The technical proposal is as follows: the first corrugated board (2) is wrapped outside the first layer thick paper board cylinder (1), the outside of the first corrugated board (2) is fixed through a plurality of first layers of crepe paper (3), a first layer of thin paper board cylinder (7) is arranged outside the first layer of crepe paper (3), and a first layer of binding layer (4) is bound outside the first layer of thin paper board cylinder (7) to form a first layer of partition board; the multi-layer partition board is sequentially arranged, the outer face of the outermost layer of partition board is provided with a corner ring (5) and outer crepe paper (14), the outer faces of the corner ring (5) and the outer crepe paper (14) are provided with a tight wrapping belt layer (6), the corner ring (5) is temporarily tied by the tight wrapping belt layer (6), the corner ring is tightly tied by the crepe paper, and the manufacturing of the partition board system is completed. Background
The converter transformer and the converter valve together form a converter, so that the alternating current and direct current conversion is realized, and the alternating current and direct current mutual electrical isolation is realized. At present, the high-end converter transformer adopts an ABB structure, the manufacturing of a valve side lead baffle plate system is very difficult, the cost is high, and the product quality is also greatly influenced.

The invention aims to provide a converter transformer valve side lead baffle system and a manufacturing process thereof, which are simple and convenient to operate, reduce cost, ensure product quality and solve the problems in the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a converter transformer valve side lead baffle system comprises a thin paperboard cylinder, a thick paperboard cylinder, corrugated paperboard, crepe paper, a binding layer, an angle ring, outer crepe paper and a tight binding layer, wherein the paperboard cylinder, the corrugated paperboard, the crepe paper and the binding layer are all multi-layered; the outer surface of the first layer of corrugated paper board cylinder is wrapped with a first corrugated paper board, the outer surface of the first layer of corrugated paper board is fixed through a plurality of first layers of crepe paper, a first layer of thin paper board cylinder is arranged outside the first layer of crepe paper, a first layer of binding layer is bound outside the first layer of thin paper board cylinder, after the first layer of thin paper cylinder is bonded, the first layer of binding layer is removed, and the first layer of corrugated paper board, the first layer of crepe paper and the first layer of thin paper cylinder form a first layer of partition plate; the multiple layers of partition boards are sequentially arranged, and the outer surface of the outermost layer of partition board is provided with an angle ring and outer crepe paper。
A manufacturing process of a converter transformer valve side lead baffle system comprises the following steps:
a first layer of cardboard tube with the thickness of 5mm is braced by using an adjustable die (the prior art), and is arranged on a winding machine, and a first layer of corrugated cardboard is wrapped outside the cardboard tube; the outer surface of the first layer of corrugated paper board is fixed by a plurality of first layers of crepe paper, a first layer of tissue paper board barrel with the thickness of 1.5mm is arranged on the outer surface of the first layer of tissue paper board barrel in a surrounding manner, binding is carried out on the outer surface of the first layer of tissue paper board barrel by using binding belts, and after the first layer of tissue paper barrel is bonded, the first layer of binding belt is removed, and the first layer of corrugated paper board, the first layer of crepe paper and the first layer of tissue paper barrel form a first layer of partition board; and enclosing the multi-layer partition board according to the same method, assembling a corner ring and outer crepe paper outside the outermost layer partition board, and after the corner ring is installed in place, temporarily fastening the corner ring by using a fastening belt and fastening by using the crepe paper to finish the manufacturing of the partition board system because the corner ring is not adhered to the outermost layer paper board.
The binding belt is a binding belt with adjustable tension, and binding is carried out by using a binding belt machine (the prior art) with a tension adjusting function; the binding range of the binding belt is uniform in overall height and spiral binding, and the tension of the binding belt is adjusted according to the actual diameter size, so that the enclosing diameter is ensured.

A converter transformer valve side lead baffle system comprises a thin paperboard cylinder, a thick paperboard cylinder, corrugated paperboard, crepe paper, binding layers, an angle ring 5, outer crepe paper 14 and a tightening belt layer 6, wherein the paperboard cylinder, the corrugated paperboard, the crepe paper and the binding belt layer are all multi-layered; the first corrugated board layer 2 is wrapped outside the first layer thick paper board barrel 1, the outer surface of the first corrugated board layer 2 is fixed through a plurality of first layer crepe papers 3, a first layer thin paper board barrel 7 is arranged outside the first layer crepe papers 3, and a first binding band layer 4 is bound outside the first layer thin paper board barrel 7 to form a first layer partition board; the multiple layers of partition boards are sequentially arranged, and the outer surface of the outermost layer of partition board is provided with an angle ring 5 and outer crepe paper 14.

the first layer thick paperboard cylinder 1 with the thickness of 5mm is braced by using an adjustable die 13 (prior art), is arranged on a winding machine, and is wrapped with the first layer corrugated paperboard 2; the outer surface of the first layer corrugated paper board is fixed by a plurality of first layers of crepe paper 3, a first layer of thin paper board barrel 7 with the thickness of 1.5mm is arranged on the outer surface of the first layer of corrugated paper board, the outer surface of the first layer of thin paper board barrel 7 is bound by binding belts 8 to form a first binding belt layer 4, and the first layer of partition board is integrally formed; the multi-layer separator is enclosed according to the same method, the corner rings 5 and the outer crepe paper 14 are assembled outside the outermost layer separator, after the corner rings are assembled in place, the corner rings are not adhered to the outermost layer paper board, the corner rings are fastened by the fastening belt 12, the corner rings 5 and the outer crepe paper 14 are fastened together by the fastening belt, so that the fastening belt layer 6 is formed, and the manufacturing of the separator system is completed.

The clamping belt is arranged on the clamping machine 11 (the prior art), one end of the clamping belt is fixed on the winding machine, the winding machine is rotated, and the extension degree of the clamping belt is controlled by adjusting the clamping force of the clamping machine so as to ensure the compaction degree of the clamping belt, thereby ensuring the diameter size of each layer of thin paper board and the final size of the baffle plate system.
The invention uses the tension-adjustable binding band 8 to carry out spiral binding, thereby ensuring the diameter size, roundness and compaction degree of each layer of paper board and corrugated paper board (or corrugated paper board). The corner rings are fastened by the fastening belt 12, so that the corner rings, the outer crepe paper and the outermost separator are tightly adhered. The binding belt 12 is clamped by a clamping machine to bind up, so that the binding of the crepe paper is ensured.
The multi-layer corrugated board adopts a lap joint structure, and after a layer of corrugated board is wrapped, in order to ensure that the wrapping is tight, the wave crest and the wave trough of the corrugated board can be lapped together to influence the diameter size, and the diameter size needs to be adjusted through external force.

a first layer thick paperboard cylinder (1) with the thickness of 5mm is braced by using an adjustable die (13), is arranged on a winding machine, and is wrapped with a first layer of corrugated paperboard (2); the outer surface of the first layer of corrugated paper board is fixed by a plurality of first layers of crepe paper (3), a first layer of thin paper board barrel (7) with the thickness of 1.5mm is enclosed outside the first layer of corrugated paper board, binding is carried out on the outer surface of the first layer of thin paper board barrel (7) by using a binding belt (8), a first layer of binding belt layer (4) is formed, and the first layer of partition board is integrally formed; enclosing the multi-layer partition board according to the same method, assembling a corner ring (5) and outer crepe paper (14) outside the outermost layer partition board, binding the corner ring by using a binding belt (12), binding the corner ring (5) and the outer crepe paper (14) together by using the binding belt to form a binding belt layer (6), and finishing the manufacture of the partition board system;
the binding belt is a binding belt with adjustable tension, and a binding belt machine (10) with a tension adjusting function is used for binding; the binding range of the binding belt is uniform in overall height and spiral binding;
