The rubber air bag 3 can be of an integral structure which can not adjust air pressure, and can also be of an inflatable type, an opening is formed in the side wall of the inner shell body 11, and an inflating valve is installed to inflate and deflate the rubber air bag 3.
According to the figure 5, the rubber air bag 3 is in a fan shape with prefabricated folds, the fold direction is perpendicular to the compression direction, the interior of the rubber air bag is filled with air, when the air is compressed, the rubber outer wall of the air bag is folded along the folds, and the specific number of the folds depends on the size requirement of the air spring. The rubber bladder 3 has a steel cord inside to provide the bladder support straps with a pleated appearance, similar to an accordion shape, so that the bladder walls can be folded in the correct state when the air inside the bladder is compressed.
In addition, the end part side wall of the outer shell plectrum is also provided with a rubber stopper which is positioned in the fan-shaped cylindrical space without the rubber air bag 3, so that the inner shell 1 and the outer shell 2 can be correctly limited when the negative stroke is finished.
