Background
The first idea of autopilot technology was in the journal of the journal science with the name Air wonderstocks in the 30's of the 20 th century. However, until 1986, NavLab 1, manufactured by university of kaki-mulong, did not count for the first vehicle to be driven by a computer, but not by a human. Since then, the development of the automatic driving technology has been started by the car owners with global names such as Benz, Baoma, Audi, Volkswagen, Ford, etc., and especially in the last 10 years, some scientific and technological manufacturers such as Google, Intel, apple, etc. have been involved in the research of automatic driving.
The grading of autonomous driving becomes a big thing for more convenient differentiation and definition of autonomous driving techniques. Currently, two hierarchical policies recognized by the global automobile industry are proposed by the united states highway security administration (NHTSA for short) and the international society of automotive engineers (SAE for short), respectively. In this regard, the automated driving technologies of the L4 and L5 classes may be referred to as full automated driving technologies, and by this class, the vehicle may already perform all driving operations without any intervention from the driver, and the driver may also be attentive to other aspects such as work or rest. However, the difference between the two is that the automatic driving at the level of L4 is applicable in some situations, usually in cities or on highways. And the level L5 requires that the automatic driving automobile can drive the automobile completely in any scene.
The application of the current automatic driving technology in vehicle sharing (including renting) is a necessary trend of complying with development, however, how to effectively audit users receiving driving services is also one of essential links for guaranteeing operation safety, which is also an important discussion problem of the invention.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a user auditing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The user auditing method provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for auditing the qualification of a user when calling a car, wherein the qualification comprises driving qualification, legal identity, historical driving record, credit condition and the like, and generates the credit score of the user so as to determine whether the user has the qualification of using the car by quantitative data. The following description will be made by way of specific examples.
The user auditing method provided by the embodiment of the invention mainly comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
step 110, a user terminal receives an audit request instruction input by a user;
specifically, before each call, the user needs to be qualified and audited. The action may be triggered by the action of the user calling the ride. The generation of the audit request instruction is triggered at the same time when the user initiates a call.
Step 120, the user terminal acquires user information acquisition interface data from the server according to the audit request instruction, and generates and displays a user information acquisition interface;
specifically, when the server receives the audit request instruction for the first time, the data of the user information acquisition interface is returned, so that the user information acquisition interface is generated and displayed on the user terminal side. Through the user information collection interface, the user can input the basic information of the user.
If the user is registered, the basic user information can be obtained directly according to the user login information association under the condition that the system has the basic user information. That is to say, when the user logs in for the non first time, after the request instruction is checked, the process of obtaining the user basic information can be automatically completed by the background through the user login information being associated with the user basic information, and the user does not need to input the user basic information again.
Step 130, the user terminal receives the user basic information input by the user through the user information acquisition interface;
specifically, the user basic information may include: the user's name, gender, driver's license number and/or the identity document's certificate number; in addition to this, it is also possible to include contact details of the user, information of emergency contacts, etc. In addition, the deduction payment mode of the user account, invoice billing information and the like can be input through the user information acquisition interface.
Step 140, the user terminal sends the basic information of the user to the server;
specifically, the user terminal inputs the user basic information according to the user input operation, and sends the user basic information to the server according to the received user operation.
Step 150, the server inquires a user identity database according to the driving license number or the certificate number, and determines whether the driving license number or the certificate number is a valid number;
specifically, the server of the invention can access the databases of the public security system and the traffic management system through the externally opened data interfaces of the public security system and the traffic management system, so as to verify the driver license number and the certificate number of the user.
Besides the verification number, the verification of the identity document and the driving license can also match with the user information to acquire whether the name and the gender of the input user are consistent with the database records of the public security system and the management system. In addition, the valid periods of the identity certificate and the driving license in the databases of the public security system and the management system can be obtained, and whether the current certificate is in the valid period or not can be determined by comparing the valid periods with the current date.
If the certificate information is correct and within the valid period, the certificate information is a valid certificate number. Otherwise, the certificate number is considered invalid.
When the number is a valid number, step 160 is executed, otherwise step 190 is executed.
Step 160, the server inquires a driver credit database according to the driver license number, determines driver credit data of the user, and obtains a certificate number according to the driver license number association, and/or the server inquires a passenger credit database according to the certificate number, and determines passenger credit data of the user;
specifically, in the user auditing method of the present invention, the driver credit database is used to manage the credit of the user with the driver license number as the driver, and the passenger credit database is used to manage the credit of all the users as the passengers.
Although the autonomous vehicle of the present invention provides the automatic driving service, a service form of man-machine co-driving with a certain authority can be provided also for the user having the driver qualification. For example, in the case that the user has the driver qualification and the driver credit data reaches the standard, a full driving mode or a man-machine driving mode can be opened for the user. In the full driving mode, a user can drive the vehicle by himself, and in the man-machine driving mode, the vehicle is opened to brake, is stopped emergently and the like to allow the user to operate.
Therefore, it is necessary for the user having the driver's license to separately manage his credit as the driver. That is, although it is possible that one user does not provide his service as a driver, i.e., turns off the man-machine driving mode, as the credit of the driver is not satisfactory, it is still possible that he takes the autonomous vehicle as a passenger and enjoys the service in the corresponding service mode.
According to the invention, the passenger credit database and the driver credit database are respectively used for respectively managing and recording the passenger credit and the driver credit. If the user is using the service for the first time, there is no corresponding user credit data in the above-mentioned database, in which case:
when the driver credit database does not contain the driver credit data of the user, the driver credit data of the user is generated according to the name, the gender, the driving license number and the preset reference score of the user.
When the passenger credit database does not have the passenger credit data of the user, the passenger credit data of the user is generated according to the name, the gender, the certificate number and the preset reference score of the user.
Step 170, generating a credit score of the user according to the driver credit data and/or the passenger credit data;
specifically, for the users who do not provide the driver license numbers, only the credit data of the users are inquired, and credit scores are generated according to the inquired credit data of the users. And inquiring user credit data and driver credit data of the user who provides the driver license number respectively, and generating a credit score of the user as a passenger and a credit score of the user as a driver according to the inquired user credit data and driver credit data respectively.
The actual fulfillment of the ride service reservation directly affects the user credit data and credit score: when the server receives the driving service demand information sent by the user terminal, generating order data of a driving service order according to the driving service demand information, and sending the order data to the user terminal; if the cancel/change information of the riding service order sent by the user terminal is monitored before the riding service order is completed, the server generates order data of the riding service change/cancel order according to the order data of the corresponding riding service order; the passenger credit data of the user is updated based on the per-reservation-server statistics according to a rate of the user's ride service order cancel/change order to the user's ride service order.
For example, the ratio and frequency of the cancellation permission may be specifically set, for example, when the cancellation/change ratio exceeds 50%, the passenger credit data is deducted by a predetermined fixed value from the current data, or when the cumulative number of cancellation/changes in one month reaches 4, the passenger credit data is deducted by a predetermined fixed value from the current data.
In addition, other daily activities of the user may be associated with the user credit data and credit score, such as being associated with a user credit system of a government department to obtain user credit information. And weighting the part of the user credit information and the credit data obtained from the history record preset by the riding service according to a certain rule to obtain final passenger credit data.
The conversion of user credit data to credit scores may be based on preset rules to convert quantified user credit data to more direct-looking, e.g., 10-point or percent user credit scores.
In the case where the user provides a driver's license number, his historical driving history is referenced to his driver's credit score. If the server receives the vehicle violation information sent by the traffic management system server, the corresponding driving service order is tracked, whether the state of the vehicle at the violation occurrence time is in an automatic driving state or a user driving state is determined, and if the vehicle is in the user driving state, the driver credit data of the user can be recorded in the violation.
Specifically, the vehicle violation information comprises a violation road section, a violation time period, a license plate number and violation behavior information; the server inquires a driving service order according to the vehicle violation information to obtain a corresponding driving license number of the user; and then updating the driver credit data of the user according to the license number and the vehicle violation information, wherein different deduction standards of the driver credit data can be corresponded according to different violation behavior information, for example, for violation parking, a smaller value of credit data is deducted, and for red light running, the credit data is directly deducted to be lower than the reference score of the driver credit data, namely, the user is not allowed to use the vehicle as the driver.
In addition, the system can be associated to a traffic management system, and the driver credit data of the user can be determined according to the counted times by counting the times of the vehicle violation information corresponding to the user. Similarly, the proportion and frequency of violations may be specifically set, for example, it is specified that when the proportion of violating driving by the user exceeds 10% of the driving times, the driver credit data is reduced below the reference score, or it is specified that when the number of times of violating driving by the user is accumulated within one month reaches 2, the driver credit data is reduced below the reference score.
And step 180, determining and outputting a corresponding auditing result according to the credit score of the user.
When the credit score of the user reaches a preset reference score, outputting a first auditing result; and outputting a second auditing result when the credit score of the user does not reach the preset reference score.
For example, a percentile statistical method is adopted, and when the credit score of the user reaches 60 points, the audit is passed, otherwise, the credit score is not passed. It is of course possible that the user does not pass the audit as a driver, but passes the audit as a passenger.
In embodiments of the present invention, it is also possible that the driver's license number or the certificate number cannot be queried in the user identity database because the user entered the wrong certificate number or driver's license number.
At this time, step 190 is executed, and the server generates invalid number prompt information and sends the invalid number prompt information to the user terminal to prompt the user to re-input the driver license number or the certificate number.
And then returns to step 150 to execute.
According to the user auditing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the qualification auditing including driving qualification, legal identity, historical driving record, credit condition and the like is carried out on the user, and the credit score of the user is generated so as to quantify data to determine whether the user has the qualification of vehicle use. The user auditing method is reasonable in evaluation, and can accurately distinguish passengers with driving qualification from passengers with riding qualification only, so that different driving control operation modes can be correspondingly provided for different users, users with poor credit can be accurately distinguished based on the existing records, automatic screening of the users is realized, and a certain positive constraint positive promoting effect is also played on user behaviors.
