When the curtain 61 runs to the lowest end of the first side, namely when the curtain 61 is unfolded to the maximum position, the telescopic structure 90 at the lower end of the curtain 61 stretches the lower end of the curtain 61, so that the curtain 61 is leveled, and the appearance is improved.
Referring to fig. 20 to 23, the first connecting pipe 92 includes a first inclined surface 921, the second connecting pipe 93 includes a second inclined surface 931, and the first inclined surface 921 and the second inclined surface 931 are opposite in inclination direction and are symmetrically disposed. The first connecting pipe 92 and the second connecting pipe 93 are made of a fully hard material or a semi-hard material.
When the window covering 61 is closed to the uppermost end of the window frame 200, the first connection pipe 92 and the second connection pipe 93 are bent according to the arc shape of the upper end of the window frame 200, so that the window covering 61 is shielded by the window frame without affecting the beauty. For example, the front door frame of the automobile is an arc-shaped frame bent upward, and when the window covering 61 is folded, the first connection pipe 92 and the second connection pipe 93 are arched upward, so that the window covering 61 is not visible from the outside of the automobile after the window covering 61 is folded, that is, the window covering 61 is completely hidden in the frame, thereby improving convenience in use and improving aesthetic appearance, as shown in fig. 18 and 19.
Further, the telescopic structure 90 further includes a bracket 95, and the bracket 95 is installed on the first connecting pipe 92 and the first connecting pipe 93 and is used for supporting the curtain 61. In the process of closing the curtain 61, the bracket 95 supports the lower end of the curtain 61 to prevent the curtain 61 from sagging and affecting the appearance, and at the same time prevent the curtain 61 from blocking the sight of the user.
In the present embodiment, the number of the brackets 95 is 4 to 6, and is mounted on the outer walls of the first and second connection pipes 92 and 93.
Further, the telescoping rod 94 is made of a fully rigid material or a semi-rigid material.
Further, the ball joint 91 abuts the last hanging card 80.
Referring to fig. 1, 9B and 12, the window covering structure 60 further includes an elastic cord 63, the elastic cord 63 is fixed to two sides of the window covering 61, and the connecting sleeve 52a is provided with a plurality of receiving grooves 521a for receiving the elastic cord 63.
In the present embodiment, the window covering device 100 having the bungee cord 63 is referred to as a bungee cord type window covering device, which has certain elasticity, and is mainly used for a window frame in which the lengths of the first side and the second side of the window frame 200 are not much different.
In the present embodiment, the elastic cord 63 is fixed to the ball joint 91, the first link 71 is fixed to the ball joint 91, and the thick wire of the second link 72 is fixed to the ball joint 91. When the motor 32 rotates, the motor shaft 321 drives the connecting sleeve 52a, the double grooved pulley 51 and the curtain mounting shaft 62 to rotate, and the elastic rope 63 accommodated in the connecting sleeve 52a and the thin wire accommodated in the double grooved pulley 51 move, so that the curtain 61 is unfolded or folded.
Further, since the first link 71 is fixed to the ball joint 91 and the thick wire of the second link 72 is fixed to the ball joint 91, the telescopic structure 90 moves together when the thin wire accommodated in the double sheave 51 moves.
In the present embodiment, for convenience of description, the diameter of the double sheave 51 near the first side is D1, and the diameter of the double sheave 51 near the second side is D2; the effective stroke of the sliding rail 11 mounted on the first side is L1, the effective stroke of the sliding rail 11 mounted on the second side is L2, the relationship among D1, D2, L1 and L2 is D1/D2 ═ L1/L2, and the diameter of D1 cannot be too large to be mounted in the window frame 200 of the automobile, so that the difference between the effective strokes of L1 and L2 cannot be too large, that is, the lengths of the first side and the second side do not differ greatly.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, an opening at one end of the sliding rail 11 is in a trumpet shape, so that the elastic cord 63 or thin wire of the window curtain can easily enter the sliding rail 11.
One motor 32 can drive the bungee cord curtains 61 to be opened or closed without two motors 32.
Further, the curtain device 100 further includes a first fixing tube 325 (see fig. 7), and the connecting sleeve 52a is received in the first fixing tube 325 for preventing the elastic cord 63 from being separated from the receiving groove 521a (see fig. 9B).
Further, the first fixing tube 325 is provided with a first exit slot 3250, and the end of the elastic cord 63 is slidably installed in the slide rail 11 through the first exit slot 3250.
Specifically, the elastic cord 63 of the window covering 61 passes through the first exit slot 3250, and the end of the elastic cord 63 is fixedly connected to one end of the ball joint 91. When the first connecting piece 71 and the second connecting piece 72 run intermittently and circularly, the tail end of the elastic rope 63 is driven to run in the slide rail 11 together with the ball joint 91. The end of the elastic cord 63, the end of the first link 71, the thick line end of the second link 72, and the ball joint 91 are fixed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the motor 32 is divided into two types, wherein one type of the motor 32 is provided with a mounting boss through which the motor is mounted to the third side 230 of the window frame 200. The other motor 32 has no protrusions and the first stationary tube 325 is fixed to the stationary structure 40.
In this embodiment, the first fixing tube 325 (see fig. 7) is a rigid straight tube, and is provided with a first outlet groove 3250, and the curtain 61 extends or retracts from the first outlet groove 3250.
In the present embodiment, the curtain mounting shaft 62 (see fig. 14) is a plastic-aluminum pipe having a certain elasticity and is deformable according to the shape of the window frame 200, so that it can be applied to various shapes of the window frame 200.
The window covering device 100 further includes a second fixing tube 53, and fig. 10 shows a first embodiment of the second fixing tube 53. The double grooved pulley 51 is accommodated in the second fixed pipe 53, the second fixed pipe 53 is provided with a second notch 531, the first connecting member 71 enters the corresponding slide rail 11 from the second notch 531, and the thin wire of the second connecting member 72 enters the corresponding circulation duct 73 from the second notch 531. The second fixing tube 53 of fig. 10 is mainly applied to the clip type window covering device.
Fig. 11 shows a second embodiment of the second fixing tube 53a, which is mainly applied to the bungee cord type window covering device. The second stationary tube 53a of the second embodiment is similar in structure and functions to the first embodiment 53.
When the window frame assembly is installed, one sliding rail 11 is fixed to a first side 210 of the window frame 200, the other sliding rail 11 is installed on a second side 220 of the window frame 200 opposite to the first side 210, each guide wheel 22 is installed at the bottom of the corresponding sliding rail 11 and fixed to the window frame 200, the fixing structure 40 is fixed to a third side 230 of the window frame 200, and the driving structure 30 is installed on the fixing structure 40. When the curtain device is a bungee cord type curtain device, one end of the connecting sleeve 52a is fixed on the motor shaft 321, the other end of the connecting sleeve 52a is fixed on one end of the corresponding curtain mounting shaft 62, the double grooved pulley 51 is fixed on the other end of the corresponding curtain mounting shaft 62, the curtain 61 is movably connected with the slide rail 11 through the bungee cord 63, and the curtain 61 is folded or unfolded along with the rotation of the curtain mounting shaft 62 and the double grooved pulley 51 through the first connecting piece 71 and the second connecting piece 72 of the circulating structure 70; when the curtain device is a hanging and clamping type curtain device, one end of the connecting sleeve 52 is fixedly connected with the motor shaft 321, the other end of the connecting sleeve 52 is fixedly connected with the double grooved pulley 51, two side edges of the curtain 61 are movably connected with the slide rail 11 through the hanging and clamping device 80, and the curtain 61 can be folded or unfolded along with the rotation of the double grooved pulley 51 through the first connecting piece 71 and the second connecting piece 72 of the circulating structure 70.
When the device is used, when the device is a bungee cord type curtain device, the motor 32 is started through the remote controller, the motor shaft 321 drives the connecting sleeve 52a, the double grooved pulley 51 and the curtain mounting shaft 62 to rotate, and at the moment, the bungee cord 63 accommodated in the accommodating groove 521a of the connecting sleeve 52a moves along the slide rail 11, so that the curtain 61 can be unfolded or folded; when the curtain 61 is a hanging and clamping type curtain, the motor 32 is started through the remote controller, the motor shaft 321 drives the connecting sleeve 52 and the double-grooved pulley 51 to rotate, and the first connecting piece 71 and the second connecting piece 72 which are contained in the double-grooved pulley 51 drive the hanging and clamping device 80 to operate along with the rotation of the double-grooved pulley 51, so that the curtain 61 is unfolded or folded.
In the present invention, the motor 32 has a stroke adjusting function. The first directional opening point is set at the opening position of the window blind 61 and the second directional opening point is set at the closing position of the window blind 61 by the stroke adjustment function of the motor 32. According to the middle position setting function of the motor 32, the curtain common stop position can be set to be the middle position of the motor 32. The intermediate position is any point position between the open position and the closed position of the window covering 61, and is not a midpoint position; the operation mode is as follows: pressing the down key of the remote controller to make the curtain 61 run from the open position to the common middle position and stop, and then pressing the down key of the remote controller to make the curtain run from the middle position to the closed position; and vice versa. The intermediate position may also be left unset so that the window covering 61 travels directly from the open position to the closed position and vice versa.

Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. Not all embodiments are exhaustive. All obvious changes and modifications which are obvious to the technical scheme of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (7)

1. A window covering assembly for installation in a window frame, said window covering assembly comprising: the window curtain comprises a sliding rail structure, a guide wheel structure, a driving structure, a fixing structure, a rotating structure and a curtain structure, wherein the sliding rail structure comprises a pair of sliding rails, the guide wheel structure comprises a pair of guide wheels, one sliding rail is fixed on a first side of a window frame, the other sliding rail is arranged on a second side of the window frame opposite to the first side, each guide wheel is arranged at the bottom of the corresponding sliding rail and is fixed on the window frame, the fixing structure is fixed on a third side of the window frame, the third side is positioned between the first side and the second side, the driving structure is arranged on the fixing structure and comprises at least one motor, the motor comprises a motor shaft, the curtain structure comprises a curtain and a curtain mounting shaft, the upper end of the curtain is fixed on the curtain mounting shaft, the motor shaft is fixedly connected with the rotating structure, and the motor shaft drives the rotating, thereby realizing the folding or unfolding of the curtain;
the curtain device also comprises a circulating structure, wherein the circulating structure comprises a pair of first connecting pieces, a pair of second connecting pieces and a pair of circulating guide pipes, each first connecting piece slides in the corresponding sliding rail, and each second connecting piece penetrates through the corresponding circulating guide pipe and slides in the circulating guide pipe;
the motor is a remote control motor and is remotely controlled by a remote controller;
the rotating structure comprises a pair of double grooved pulleys and a pair of connecting sleeves, one end of each connecting sleeve is fixed to the motor shaft, the other end of each connecting sleeve is fixed to one end of the corresponding curtain mounting shaft, the double grooved pulleys are fixed to the other end of the corresponding curtain mounting shaft, the motor drives the connecting sleeves, the double grooved pulleys and the curtain mounting shafts to rotate, the curtain structure further comprises elastic ropes, the elastic ropes are fixed to two sides of the curtain, and a plurality of accommodating grooves are formed in the connecting sleeves and used for accommodating the elastic ropes;
or the rotating structure comprises a pair of double grooved pulleys and a pair of connecting sleeves, one end of each connecting sleeve is fixed on the motor shaft, the other end of each connecting sleeve is fixed on the double grooved pulleys, the curtain mounting shaft is fixed on the window frame, the motor drives the connecting sleeves and the double grooved pulleys to rotate, the curtain device further comprises a plurality of hanging clamps, the hanging clamps are symmetrically and slidably mounted on the corresponding sliding rails, the first connecting pieces respectively penetrate through the hanging clamps, and two sides of the curtain are respectively fixed on the hanging clamps;
each double sheave comprises a first groove and a second groove adjacent to the first groove, each first connecting piece is formed by winding a thin wire in the first groove, each second connecting piece comprises a thin wire and a thick wire, the thin wire of each second connecting piece is wound in the second groove, the thick wire of each second connecting piece is connected with the thin wire of each second connecting piece and then contained in the slide rail and slides along the slide rail and the circulation conduit, the diameter of the thick wire is larger than the opening of the slide rail, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are combined in series to form an intermittent circulation reciprocating motion in the corresponding slide rail and the circulation conduit.

The window covering device of claim 1, further comprising a telescopic structure installed at a lower end of the window covering for stretching or contracting the window covering according to an area of a window frame, wherein a junction between the thin line of the first connecting member and the thick line of the second connecting member is fixedly connected to an end of the telescopic structure.

The window covering assembly of claim 2, wherein the telescopic structure comprises a pair of ball joints, a first connecting tube, a second connecting tube, and a telescopic rod, the ball joints are slidably mounted to the slide rails, respectively, one of the ball joints is ball-jointed to the first connecting tube, the other ball joint is ball-jointed to the second connecting tube, and the telescopic rod is slidably coupled to the connecting tubes.
4. The window covering assembly of claim 3, wherein the first connecting tube includes a first ramp and the second connecting tube includes a second ramp, the first and second ramps being inclined in opposite directions.
5. The window covering assembly of claim 3, wherein the telescoping structure further comprises a bracket mounted to the first and second connecting tubes for supporting the window covering to prevent the window covering from sagging.
6. The window covering device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first fixing tube, wherein the connecting sleeve is received in the first fixing tube for preventing the elastic cord from being separated from the receiving groove, the first fixing tube is provided with a first outlet groove, and the end of the elastic cord is slidably mounted in the sliding rail through the first outlet groove.

The window covering device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a second fixed pipe, wherein the double grooved wheel is received in the second fixed pipe, the second fixed pipe is provided with a second slot outlet, the first connecting member of the first groove wound around the double grooved wheel enters the corresponding slide rail from the second slot outlet to be connected with the end of the telescopic structure and one end of the thick wire of the second connecting member, and the thin wire of the second connecting member wound around the second groove on the double grooved wheel enters the corresponding circulating duct from the second slot outlet to be connected with the other end of the thick wire of the second connecting member.
