user reviews the program, the review time length may also be counted into the played time length, and the review time length is divided into the normal play time length and the fast forward play time length for recording. For example, the user views 35 minutes and then returns to 20 minutes to view again, during the 15 minutes of review, 6 minutes are accumulated to be fast forward playing, then the 6 minutes are fast forward playing time length, and the other 8 minutes are normal playing time length. Or, the review time length is not recorded, and only the played time length, the fast forward play time length and the normal play time length of the user in the non-review state are recorded.
Step S12, judging whether the played time length and the fast forward playing time length meet preset conditions;
in the present application, the preset condition is used as a basis for determining whether the user has a requirement for watching the next program set. The preset condition may be that a ratio between the played time length and the fast forward play time length is within a preset range, or a ratio between the fast forward play time length and the normal play time length is within a preset range, and the preset range may be set according to practical applications, which is not specifically limited in the present invention.
And step S13, when the played time length and the fast forward playing time length meet the preset conditions, controlling the smart television to cache the next network television program of the network television programs.
In this embodiment, when the ratio between the played time length and the fast forward play time length is within a preset range, or the ratio between the fast forward play time length and the normal play time length is within a preset range, it is determined that the user has a demand for watching a next program, and the smart television is controlled to cache a next network television program.
It should be noted that the cache of the next network television program may be a whole cache or a partial cache, and may be set according to actual applications.
In the first embodiment, when the network television program is played, the played time length and the fast forward play time length of the currently played network television program are obtained, and when the played time length and the fast forward play time length meet preset conditions, the smart television is controlled to cache the next network television program of the network television program. Therefore, when the user is judged to have the requirement of watching the next program, the resource of the next program is loaded in advance, and the problem of overlong buffer time during program switching is solved.
In a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step of determining whether the played time length and the fast-forward play time length satisfy a preset condition includes:
step S121, obtaining the proportion between the played time length and the fast forward playing time length;
step S122, judging whether the ratio of the played time length to the fast forward playing time length is in a preset range;
step S123, when the ratio between the played time length and the fast forward play time length is within the preset range, determining that the played time length and the fast forward play time length satisfy the preset condition.
In this embodiment, whether the user has a requirement for watching the next program set can be determined according to whether the ratio of the played time length to the fast forward play time length is within the preset range. For example, if the user watches 40 minutes, and 20 minutes are accumulated in the 40 minutes for fast forward play, the ratio between the played time length and the fast forward play time length is 2 (played time length/fast forward play time length) or 0.5 (fast forward play time length/played time length), wherein each ratio has a corresponding preset range. Each preset range can be set according to practical application, and the invention is not particularly limited.
The relation between the played time length and the fast forward playing time length can be obtained according to the proportion between the played time length and the fast forward playing time length, so that whether the user has the requirement of watching the next program set or not is judged. For example, when the fast forward playing time length/played time length is 0.5, it indicates that the user prefers to fast forward viewing in the currently played network television program, and it may be determined that the user does not have a need to view the next episode of program.
In the second embodiment, whether the user has a requirement for watching the next program set is determined according to whether the ratio of the played time length to the fast forward play time length is within a preset range, so that the intelligent caching of the next program set resource is realized.
In a third embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 3, the step of determining whether the played time length and the fast-forward play time length satisfy preset conditions includes:
step S124, obtaining a normal playing time length according to the played time length and the fast forward playing time length;
step S125, obtaining the proportion between the fast forward playing time length and the normal playing time length;
step S126, judging whether the ratio of the fast forward playing time length to the normal playing time length is in a preset range;
step S127, when the ratio between the fast forward playing time length and the normal playing time length is within the predetermined range, determining that the played time length and the fast forward playing time length satisfy the preset condition.
In this embodiment, whether the user has a need to watch the next episode of programs can be determined according to whether the ratio of the fast forward playing time length to the normal playing time length is within a predetermined range. For example, if the user watches 30 minutes, and 10 minutes are accumulated in the 30 minutes for fast forward play and 20 minutes are accumulated for normal play, the ratio between the fast forward play time length and the normal play time length is 0.5 (fast forward play time length/normal play time length) or 2 (normal play time length/fast forward play time length), wherein each ratio has a corresponding predetermined range. Each predetermined range may be set according to practical applications, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
The relation between the fast forward playing time length and the normal playing time length can be obtained according to the proportion between the fast forward playing time length and the normal playing time length, so that whether the user has the requirement of watching the next program can be judged. For example, when the normal play duration/fast forward play duration is 2, it indicates that the user is biased to watch normally in the currently played network television program, and it may be determined that the user has a need to watch the next episode of program.
In the third embodiment, whether the user has a requirement for watching the next program set is determined according to whether the ratio of the fast forward playing time length to the normal playing time length is within a predetermined range, so that the intelligent caching of the next program set resource is realized.
In a fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, based on the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 4, before the step of obtaining the normal play time length according to the played time length and the fast forward play time length, the method further includes:
step S128, judging whether the played playing time length is greater than a preset time length;
step S129, when the played time length is greater than the preset time length, executing the step of obtaining a normal playing time length according to the played time length and the fast forward playing time length.
In this embodiment, the preset duration may be set with reference to the total duration of the currently played network television program, which may be a preset ratio of the total duration. For example, the total time period is 60 minutes, the preset time period may be one half of the total time period, i.e., 30 minutes.
Because whether the user has the requirement of watching the next program can be judged according to the played time length, the fast forward play time length and the normal play time length, when the played time length is longer than the preset time length, the data of the played time length, the fast forward play time length and the normal play time length are more accurate, and the accuracy of the judgment result can be improved. It should be noted that, before the step of determining whether the played time length and the fast forward play time length satisfy the preset condition, a determination is also made whether the played time length is greater than the preset time length.
In the fourth embodiment, when the played time length is longer than the preset time length, whether the user has a requirement for watching the next program set is judged, so that the accuracy of the judgment result is improved.
In a fifth embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, on the basis of the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 5, the network television program switching method further includes:
step S14, when the network television program is played, judging whether the remaining memory space of the intelligent television is larger than a preset space;
step S15, when the remaining memory space of the smart television is greater than the preset space, executing the step of obtaining the played time length of the currently played web television program and the fast forward play time length in the played time length;
and step S16, when the remaining memory space of the smart television is smaller than or equal to the preset space, outputting prompt information of insufficient memory.
In this embodiment, the size of the preset space may be set according to practical applications.
When the memory space is smaller than or equal to the preset space, the prompt information of insufficient memory is output, and the output mode can be characters, voice and the like. In order to prevent the user from being blocked from watching the television program, text information can be output at the bottom side or the upper side of the television screen for prompting, and the user can close the prompt through a remote controller or a preset mobile terminal and other equipment.
In the fifth embodiment, when the remaining memory space of the smart television is insufficient, the prompt message is output to remind the user to clear the memory, so that the situation that the memory is insufficient when the program resources are cached is avoided.
In a sixth embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, on the basis of the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 6, after the step of determining whether the remaining memory space of the smart television is greater than a preset space, the method further includes:
step S17, when the remaining memory space of the smart television is larger than the preset space, judging whether the currently played network television program has a next network television program;
step S18, when the currently played network television program has the next network television program, executing the step of obtaining the played time length of the currently played network television program and the fast forward play time length in the played time length.
In this embodiment, the next network television program of the currently played network television program may be a next set or a next program of the currently played network television program, or may be a network television program autonomously defined by the user.
In the sixth embodiment, when the currently played network television program has the next network television program, whether the user has a requirement for watching the next program set is determined, so that energy consumption is saved.
In a seventh embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, on the basis of the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to 7, after the step of determining whether the played time length and the fast-forward play time length satisfy preset conditions, the method further includes:
step S19, when the played time length and the fast forward playing time length meet the preset conditions, judging whether the current network condition is idle;
and step S20, when the current network condition is idle, controlling the smart television to cache the next network television program.
In this embodiment, when the current network status has no large-traffic download task, it can be determined that the network is idle. The download rate required by the next network program and the current maximum available network rate can be obtained, and the ratio of the download rate to the current network rate is used as the current network utilization rate. Comparing the current network utilization rate with a preset network utilization rate, if the current network utilization rate is less than the preset network utilization rate, judging that the current network bandwidth is surplus, and performing caching operation at the moment, and if the current network utilization rate is more than or equal to the preset network utilization rate, judging that the current network bandwidth is saturated, and not performing caching operation at the moment.
In the seventh embodiment, when the network is idle, the smart television is controlled to perform the caching operation, so that the network resources are fully utilized to perform the caching operation.
The invention also provides an intelligent television, which comprises a memory, a processor and a network television program switching program which is stored on the memory and can be operated on the processor, wherein the network television program switching program is configured to realize the steps of the network television program switching method under the execution main body of the intelligent television.
