The second communication module is connected with the second control module, and is connected with the first communication module and the mobile terminal through the network segment, so that the mobile terminal, the cloud service platform and the mobile print server are connected. The data conversion module is used for converting the data to be printed into standard printing data. The first communication module is used for establishing communication with the second communication module to realize connection between the mobile printing server and the cloud service platform. The first communication module receives an instruction of the cloud service platform and transmits information to the first control module; and the information of the printer is transmitted to the second communication module, and when the mobile terminal sends a scanning instruction, the first communication module sends the scanned file to the second communication module or the mobile terminal. The first communication module has a wireless AP connection function, and when the mobile terminal and the mobile print server are in the same network segment or other judgment conditions are that the mobile print server and the mobile terminal can be directly connected. The USB module realizes the connection between the printer and the mobile printing server and acquires the information of the printer through the USB module.

Claims (7)

1. A system for realizing mobile printing and scanning is characterized by comprising a printer, a mobile printing server, a cloud service platform and a mobile terminal;
the printer is connected with the mobile printing server;
the mobile printing server, the cloud service platform and the mobile terminal are connected with each other;
the cloud service platform comprises a data conversion module, a second communication module and a second control module; the data conversion module and the second communication module are both connected with the data conversion module;
the mobile printing server comprises a USB module, a driving module, a first communication module and a first control module; the USB module, the driving module and the first communication module are all connected with the first control module; the USB module is connected with the printer;
the driving module comprises a printing module and a scanning module, and the printing module and the scanning module are both connected with the first control module; making the ID of the mobile printing server into a two-dimensional code;
the mobile printing server sends the state of the printer to a cloud service platform, and the cloud service platform sends the real-time state of the printer to the mobile printing terminal; the mobile terminal scans a two-dimensional code of a mobile printing server, the state of a printer is obtained through the cloud service platform, and the cloud service platform selects whether the mobile terminal is directly connected with the mobile printing server or connected with the cloud service platform in a cloud mode according to network segment data;
the mobile terminal sends a file to the first communication module, the first communication module transmits the file to the second communication module, the second communication module transmits information to the second control module, the second control module sends an instruction to the data conversion module, the data conversion module converts the file into printing data and then transmits the printing data to the second control module, the printing data is sent to the first control module through the second communication module and the first communication module, and the first control module controls the driving module to print;
or the mobile terminal sends the printing file to the second communication module, the second communication module transmits the file to the second control module, the second control module controls the data conversion module to convert the file into the printing data, the printing data is transmitted back to the second control module, then the printing data is sent to the first control module through the second communication module and the first communication module, and the first control module controls the driving module to print.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the ID of the mobile print server is made into a two-dimensional code, and the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code and is connected to the mobile print server and the cloud service platform respectively.

The system of claim 1, wherein the cloud service platform system further comprises a registration module, a payment module, and a detection module; the registration module is connected with the second control module and is used for registering the registration information of the mobile printing server and the information of the printer; the detection module is used for detecting the information of the printer and sending the information to the cloud service platform, and the cloud service platform sends the information to the mobile terminal.
4. A method of implementing mobile printing and scanning, the method for use in the system of claim 2 or 3, comprising:
s1, registering and storing the information of the mobile print server and the printer on the cloud service platform;
s2, the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code and is connected with the cloud service platform, and the cloud service platform judges whether the mobile terminal and the mobile print server are in the same network segment;
s3, if the mobile terminal is in the same network segment, the cloud service platform sends an instruction to directly connect the mobile terminal with the mobile printing server, the mobile terminal transmits the print file to the cloud service platform, the cloud service platform converts the print file into print data, and then transmits the print data to the mobile printing server, and the print data is driven by the mobile printing server to print; or the mobile terminal sends the scanning instruction to the mobile printing server, and the mobile printing server drives the printer to scan and acquire a scanned image file;
s4, if the mobile terminal is not in the same network segment, the mobile terminal is connected with the cloud service platform, the mobile terminal transmits a print file or a scanning instruction to the cloud service platform, and the cloud service platform transmits information to the mobile print server and drives a printer by the mobile print server; when printing, the mobile terminal sends a printing file to the second communication module, the second communication module transmits the file to the second control module, the second control module controls the data conversion module to convert the file into printing data, the printing data is transmitted back to the second control module, then the printing data is sent to the first control module through the second communication module and the first communication module, and the first control module controls the driving module to print; during scanning, the mobile terminal sends a scanning instruction to the second communication module, the second communication module transmits the instruction to the second control module, the second control module controls the second communication module to transmit the instruction to the first communication module, the first communication module sends the instruction to the first control module, and the first control module controls the driving module to scan; the scanning image file acquired by the driving module is transmitted to the mobile terminal through the first control module, the first communication module, the second communication module and the second control module;
s5, the printer prints or scans the document.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising the mobile print server sending the status of the printer to a cloud service platform, the cloud service platform sending the real-time status of the printer to the mobile print terminal.

The method according to claim 4, wherein in step S3, if the mobile terminal is directly connected to the mobile print server, the mobile terminal sends the file to the first communication module, the first communication module transmits the file to the second communication module, the second communication module transmits the information to the second control module, the second control module sends an instruction to the data conversion module, the data conversion module converts the file into print data and transmits the print data to the second control module, and then the print data passes through the second communication module and the first communication module and is sent to the first control module, and the first control module controls the driver module to print.
