The absorption type haze-reducing dust collecting system comprises a shell, wherein a first filter cavity, a second filter cavity and a dust collecting cavity are arranged in the shell and communicated with each other; a vertical electrostatic adsorption plate is arranged in the first filter cavity; the top of the shell is provided with a cover plate; a vertical air suction pipe communicated with the first filter cavity is arranged above the cover plate; and an exhaust fan communicated with the second filter cavity; an air outlet of the exhaust fan is provided with an exhaust barrel; a screen is arranged at the bottom of the second filtering cavity, and an air secondary filtering layer is arranged above the screen; one end of the dust collecting cavity is provided with a dirt cleaning opening which can be opened and closed.
