Detailed Description
The following description is merely exemplary in nature and is not intended to limit the present disclosure, application, or uses. It should be understood that throughout the drawings, corresponding reference numerals indicate like or corresponding parts and features.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the distribution flow treatment device of rain and sewage of the embodiment of the invention comprises a tank 11, a controller 13, and a liquid level sensor 3, a water quality sensor 5, a water treatment device 6, a submersible pump 9 and a valve 10 which are positioned in the tank 11. An overflow port 12 is arranged on the box body 11. The sewage which is not required to be treated in the tank body 11 flows out of the tank body 11 from the overflow port 12 into the river. The inlet end of the water treatment device 6 is connected with a submersible pump 9 through a pipeline. A valve 10 is located in the outlet line of the submersible pump 9. The outlet end of the water treatment device 6 is connected with the wall surface of the box body 11 through a water outlet pipe 7, and the water outlet pipe 7 is communicated with the outer side of the box body 11. The signal output end of the liquid level sensor 3 and the signal output end of the water quality sensor 5 are respectively connected with the signal input end of the controller 13, and the signal output end of the controller 13 is in communication connection with the submersible pump 9.
Rain and sewage separation is carried out on the urban pipelines, so that reasonable utilization of water resources is facilitated. If the sewage with high pollution degree is directly mixed with rainwater and enters a river, the river water is bound to be polluted. Therefore, the embodiment treats the rain and sewage mixed liquid before entering the river, so that the rain and sewage mixed liquid enters the river without causing great pollution to the river. In this embodiment, the water level and the pollution degree of the rain and sewage mixed liquid are comprehensively considered, and the rain and sewage mixed liquid is treated. And collecting pollution parameters of the rain and sewage mixed liquid in the box body 11 by using the water quality sensor 5. And the liquid level of the rain and sewage mixed liquid in the box body 11 is collected by the liquid level sensor 3. When the liquid level is lower, the submersible pump 9 is started, and the damage of the equipment is easily caused. Therefore, when the liquid level is low, the submersible pump 9 is not activated. When the liquid level is high and the pollution degree is high, the submersible pump 9 is started. The mixed liquid in the box body 11 is conveyed to the water treatment device 6 by the submersible pump 9, and the sewage is treated. The purified liquid is discharged from the water outlet pipe 7 of the water treatment device 6 and enters the river. When the pollution degree of the rain and sewage mixed liquid does not reach the set standard, the rain and sewage mixed liquid flows out from the overflow port 12 of the box body 11 along with the continuous rising of the liquid level.
In this embodiment, the liquid level sensor 3 and the water quality sensor 5 collect information in real time and transmit the information to the controller 13. The number of the water quality sensors 5 can be multiple, and different parameters are detected respectively; or can be integrated into one, and has the function of detecting various parameters. For example, the water quality sensor 5 can detect COD in waterCr、BOD5、SS、NH3N, TN, and the like, and the parameters are transmitted to the controller 13 for data processing, judgment and control of the starting action of the submersible pump 9. The controller 13 judges according to the received information and preset parameters to control the on-off of the submersible pump 9. The embodiment can control the operation of the submersible pump 9 in real time, and achieve the purpose of treating sewage in real time.
The rainwater and the sewage are combined before entering the river. That is, rainwater and sewage do not flow independently. Before entering a river, the pollution concentration of the mixed liquid of the rainwater and the sewage is detected, and if the mixed liquid meets the direct discharge requirement, the mixed liquid is discharged through an overflow port of the box body 11. If the direct discharge requirement is not met, the mixed liquid is treated by the water treatment device 6 in the box body 11 and then discharged to the river from the water outlet pipe 7.
Preferably, the valve 10 is a one-way valve. When the valve 10 is a one-way valve, the valve 10 is automatically opened under the pressure of the water flow when the water flow flows in, and the water flow enters the water treatment device 6. When the submersible pump 9 is closed, water flows backwards under the action of self gravity, and the valve 10 automatically resets and closes. When the valve 10 is closed, a portion of the mixed liquid remains in the water treatment device 6. Since the water treatment apparatus 6 is provided with activated sludge, the sludge activity is maintained by the mixed liquid.
Preferably, the overflow port 12 is located at the top end of the tank 11. When the overflow port 12 is located the top of box 11 for the dirty mixed liquid of rain in the box 11 is sufficient, the detection pollution degree of being convenient for more accurate. Of course, the overflow 12 can also be located in the wall of the tank 11.
As a preferred example, the rain and sewage diversion treatment device further comprises a coupling device 8 and a guide rod 2, the coupling device 8 is connected with the outer side of the box body 11, the guide rod 2 is fixedly connected with the wall body 1 containing the liquid inlet pipe 4, and the coupling device 8 is matched with the guide rod 2. The coupling device 8 can slide up and down on the guide rod 2, so that the water inlet of the box body 11 is connected with the water outlet of the rain and sewage pipeline.
Preferably, the rain sewage diversion treatment device further comprises a frequency converter 14. The frequency converter 14 is connected between the controller 13 and the submersible pump 9, and the frequency converter 14 is in communication connection with the controller 13 and the submersible pump 9, respectively. By arranging the frequency converter 14, the low-flow rain and sewage mixed liquid is conveyed into the water treatment device 6, and the submersible pump 9 is prevented from being damaged. When the liquid level in the box body 11 is judged to be low and sewage treatment is needed, the frequency converter 14 and the submersible pump 9 are started to realize low-flow conveying of rain and sewage mixed liquid. When the liquid level in the box body 11 is judged to be high and sewage treatment is needed, the frequency converter 14 is closed, the submersible pump 9 is normally started, and the treatment efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a rainwater and sewage separation treatment method, which comprises the following steps:
s10 setting parameters including a first level, a second level, and a first contaminant level; the second liquid level height is less than the first liquid level height;
s11, acquiring the liquid level in the box body 11 by using the liquid level sensor 3, and acquiring the water quality parameters in the box body 11 by using the water quality sensor 5;
s12, the liquid level sensor 3 and the water quality sensor 5 transmit the acquired data to the controller 13;
and the S13 controller 13 controls the submersible pump 9 to be started and stopped according to the received data.
In the method of the above embodiment, the liquid level sensor 3 is used to collect the liquid level in the tank 11, and the water quality sensor 5 is used to collect the water quality parameters in the tank 11. The controller 13 receives the information transmitted by the liquid level sensor 3 and the water quality sensor 5, and compares the information with the set parameters. And according to the comparison and judgment result, treating the mixed liquid of the rainwater and the sewage. The embodiment judges the converged rainwater and sewage, and if the converged rainwater and sewage meet the discharge requirement, the converged rainwater and sewage are directly discharged into a river; and if the requirements are not met, performing decontamination treatment.
As a preferred example, the step S13 includes:
setting a first condition as follows: the liquid level in the box body 11 reaches or exceeds the first liquid level; the second condition is: the level of contaminants in the liquid in the tank 11 reaches or exceeds the first level of contaminants; the third condition is: the liquid level in the tank 11 is lower than the second liquid level.
The controller 13 determines whether the first condition and the second condition are satisfied simultaneously, based on the received data:
if the first condition and the second condition are simultaneously met, controlling the submersible pump 9 to work, and conveying the liquid in the box body 11 to the water treatment device 6 by the submersible pump 9; the water treatment device 6 discharges the treated sewage from the water outlet pipe 7 out of the box body 11 and enters a river; and stopping running the submersible pump 9 if the third condition is met or the second condition is not met during the operation of the submersible pump 9.
If the first condition and the second condition are not satisfied simultaneously, the submersible pump 9 is not started, the liquid in the box body 11 is not processed by the water processing device 6, and when the liquid level rises, the liquid flows out of the box body 11 through the overflow port 12 and enters the river. During this time, if the second condition is reached, the submersible pump 9 is switched on.
In this preferred embodiment, the first liquid level height and the second liquid level height are set. The first liquid level is the liquid level at which the submersible pump 9 is normally started up. The second liquid level is a liquid level at which the submersible pump 9 is stopped after being started to operate under normal conditions. The first pollutant content is the pollutant content of the rain and sewage mixed liquid when the submersible pump 9 is normally operated. When the first condition and the second condition are simultaneously established, the submersible pump 9 is controlled to work, and the submersible pump 9 conveys the liquid in the box body 11 to the water treatment device 6. After the sewage is discharged out of the tank body 11, the liquid level in the tank body 11 is lowered, and if a third condition is met, the operation of the submersible pump 9 is stopped. The third condition is provided for protecting the submersible pump 9 from stopping operation immediately after the submersible pump starts to work and damaging equipment.
When the sewage concentration is higher and is obviously higher than the first pollutant content, no rainwater exists when the sewage flows. If rainwater enters the tank 11 after the sewage flows into the tank 11 for a certain period of time. Therefore, after the rainwater and the sewage are mixed, the pollutant content of the mixed liquid is reduced, and even the mixed liquid can be directly discharged. In order to avoid the phenomenon, in the preferred embodiment, the setting parameters further include a third liquid level height, a fourth liquid level height and a second pollutant content; the third liquid level height is lower than the first liquid level height, the fourth liquid level height is lower than the third liquid level height, and the second pollutant content is higher than the first pollutant content. In step S13, the fourth condition is further set as: the liquid level in the box body 11 is between the first liquid level and the third liquid level; the fifth condition is: the level of contaminants in the liquid in the tank 11 reaches or exceeds the second level of contaminants; the sixth condition is: the liquid level in the tank 11 is lower than the fourth liquid level. Step S13 further includes the controller 13 determining whether the fourth condition and the fifth condition are satisfied simultaneously based on the received data:
if the fourth condition and the fifth condition are simultaneously met, controlling the submersible pump 9 and the frequency converter 14 to start to work, and conveying the liquid in the box body 11 to the water treatment device 6 by the submersible pump 9; the water treatment device 6 discharges the treated sewage from the water outlet pipe 7 out of the box body 11 into a river; and during the operation of the submersible pump 9 and the frequency converter 14, if the sixth condition is met or the fifth condition is not met, stopping running the submersible pump 9 and the frequency converter 14.
If the fourth condition and the fifth condition are not satisfied simultaneously, the submersible pump 9 and the frequency converter 14 are not started.
When the sewage concentration in the tank 11 is high but the first liquid level is not reached, the submersible pump 9 is not operated. However, in the preferred embodiment, the sewage concentration is higher, and the sewage concentration does not reach the first liquid level, but reaches the third liquid level, the submersible pump 9 can be started. In view of the low liquid level, a low flow rate of sewage is delivered from the tank 11 to the water treatment device 6 by the frequency converter 14 to protect the equipment. Like this, to the higher sewage of concentration, can be timely carry out the scrubbing and handle, avoid the later stage and the rainwater after mixing, dilute the pollutant, do not reach first pollutant content, and directly discharge in the river.
In this preferred embodiment, if the fourth condition and the fifth condition are both satisfied, the submersible pump 9 and the frequency converter 14 are controlled to be operated, and the submersible pump 9 delivers the liquid in the tank 11 to the water treatment apparatus 6. After the sewage is discharged out of the tank body 11, the liquid level in the tank body 11 is lowered, and if the sixth condition is met, the operation of the submersible pump 9 is stopped. Even if the contaminant level is high, the liquid level is too low to or unfavorably to activate the submersible pump 9. The sixth condition is provided to protect the submersible pump 9 and the frequency converter 14 from stopping operation immediately after the start of operation and damaging the equipment.
In order to timely and effectively treat sewage, in step S11, the liquid level sensor 3 acquires the liquid level height in the tank 11 in real time, and the water quality sensor 5 acquires the water quality parameters in the tank 11 in real time; the S13 controller 13 judges the first condition, the second condition, the third condition, the fourth condition, the fifth condition and the sixth condition in real time according to the received data, and controls the starting and stopping of the submersible pump 9 in real time; if the fourth condition and the fifth condition are simultaneously met and the first condition and the second condition are also simultaneously met, the frequency converter 14 is turned off, and the submersible pump 9 is controlled to be started to work.
When the fourth condition, the fifth condition, the first condition and the second condition are simultaneously met, the submersible pump 9 is normally started, and the frequency converter 14 is closed. This can improve the processing efficiency.
The embodiments of the present invention are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
