Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a packing box, which is a packing box capable of changing the capacity through contraction or expansion.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps:
a package, comprising: the box body comprises a first box plate, a second box plate, a third box plate, a fourth box plate and four extensible folding plates, wherein two ends of the first box plate are respectively connected with one end of the second box plate and one end of the fourth box plate through the two folding plates, and two ends of the third box plate are respectively connected with the other end of the second box plate and the other end of the fourth box plate through the two folding plates, so that the box body can be contracted or extended along the extension direction of the second box plate and the extension direction of the fourth box plate; two box covers respectively arranged on the second box plate and the fourth box plate, wherein each box cover comprises a first cover plate, a second cover plate, a third cover plate, a fourth cover plate and a fifth cover plate, two ends of the first cover plate are respectively connected with the second cover plate and the fifth cover plate, creases are formed at the joints of the two ends of the first cover plate and the fifth cover plate, the second cover plate is connected with the third cover plate, creases are formed at the joints of the two ends of the second cover plate and the third cover plate, the fifth cover plate is connected with the fourth cover plate, creases are formed at the joints of the two ends of the fifth cover plate and the fourth cover plate, and the third cover plate and the fourth cover plate are detachably connected, wherein the first cover plate of one box cover is connected with the second box plate and can be turned in a direction far away from the fourth box plate, and the first box plate of the other box plate is connected with the fourth box plate and can be turned in a direction far; when the box body is in an extending state, the second cover plate and the fifth cover plate are respectively unfolded to be parallel to the first cover plate, the third cover plate is unfolded to be vertical to the second cover plate, and the fourth cover plate is unfolded to be vertical to the fifth cover plate, so that the two box covers are also in an extending state and can cover the box cavity of the extended box body.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each of the folding plates includes a first plate and a second plate, each of the first plates is connected to the first box plate or the third box plate, each of the second plates is connected to the second plate or the fourth plate, and a fold is formed at a connection position of the first plate and the second plate, so that the first plate and the second plate can be attached to or extended from each other.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the box body further includes a fifth box plate, a sixth box plate and a seventh box plate, the first box plate, the second box plate, the third box plate and the fourth box plate are respectively connected with four ends of the fifth box plate to enclose the box cavity, the sixth box plate and the seventh box plate are respectively connected with an end of the fifth box plate close to the first box plate and an end of the fifth box plate close to the fourth box plate, and a fold is formed at the connection position; when the box body is in a contraction state, the sixth box plate and the seventh box plate are respectively attached to the plate surface of the fifth box plate, which is far away from the box cavity, when the box body is in an extension state, the sixth box plate is overturned towards the direction of the first box plate and is connected with the first box plate, and the seventh box plate is overturned towards the direction of the third box plate and is connected with the third box plate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the box body is in the contracted state, the end of the third box plate away from the connection with the end of the fourth box plate away from the connection with the fifth box plate are connected by a hook and loop fastener.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each of the box covers further includes a sixth cover plate, a seventh cover plate and an eighth cover plate; when the box body is in a contracted state, four end parts of the sixth cover plate are respectively connected with the first cover plate, the second cover plate, the third cover plate, the fourth cover plate and the fifth cover plate, two ends of the seventh cover plate are respectively connected with the end part of the sixth cover plate close to the second cover plate and the end part of the sixth cover plate close to the fifth cover plate, creases are respectively formed at the connection parts, and the seventh cover plate and the eighth cover plate are respectively attached to the sixth cover plate; when the box body is in an extending state, the seventh cover plate is turned towards the third cover plate and is connected with the third cover plate, and the eighth cover plate is turned towards the fourth cover plate and is connected with the fourth cover plate.
The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the packing box provided by the embodiment of the invention, the box body can be expanded by extending the four folding plates to the two ends of the box body, and the first box cover and the second box cover can also be expanded by extending the third cover plate and the fourth cover plate which are detachably connected to the box body in the expanding direction of the box body, so that the expanded first box cover and the expanded second box cover can still cover the expanded box body. Has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use and the like.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a packing box 100, which includes a box body 110, a first box cover 120 and a second box cover 130. The first cover 120 and the second cover 130 are respectively disposed at opposite lateral edges of the case body 110, and the first cover 120 and the second cover 130 can be respectively turned over to both sides of the case body 110 to open the cavity of the case body 110.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the box body 110 includes a first box plate 111, a second box plate 112, a third box plate 113, a fourth box plate 114, a fifth box plate 115, four folding plates 116, a sixth box plate 117 and a seventh box plate 118.
The first box plate 111 and the third box plate 113 are oppositely arranged, and two ends of the first box plate 111 are respectively connected with one end of the second box plate 112 and one end of the fourth box plate 113 through two folding plates 116; both ends of the third box plate 113 are connected to the other end of the second box plate 112 and the other end of the fourth box plate 114 through two folding plates 116, respectively.
Specifically, each folding plate 116 includes a first plate 1161 and a second plate 1162. Each first board 1161 is connected to the first box board 111 or the third box board 113, each second board 1162 is connected to the second board 112 or the fourth board 114, and a fold is formed at a connection portion between the first board 1162 and the second board 1162, so that the first board 1161 and the second board 1162 can be attached to or extended from each other. Thereby, the cassette body 110 can be contracted or extended in the extending direction of the second cassette plate and the extending direction of the fourth cassette plate.
It will be appreciated that when the case 110 is in the retracted state, the first plate 1161 and the second plate 1162 are attached to each other, and when the case 110 is in the extended state, the first 1161 and the second 1162 are extended to be parallel to the second panel 112 or the fourth panel 114, respectively.
The first box plate 111, the second box plate 112, the third box plate 113 and the fourth box plate 114 are respectively connected with four ends of the fifth box plate 115 to enclose the box cavity of the box body 110. The sixth box panel 117 is connected to the end of the fifth box panel 115 adjacent to the first box panel 111 and forms a fold at the connection, and the seventh box panel 118 is connected to the end of the fifth box panel 115 adjacent to the fourth box panel 114 and forms a fold at the connection; the sixth box plate 117 and the seventh box plate 118 are respectively attached to the surfaces of the fifth box plate 115 away from the box cavity, that is, the sixth box plate 117 and the seventh box plate 118 are both disposed on the outer surface of the fifth box plate 110, so that even when the box cavity is filled with articles and the box body 110 is in the extended state, the sixth box plate 117 can be turned toward the first box plate 111 and connected to the first box plate 111, and the seventh box plate 118 can be turned toward the third box plate 113 and connected to the third box plate 113.
It should be noted that the sixth box plate 117 and the seventh box plate 118 may be attached to the fifth box plate 115 by means of hook and loop fasteners, or may be attached to the fifth box plate 115 by means of buttons, zippers, magnets, or the like. Further, the joints of the sixth box plate 117 and the two folding plates 116 and the first box plate 111 can be connected by means of hook and loop fasteners, and similarly, the joints of the seventh box plate 110 and the two folding plates 116 and the third box plate 113 can be connected by means of hook and loop fasteners, which is not described herein again.
The second cover 120 and the third cover 130 are respectively disposed on two covers of the second box panel 112 and the fourth box panel 114 and respectively form a crease at a joint. The first cover 120 and the second cover 130 have the same structure and principle, and only the structure of the second cover 120 is described herein for the sake of brevity.
The first cover 120 includes a first cover plate 121, a second cover plate 122, a third cover plate 123, a fourth cover plate 124, a fifth cover plate 125, a sixth cover plate 126, a seventh cover plate 127, and an eighth cover plate 128.
Specifically, both ends of the first cover plate 121 are connected to the second cover plate 122 and the fifth cover plate 125, respectively, and a fold is formed at the connection, the second cover plate 122 is connected to the third cover plate 123, and a fold is formed at the connection, the fifth cover plate 125 is connected to the fourth cover plate 124, and a fold is formed at the connection, and the third cover plate 123 is detachably connected to the fourth cover plate 124. Preferably, when the box body 110 is in the contracted state, an end of the third cover 123 remote from the end connected to the second cover 122 and an end of the fourth cover 124 remote from the end connected to the fifth cover 125 are connected by a hook and loop fastener.
Wherein, the first cover plate 121 of the first box cover 120 is connected with the second box plate 112 and forms a crease at the joint, and can be turned over in a direction away from the fourth box plate 114; similarly, the first box panel 121 of the second box cover 130 is connected to the fourth box panel 114 and forms a fold at the joint, and can be turned away from the second box panel 112.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the box body 110 is in the contracted state, the first cover 121, the third cover 123 and the fourth cover 124 are disposed in parallel, and the second cover 122 is disposed in parallel with the fifth cover. First cover 121, second cover 122, third cover 123, fourth cover 124 and fifth cover 125 enclose a cover of the same size as cassette 110 in the collapsed state. At this time, the four ends of the sixth cover plate 126 are connected to the first cover plate 121, the second cover plate 122, the third cover plate 123, the fourth cover plate 124, and the fifth cover plate 125, respectively. The seventh cover plate 127 is connected to and creased at an end of the sixth cover plate 126 adjacent to the second cover plate 122, the eighth cover plate 128 is connected to and creased at an end of the sixth cover plate 126 adjacent to the fifth cover plate 125, and the seventh cover plate 127 and the eighth cover plate 128 are respectively attached to an inner surface of the sixth cover plate 126.
It should be specially noted that the seventh cover plate 127 and the eighth cover plate 128 may be attached to the sixth cover plate 126 by means of hook and loop fasteners, or may be attached to the sixth cover plate 126 by means of buttons, zippers, magnets, or the like.
When the case 110 is in the extended state, the second cover 122 and the fifth cover 125 are respectively unfolded to positions parallel to the first cover 121, that is, the second cover 122 and the fifth cover 125 are respectively unfolded at both sides of the first cover 121. The third cover 123 is unfolded to a position perpendicular to the second cover 122 and the fourth cover 124 is unfolded to a position perpendicular to the fifth cover 125, whereby the unfolded third cover 123 is flush with the unfolded first cassette board 111 and the unfolded fourth cover 124 is flush with the unfolded third cassette board 113. At this time, the seventh cover 127 is turned toward the third cover 123 and coupled to the third cover 123, and the eighth cover 128 is turned toward the fourth cover 124 and coupled to the fourth cover 124. So that the first cover 120 and the second cover 130 are also in an extended state and can cover the cavity of the extended box body 110.
It should be specially noted that, after the seventh cover plate 127 is turned over, the edge thereof may be connected to the second cover plate 122 and the third cover plate 123 by means of a hook and loop fastener or the like; the edge of the eighth cover plate 128 after being turned over may be connected to the fourth cover plate 124 and the fifth cover plate 25 by means of a hook and loop fastener or the like. In addition, the connection can be realized by other methods, which are not described in detail herein.
In summary, in the packing box 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the box body 110 can be expanded by extending the four folding plates 116 to the two ends thereof, and the first cover 120 and the second cover 130 can also be expanded by extending the detachably connected third cover 123 and the fourth cover 124 to the direction in which the box body 110 is expanded, so that the expanded box body 110 can be covered by the expanded first cover 120 and the expanded second cover 130. Has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient use and the like.
