The invention belongs to the technical field of transformer manufacturing, and particularly relates to a transformer silicon steel sheet counting device which comprises a guard plate, a slicing base, a magnet, a sensor, an amplifier, a support, a guide rail, a counter, a power supply and a housing, wherein the counter is connected to the left upper part of the housing; the invention solves the problems that the number of sheets distributed to each iron core is inaccurate by more than 50% due to the difference of the thickness of the sheet paint film and the error of manual measurement in the conventional batch shearing and the lamination efficiency is affected.

Background
The transformer core consists of 8-14 stages of side columns, middle columns and yoke column sheets with different widths, and each transformer core has 24-42 sheets. At present, in order to improve the shearing efficiency, each transformer manufacturer adopts batch shearing, and the transformer is separated to each iron core sheet stock storage place by manual thickness measurement after shearing is completed, however, the number of sheets separated to more than 50% of each iron core is inaccurate due to the difference of the film thickness of the sheets and the errors of manual measurement, so that the lamination efficiency is affected, and if a large amount of waste is generated due to intentional multi-shearing of each stage during shearing; and the feeding mode is the high-efficiency operation of the whole column type automatic stacking line, and more accurate number of sheets is required to be used as a guarantee. The lower right corner of the slicing base is a 45-degree inclined angle.
The transformer silicon steel sheet counting device further comprises a limiting block, and the limiting block is connected to the outer side of the housing at the lower right corner of the slicing base.
