The top of the base 1 is provided with a placing groove which is communicated with the mounting groove through a first outlet 5, a plurality of paper boards 6 are arranged in the placing groove, the top of each paper board 6 is provided with a pressing mechanism 7, the pressing mechanism 7 is fixedly connected with the top of the base 1, the pressing mechanism 7 comprises a connecting plate 701, the connecting plate 701 is connected with the top of the base 1 through a plurality of bolts 702, the bottom of the connecting plate 701 is provided with a pressing plate 703, the bottom of the pressing plate 703 is pressed against the top of the paper board 6, the top of the pressing plate 703 is fixedly connected with a plurality of extension rods 704, the top of the extension rods 704 penetrates through the connecting plate 701 and is fixedly connected with a limiting block 705, the extension rods 704 are sleeved with springs 706, and the two ends of the springs 706 are respectively connected with the top of the pressing, the cardboard 6 is continuously moved downwards by the pressing mechanism 7, so that the cardboard 6 can be conveniently and then enter the mounting groove through the first outlet 5.
A connecting cavity is arranged on one side of the placing groove in the base 1, which is far away from the mounting groove, an extrusion push plate 10 is arranged in the connecting cavity, the inner side wall of the connecting cavity is provided with a through hole corresponding to the extrusion push plate 10, the connecting cavity is communicated with the placing groove through the through hole, one side of the base 1 is fixedly connected with a first push rod motor 8 corresponding to the position of the connecting cavity, the driving end of the first push rod motor 8 is fixedly connected with a first push rod 9, one end of the first push rod 9, which is far away from the first push rod motor 8, penetrates through the side wall of the connecting cavity and is fixedly connected with the extrusion push plate 10, one end of the extrusion push plate 10, which is far away from the first push rod 9, is abutted against the paper board 6, a plurality of placing blocks 25 are fixedly connected on the extrusion push plate 10, a first slide bar 26 corresponding to the placing blocks 25 is fixedly connected on the inner side wall of the connecting cavity, thus, the paperboard 6 enters the mounting groove through the first outlet 5 under the action of the extrusion push plate 10, and indentation treatment is conveniently completed.
The side wall of the base 1 is provided with a fixed groove, a plurality of supporting plates 11 are fixedly connected in the fixed groove, so that a paperboard 6 to be processed can be placed through the supporting plates 11, and further people can conveniently store the paperboard, the bottom of the fixed groove is provided with a cavity, the inner side wall of the fixed groove is fixedly connected with a second push rod motor 12, the output end of the second push rod motor 12 is fixedly connected with a second push rod 13, one end of the second push rod 13, far away from the second push rod motor 12, penetrates through the side wall of the fixed groove and extends inwards into the cavity, one end of the second push rod 13, far away from the second push rod motor 12, is fixedly connected with a transverse push plate 15, the inner side wall of the cavity is fixedly connected with a second slide bar 14, the transverse push plate 15 is sleeved on the second slide bar 14 in a sliding manner, so that the stable motion of, the effect both sides of cardboard are spacing through the effect of horizontal push pedal 15 like this to guarantee the accuracy of indentation, conveniently discharge the cardboard of accomplishing the indentation simultaneously.
Fixed connection and third push rod motor 16 on base 1's the lateral wall, third push rod motor 16's output end fixedly connected with third push rod 17, third push rod 17 is kept away from the one end of third push rod motor 16 and is run through base 1 and extend to the cavity, third push rod 17 is kept away from the vertical push pedal 18 of one end fixedly connected with of third push rod motor 16, vertical push pedal 18 runs through the top of cavity and extends to the mounting groove, it is spacing around just entering into the cardboard in the mounting groove through the effect of vertical push pedal 18 like this, thereby guarantee the accuracy of indentation.
The mounting groove is connected with through second opening 19 and accomodates the groove, fixedly connected with fourth push rod motor 20 on base 1's the lateral wall, fourth push rod motor 20's output fixedly connected with fourth push rod 21, fourth push rod 21 is kept away from the one end of fourth push rod motor 20 and is run through base 1 and extend to second opening 19 in, fourth push rod 21 is kept away from the one end fixedly connected with baffle 22 of fourth push rod motor 20, baffle 22 and second opening 19's inside wall sliding connection, effect through baffle 22 is controlled second opening 19 like this, then when second opening 19 is closed, make things convenient for horizontal push pedal 15 and baffle 22's effect to control cardboard 6 spacing, when second opening 19 is opened, make things convenient for cardboard 6 to get into through second opening 19 and accomodate the inslot, thereby make things convenient for people's taking.
The top fixedly connected with control switch 23 of base 1, control switch 23 and drive mechanism 3, first push rod motor 8, second push rod motor 12, third push rod motor 16, fourth push rod motor 20 electricity are connected, make things convenient for people to control the operation of this device through control switch 23 like this.
In the invention, when people need to perform indentation treatment on the paper board 6, the paper board 6 is firstly placed in the placing groove, then the paper board 6 is limited under the action of the abutting mechanism 7, namely the connecting plate 701 is stably connected with the top of the base 1 through tightening the bolt 702, at the moment, the abutting plate 703 is always abutted against the paper board 6 under the action of the spring 706, so that the paper board 6 moves downwards in order, and then the paper board 6 is subjected to indentation treatment after ordered discharging.
When the indentation treatment is performed, the switches of the first push rod motor 8, the second push rod motor 12, the third push rod motor 16, the fourth push rod motor 20 and the rotating motor 301 are respectively turned on through the control switch 23, then the switch of the first push rod motor 8 is turned on first, the first push rod motor 8 drives the extrusion push plate 10 to move forward through the first push rod 9, so that the paper board 6 at the bottom is extruded to the first outlet 5, the paper board 6 at the bottom enters the installation groove through the first outlet 5, then the second push rod motor 12 and the third push rod motor 16 are turned on to move through the second push rod 13 and the third push rod 17 respectively, the second push rod 13 enables the paper board 6 to move towards the baffle plate 22 through the transverse push plate 15, so that the left side and the right side of the paper board 6 are limited through the baffle plate 22 and the transverse push plate 15, and the third push rod 17 moves towards the inner side wall of the installation groove through the longitudinal push plate 18, thereby limiting the front and back sides of the paper board 6 by the longitudinal push plate 18 and the inner side wall of the mounting groove, further stabilizing the paper board 6, ensuring the accuracy of indentation, then opening the rotating motor 301, then the rotating motor 301 will drive the rotation of the threaded rod 302, further making the movable block 27 move downwards, then the movable block 27 moves downwards, making the mounting plate 201 rotate downwards by the support rod 403, thereby completing the indentation treatment of the paper board 6 by the indentation strip 202, finally discharging the paper board 6 completing the indentation treatment by the operation of the fourth push rod motor 20 and the second push rod motor 12, i.e. the fourth push rod motor 20 makes the baffle 22 move backwards by the fourth push rod 21, thereby opening the second opening 19, and the second push rod motor 12 will then move towards the second opening 19 by the transverse push plate 15, further discharging the paper board 6 completing the indentation treatment towards the second opening, further entering the receiving groove, the convenience is brought to people for taking and collecting.
