The existing railway turnout products adopt a switch rail heel end movable joint structure for the purpose of meeting the line design and site construction conditions, and most of small-number railway turnouts with the straight running speed of less than 100km/h and below are of a movable joint structure. The movable joint type switch rail heel end structure has the advantages of flexible switch rail pulling and conversion, small switch rail pulling force, arbitrary length of the switch rail and the like, and has very wide application in small-number switch products. However, the conventional structure has the following problems:
1. in the process of assembling the turnout, as the studs can only penetrate from one side of the switch rail, the installation of parts of the track heel is completed in sequence (if the turnout is disassembled, the turnout is reversely performed in sequence) according to the steps of 'interval iron, studs, track heel outer rail support, track heel clamping plates, track heel inner rail support, and vertical bolts for installing the track heel inner rail support and the outer rail support'. 3. the shaft shoulder of the stud is easy to wear, the whole stud is easy to fail or break, and the difficulty of replacing the stud during maintenance is high;
4. the contact part of the spacing iron and the shaft shoulder of the double-end stud is easy to wear, the peripheral wear of the hole of the contact part of the spacing iron is easy to be caused to be serious, and the repair difficulty is very high;
5. the mounting bolts of the track inner rail brace and the track outer rail brace are required to be mounted from bottom to top, and in the construction process, the mounting is inconvenient due to limited operation space, and after the bolts adopt cap nuts, the bolts cannot be observed after loosening.
6. In the complex turnout form, if a movable joint structure is adopted, the installation and the withdrawal direction of the stud are limited, so that the difficulty of assembling, paving and maintaining the turnout is increased. When the heel end stud of the outer switch rail needs to be replaced due to maintenance, the inner switch rail and the stock rail assembly adjacent to the side switch rail need to be completely removed, and the field construction is increased by nearly one time.
7. When the concrete track bed is used in the form of an integral track bed, if the clear distance between the upper surface of a concrete layer and the lower surface of a backing plate is smaller than the length of a rail support mounting bolt, the bolt cannot be withdrawn, so that the rail support cannot be disassembled, and maintenance and repair are difficult at the position close to the heel end of a point rail.

An adjusting gasket is arranged between the outer rail brace and the shoulder; the outer rail support and the upper end face of the shoulder are provided with pinch plates, anti-loosening washers are arranged between the bolts and the outer rail support and between the bolts and the inner rail support, the inner ends of the pinch plates are located below the anti-loosening washers, and the pinch plates are tightly pressed through the bolts, so that the pinch plates are tightly abutted against the upper ends of the adjusting gaskets.
The nut seat and the retaining shoulder are welded on the upper end face of the base plate, and a through hole with the diameter larger than the nominal diameter of the internal thread of the nut seat is formed in the base plate below the nut seat.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

4. the shoulder is welded on the outer side of the outer rail brace in advance, and installation and adjustment are carried out by arranging the adjusting sheet, so that a mode of carrying out on-site welding on the shoulder after the rail brace is installed in the traditional process is eliminated, and the on-site construction difficulty is reduced;
5. and anti-loosening gaskets are arranged on the vertical mounting bolts of the inner rail brace and the outer rail brace, and the installation of the rail brace is mechanically anti-loosening.

The high-strength bolt pair can be withdrawn from the stock rail to the stock rail in a penetrating manner, or withdrawn from the stock rail to the stock rail in a penetrating manner, and can change the direction according to the requirement of assembly and maintenance of the last track of a later turnout, so that the high-strength bolt pair is not limited; in addition, because the switch rail is required to be wrenched and converted according to the opening direction of the switch during the use process of the switch, the length of the wear-resistant sleeve arranged at the rail web of the switch rail is required to meet the requirement of the movement range of the rail web of the switch rail in the two limit states of being wrenched and closely attached with the stock rail; the point rail with the movable joint at the heel end is usually provided with two high-strength bolt pairs and a wear-resistant sleeve, and the length of the wear-resistant sleeve close to the tip end side of the point rail is larger than that of the wear-resistant sleeve far away from the tip end side of the point rail under the influence of the swing range of the point rail. In the process of pulling and converting, the switch rail swings by taking the rail web center line at the position of the last wear-resistant sleeve at the heel end of the switch rail as a rotation center, and in the process, two sides of the wear-resistant sleeve are respectively propped against a flat washer and a clamping plate at the other side of the spacer iron all the time, so that the requirement of swing of the switch rail is met, and the service life of each part and the stability of the whole structure are ensured.
The wear-resistant sleeve is arranged in the mounting hole of the rail web of the point rail, the mounting hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the wear-resistant sleeve, and after the high-strength bolt connecting pair arranged in the horizontal direction of the heel end of the point rail is screwed up, the interval size of each part at the heel end of the point rail can be effectively maintained, and meanwhile, the flexible pulling conversion of the point rail can be ensured; after abrasion, only the sleeve needs to be replaced, no zero replacement bolt is needed, and replacement of spare parts is simple and convenient. The spacer iron is provided with a flat washer at the contact part with the wear-resistant sleeve, so that the spacer iron can not be repaired or the repair construction amount is greatly increased after the sleeve is directly worn.
The switch rail side and the stock rail side are respectively provided with an inner rail brace and an outer rail brace, and considering that the switch rail is a vulnerable part of a railway switch, in order to meet maintenance or rapid installation and replacement requirements of a construction site, vertical installation bolts of the inner rail brace and the outer rail brace sequentially penetrate through the rail brace and a backing plate from top to bottom, are screwed into screw bases welded on the backing plate and then are screwed, and the tail ends of the bolts are provided with locking pieces so as to prevent the bolts from being loosened and then withdrawn. The mounting bolts of the inner rail brace and the outer rail brace of the existing structure are required to be mounted from bottom to top, and in the construction process, due to the fact that the operation space is limited, the mounting is inconvenient, and the defects that after the bolts adopt cap nuts, the bolts cannot be observed after loosening are overcome. The problems that when the turnout adopts the form of an integral ballast bed, if the clear distance between the upper surface of a concrete layer and the lower surface of a backing plate is smaller than the length of a rail brace mounting bolt, the rail brace cannot be disassembled due to the fact that the bolt cannot be withdrawn, and maintenance and repair are difficult at the position close to the heel end of the switch rail are also solved. An adjusting gasket is arranged between the outer rail support and the shoulder, the shoulder is welded on the backing plate in advance, and the integral position adjustment of the switch rail and the stock rail assembly can be realized by adding or reducing the adjusting gasket.
