In the prior art, because a gap exists between the automobile instrument cover and the steering lock shell, the inner structure of the instrument panel is easy to see, and the visual appearance is influenced. At present, the aesthetic property of the interior trim is improved by designing a connecting piece between the automobile instrument cover and the steering lock shell. The arrangement of the three discharging pipes can meet the requirement of injection molding efficiency; the surrounding of the pipeline groove is arranged, so that the temperature adjusting pipeline can better flow through the casting core body, and a better temperature adjusting effect is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the automobile instrument cover has the advantages that:
1. the design of the arched fixing strip increases the connection area of the baffle leather and the cover body and increases the connection strength; on the other hand, the arch structure has better wrapping property, so that the automobile instrument cover has better light-shielding property, and the overall quality of the automobile instrument cover is improved.
2. The design of the arched mounting frame is convenient for mounting and dismounting the automobile instrument cover; in addition, the mounting frame is positioned in the bending, and the existence of the mounting frame can not be seen from the outside, so that the overall quality and feel of the automobile instrument cover are improved.
3. The solid strip is downward in the arched opening, and the mounting rack is outward in the arched opening, so that the blocking leather presents a special curved surface shape, and the curved surface shape can reduce the deformation position of the blocking leather in the process of adjusting the steering lock shell up and down, and ensure the light-shielding property of the whole automobile instrument cover; and after the steering lock shell is adjusted for a plurality of times, the steering lock shell is not easy to wrinkle.
Because the cover body of the automobile instrument cover is of a thin strip-shaped structure, especially the fixing strip is small in thickness and large in length, the problem that the injection pressure is insufficient during injection molding, and molten slurry is not easy to enter the forming seam of the fixing strip possibly exists, so that the forming quality is poor. Aiming at the problems, the die mainly makes three improvements:
1. the multi-point feeding type slurry feeding device is provided with a plurality of discharging pipes, so that slurry can efficiently and smoothly enter the cavity, and the molding efficiency and the molding quality of the mold are improved.
2. Temperature adjusting pipelines are arranged on two sides of the casting core body, so that the casting assembly is provided with a higher temperature, the fluidity of slurry is maintained, the slurry can enter a small gap of a cavity more easily, and the molding efficiency and the molding quality of the mold can be improved.
3. The arrangement of the pushing oil cylinder enables the discharging pipe to form a needle cylinder type structure, greatly improves injection molding pressure, compensates for the problem of insufficient pressure of an injection molding machine, and improves the molding efficiency and molding quality of the mold.

The casting assembly 600 is disposed within the upper mold assembly 400 and passes through the top plate 100; the casting assembly 600 comprises a casting cavity 61, a casting core 62, a pouring cup 63, a thrust cylinder 64, a temperature regulating pipeline 65 and a pipeline connecting piece 66; the pouring cavity 61 wraps the pouring core 62, the pouring core 62 is provided with a feeding pipe 621 and a plurality of discharging pipes 622, the feeding pipe 621 is communicated with the pouring cup 63, the discharging pipes 622 are communicated with the feeding pipe 621, a plurality of pouring tanks 512 are arranged in the lower core 51, one of the pouring tanks 512 is communicated with the lower arched groove 511, and the discharging pipe 622 penetrates through the upper core 41 and is aligned with the pouring tank 512; the plurality of pushing cylinders 64 are respectively arranged above the plurality of discharging pipes 622, openings are formed above the discharging pipes 622, pistons are arranged below the pushing cylinders 64, the pistons of the pushing cylinders 64 can be tightly attached to the discharging pipes 622, and the pushing cylinders 64 push the pistons downwards, so that the injection molding pressure of the discharging pipes 622 can be increased; an upper pipeline groove 623 is formed in the upper end face of the pouring core 62, a lower pipeline groove 624 is formed in the lower end face of the pouring core 62, a temperature adjusting pipeline 65 is arranged in the upper pipeline groove 623 and the lower pipeline groove 624, the temperature adjusting pipeline 65 is connected with a pipeline connecting piece 66, and the pipeline connecting piece 66 is connected with an external circulation system.
