本发明公开了一种旋转式喷雾器，包括高压管、“卍”字型法兰、风筒、高压喷头、风扇、高压过滤器，所述的风筒底部设置通风网，所述的风筒底部中心部位固定设置中心轴，所述中心轴的一端通过高压管连接于高压过滤器，所述中心轴的另一端连接“卍”字型法兰，所述的中心轴由风筒的底部到风筒的口部方向依次设置轴承A、轴承B，所述的轴承A上安装风扇，所述的轴承B上安装“卍”字型法兰，所述的“卍”字型法兰的中心部位及四个端头分别安装高压喷头，所述的“卍”字型法兰内部设置过水通道,总体上，本发明具有雾化效率高、喷射距离远、降低能耗的优点。

一种旋转式喷雾器
技术领域
本发明属于工农林机械技术领域，特别是一种旋转式喷雾器。
背景技术
喷雾器被广泛运用到工业降尘、除臭、降温，农业林业的喷药、施肥、灌溉等，目前喷雾器的原理可分为四种：伯努利原理，高压水流碰到障碍物后裂成水滴，离心力将液体甩出制雾原理，超声雾化。单独的原理应用起来会出现效率低，雾化量小，水雾距离短，喷洒面积小，能耗高等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旋转式喷雾器，该旋转式喷雾器器结构简单、效率高，使用方便，“卍”字型法兰与喷头、风筒底部通风网的设计，提高了雾化效果和喷射距离，节约了成本，具有极高的使用价值。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种旋转式喷雾器，包括高压管、“卍”字型法兰、风筒、高压喷头、风扇、高压过滤器，所述的风筒底部设置通风网，所述的风筒底部中心部位固定设置中心轴，所述的中心轴设置为中空结构，所述中心轴的一端通过高压管连接于高压过滤器，所述的高压过滤器通过高压管连接于高压水泵，所述中心轴的另一端连接“卍”字型法兰，所述的中心轴由风筒的底部到风筒的口部方向依次设置轴承A、轴承B，所述的轴承A上安装风扇，所述的轴承B上安装“卍”字型法兰，所述的“卍”字型法兰的中心部位及四个端头分别安装高压喷头，所述的“卍”字型法兰内部设置过水通道。
所述的高压喷头与“卍”字型法兰所在的平面呈30~45°夹角。

本发明产生的有益效果是：本发明的“卍”字型法兰在高压喷头喷出的高速水流的反作用力带动下高速旋转，在风筒中形成真空带动风扇旋转抽进空气，并和高速水流一起混合喷出，高速水流在进行对冲撕裂极大提高了雾化效果和喷射距离，整个喷雾装置不需要任何的电力驱动和其他方式驱动，完全利用高速水流的反向作用力驱动，降低了能耗，提高了雾化效率。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进一步的说明。
实施例1
如附图1-3所示，一种旋转式喷雾器，包括高压管1、“卍”字型法兰2、风筒3、高压喷头4、风扇5、高压过滤器6、通风网7、中心轴8、高压水泵9、轴承A10、轴承B11、过水通道12
所述的风筒3底部设置通风网7，所述的风筒3底部中心部位固定设置中心轴8，所述的中心轴8设置为中空结构，所述中心轴8的一端通过高压管1连接于高压过滤器6，所述的高压过滤器6通过高压管1连接于高压水泵9，所述中心轴8的另一端连接“卍”字型法兰2，所述的中心轴8由风筒3的底部到风筒3的口部方向依次设置轴承A10、轴承B11，所述的轴承A10上安装风扇5，所述的轴承B11上安装“卍”字型法兰2，所述的“卍”字型法兰2的中心部位及四个端头分别安装高压喷头4，所述的“卍”字型法兰2内部设置过水通道12。
所述的高压喷头4与“卍”字型法兰2所在的平面呈30~45°夹角。

本发明在使用时：首先，加压至4-14Mpa高压水流经该旋转式喷雾器的高压管、高压过滤网后，通过“卍”字型法兰上的高压喷头喷出， 在高速水流的反方向力作用下高速旋转，进而在喇叭状的风筒中形成真空同时带动风扇旋转抽进空气，并和高速水流一起混合喷出，高速水流再进行对冲撕裂，这样提高了雾化效果和喷射距离。整个喷雾装置不需要任何的电力驱动和其他方式驱动，完全有高压水流反向作用力驱动装置，降低了能耗，提高除尘效率。
总体上，本发明具有雾化效率高、喷射距离远、降低能耗的优点。

1.一种旋转式喷雾器，包括高压管、“卍”字型法兰、风筒、高压喷头、风扇、高压过滤器，所述的风筒底部设置通风网，所述的风筒底部中心部位固定设置中心轴，所述的中心轴设置为中空结构，所述中心轴的一端通过高压管连接于高压过滤器，所述的高压过滤器通过高压管连接于高压水泵，其特征在于：所述中心轴的另一端连接“卍”字型法兰，所述的中心轴由风筒的底部到风筒的口部方向依次设置轴承A、轴承B，所述的轴承A上安装风扇，所述的轴承B上安装“卍”字型法兰，所述的“卍”字型法兰的中心部位及四个端头分别安装高压喷头，所述的“卍”字型法兰内部设置过水通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式喷雾器，其特征在于：所述的高压喷头与“卍”字型法兰所在的平面呈30~45°夹角。
