Description

Method for improving editing speed of ultrasonic examination report
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hospital information management systems, in particular to a method for improving the editing speed of an ultrasonic examination report.
Background
The ultrasonic examination is a medical examination means for observing the internal tissues of a human body by utilizing the reflection principle of the human body to ultrasonic waves, and is an important means for disease diagnosis and health examination in modern medicine due to the characteristics of no wound, no radiation, quick imaging and the like. The ultrasound examination report is a pictorially and luxuriantly displaying mode of the ultrasound examination result, contains contents such as patient information, measurement data, examination images, image description, diagnostic information and the like, and is an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
In the process of ultrasonic examination, an examining doctor mainly completes two parts of work, namely, ultrasonic examination on a patient by using ultrasonic examination equipment, and editing and storing of an ultrasonic examination report by using an ultrasonic image-text report workstation. Since the ultrasonic examination equipment and the ultrasonic image-text report workstation are two independent devices, in order to complete one ultrasonic examination, an examining doctor needs to switch operation between the two devices for a plurality of times, so that the working intensity of the examining doctor is increased, and the editing speed of the ultrasonic examination report is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for improving the editing speed of an ultrasonic examination report, which comprises the following steps:
s1: configuring a bar code scanning device, a diagnosis and treatment card reading device and an ultrasonic image acquisition handle for the reporting device, and placing the bar code scanning device, the diagnosis and treatment card reading device and the ultrasonic image acquisition handle near the checking device so that an examining doctor can perform simple and rapid operation on the reporting device while operating the ultrasonic device, wherein the ultrasonic image acquisition handle is provided with 3 functional buttons which are respectively used for screenshot, adding a normal reporting template and adding a common disease reporting template;
s2: defining ultrasonic image mark characteristic value and checking part corresponding dictionary, when the ultrasonic equipment is used for checking different parts, adding the generated image and the part corresponding mark image, and the relative positions and sizes of the marks of different parts of the same equipment in the image are the same, so that defining ultrasonic image mark characteristic value and checking part corresponding dictionary table, the fields of which contain equipment name, mark area, image characteristic value, checking part name, checking part code, normal report template code and common disease template code, wherein the mark area is the area which is positioned from the ultrasonic image by manual judgment and only contains the mark; the image characteristic value can be calculated by various common characteristic value calculation methods, such as HASH characteristic value, namely, an image corresponding to the volumetric region is cut out from the ultrasonic image and is scaled to 8 × 8, 64 pixels in total are obtained, the image is further converted into a gray image, the average value of the gray levels of all 64 pixels is calculated, each pixel is compared with the average value in sequence, the average value which is greater than or equal to the average value is marked as 1, the average value which is less than the average value is marked as 0, and then combined into one 64-bit binary digit as an image feature value, according to the above-described calculation method, the image characteristic values of various position targets of various equipment can be calculated in advance, corresponding examination position codes, normal report template codes and common disease template codes corresponding to the examination positions are set manually and recorded in a corresponding dictionary table of the ultrasonic image position target characteristic values and the examination positions for subsequent query;
s3: when a new patient starts to be subjected to ultrasonic examination each time, an examining doctor can operate a reporting device to inquire the position record of the patient needing ultrasonic examination by a bar code scanning or diagnosis and treatment card reading method and record the position record in a current list to be examined, and the examining doctor directly starts to examine the patient without opening an examination record by the reporting device;
s4: in each ultrasonic examination process, an examining doctor examines all parts of a patient to be examined at one time, clicks a screenshot function button of an ultrasonic image acquisition handle, operates a reporting device to screenshot, and intercepts images with diagnostic significance for each examined part, when the reporting device receives ultrasonic images, an image characteristic value is calculated according to the image characteristic value calculation method of S2 and is compared with records in a predefined characteristic value dictionary table one by one, namely the number of binary bits of the two image characteristic values is calculated, if the same proportion exceeds 90%, the characteristic values are considered to be consistent, if the records with consistent characteristic values cannot be obtained, the images are stored in a temporary directory position, and an alarm sound is sent to prompt the examining doctor to carry out manual processing; if the records with consistent characteristic values can be obtained, acquiring corresponding checking part codes, normal report template codes and common disease template codes from a dictionary table, searching the corresponding records from a current list to be checked inquired from S3 according to the checking part codes, storing images in a temporary directory position if the records cannot be found, giving an alarm sound to prompt a checking doctor to carry out manual processing, opening the checking records and storing the images in a directory corresponding to the checking records if the records can be found, at the moment, if the checking doctor finishes checking one part, preliminarily diagnosing, if the part is diagnosed to be normal or diagnosed as a common disease of the part, respectively clicking a normal report template adding button or a common disease report template adding button of an ultrasonic image acquisition handle, and respectively using a reporting device according to the pre-acquired normal report template codes and common disease template codes, acquiring report template contents from a database and adding the report template contents into the currently opened examination record so as to finish editing the examination report of the part; if other diseases are diagnosed, manual report editing is additionally performed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention utilizes the calculation and comparison method of the image characteristics of the volume marks in the ultrasonic images, realizes the automatic matching of the ultrasonic examination images and the corresponding examination parts and the quick editing of common reports by the pre-dictionary configuration, effectively reduces the manual operation steps in the ultrasonic examination process, particularly reduces the times of switching operation of an examination doctor between the ultrasonic equipment and the report equipment, reduces the working intensity of the examination doctor and improves the editing speed of the ultrasonic examination reports.

if the records with consistent characteristic values cannot be obtained, storing the images in a temporary directory position, and sending an alarm sound to prompt an examining doctor to perform manual processing;
if the records with consistent characteristic values can be obtained, acquiring corresponding inspection part codes, report template codes and the like from a dictionary table, and searching the corresponding records from the current list to be inspected according to the inspection part codes:
if the corresponding examination record can not be found, storing the image in a temporary directory position, and sending an alarm sound to prompt an examination doctor to perform manual processing;
if the corresponding check record can be found, the check record is opened and the image is stored in the directory to which the check record corresponds. Waiting for a new screenshot or ending the check.
If the examining doctor finishes the examination of a part, after preliminary diagnosis, if the part is diagnosed as normal or common diseases of the part, the normal report template adding button or the common disease report template adding button of the ultrasonic image acquisition handle can be clicked respectively, and the report equipment acquires the report template content from the database and adds the report template content into the currently opened examination record according to the normal report template code and the common disease template code which are acquired in advance, so that the editing of the examination report of the part is finished;
finally, the examining physician manually processes and collates the examination report of all parts of the patient, and then completes the examination.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
